Chapter 321 Small Town Fantasy Gate

Chapter 321 Small Town Fantasy Gate

It was the busy farming holiday earlier, not the summer vacation for later generations.

The school arranges the holidays independently, and the later generations only start school in September, and now the school starts in August.

The holidays are early and the school starts early. I haven't arrived on July [-] this year. I have been studying for more than a week.

There are Taoist experts stationed around, and I often wander around, even if it is a cloudy day from July [-]th, there will not be many ghosts for me to collect.

During this period of time, apart from attending classes, it was just practice.

Buying elixir with merit is like running water, and I want to see it and add it.

.....................

Shatian Township crosses the mountain to Yiyi Village, about two hours away on the main road, is Qixing Town, which can also be said to be a town where the Yao people gather, and people call it Yao Township verbally.

The Yao nationality has a long history and splendid culture. The ancestors were called "Youren" in ancient times.

During the Yuan and Ming dynasties, the Yao people were forced to continue to migrate south in large numbers and continued to penetrate deep into the hinterland of the mountains.

Since the formation of a single community of people in the late Tang and early Song dynasties, due to frequent migration, scattered residence, and special economic development, the name has become complex and changeable.

The Yao people who worship Panhu are called Panyao, those who worship Pangu are called Pangu Yao, those who worship Panwang are called Panwang Yao, and those who worship Miluotuo are called Bunu Yao.

Due to the policies of ethnic discrimination and ethnic oppression pursued by the feudal rulers of the past dynasties, the word "Yao" of the Yao nationality is added with the insulting "犭" next to it, and it is called "Yao nationality".

As early as the Qin and Han Dynasties, the ancestors of the Yao nationality in Jingman lived in the plains of Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake.

However, due to the continuous implementation of class oppression and national oppression policies by the feudal ruling class in the past dynasties, they were forced to migrate southward in order to survive.

From the plains, over the hills, into the valleys, into the mountains, wandering, and finally had to find a place to settle in the barren mountains and ridges, and lived a hard nomadic life.

During the long-term migration process, with their own hands and wisdom, they overcame obstacles, reclaimed land and farmland, and made important contributions to the development of mountainous areas.

This is the case in Qixing Town, where the Yao people migrated to develop here since the Yuan Dynasty, gradually forming a Yao Township.

It is named Qixing Town because from a distance, there are seven mountain tops, forming a shape of seven stars with the moon, and the feng shui is good.

Of course, there are also mixed Han people, otherwise why would it be called Qixing Town!

It's just that there are more Yao people.

The reason why Qixing Town is so prosperous is that it is only seven or eight kilometers away from Rong County, and you can reach the county seat in a short time with a bicycle.

July [-]th night

On the outskirts of another small town in Qixing Town, a Taoist priest and two apprentices opened an altar to send the captured lonely ghosts back to their hometowns, so that they can go to reincarnation after seeing them for the last time.

Of course, the people in the town asked him to save him. They didn't want the lonely and wild ghosts to be here, unable to conceive, and scare everyone.

I invite the four emperors to lead their magic soldiers

Help me mighty, ghosts listen

Stretch out two fingers with both hands to pinch the candles on both sides, pinch the flame, read

The ghost leads the lamp, the magic lamp leads the way

With a wave, the flame between the two fingers flew out of the altar and fell into the pile of firewood in front of him, instantly lighting a fire.

With another finger, the lanterns hanging around lit up.

Picking up the wooden pick sword and waving it repeatedly, read:
The villagers of this town are compassionate

Homecoming
Every time you read a sentence, you swing the wooden sword a few times, and when you finish the recitation to send the ghost back to your hometown, you jump over the altar and go to the front jars to remove the lids one by one.

Back at the altar, with a wooden sword in hand, silently reciting the incantation, one jar after another moved across the ground to surround the fire.

"rise!"

The Daoist yelled, "Boom..." The ghosts exploded out of the batter one by one, holding lanterns in their hands, flew into the air, paused, and then flew towards the direction led by the lights.

After completing the ritual, the Taoist priest showed a satisfied smile.

Sending ghosts back home at the darkest night, this scene was seen by Zhixing wandering around.

It has to be said that this Taoist master's cultivation is no worse than that of Uncle Jiu, and his skill may be better.

Unexpectedly, the Taoist priests stationed in this town are quite expected.

As they were packing their things, Chi Hing also left.

There are countless branches of Taoism, and each branch has its own unique practice philosophy, which is unified to catch ghosts and eliminate demons, but has its own methods, which are different.

There are many Taoist sects with different names gathered on one Wudang Mountain alone.

Such as Wudang Qingwei School, Quanzhen School, Zhengyi School, and Maoshan School.

In fact, many sects of Taoism are small and weak, existing in name only, and some even have their names known only in some small places.

The division of the origins of each school can be listed in 86 major categories and hundreds of thousands of small branches on the spectrum book.

At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, although Huang Lao Tao had revered the Yellow Emperor and Lao Tzu, it had a strong religious color.

But after all, it has not yet formed Taoism, so it can only be said to be the predecessor of Taoism, and it cannot be said to be a Taoist sect of Taoism. After Huanglao Taoism, Yu Ji's Taiping Taoism and Zhang Daoling's Wudou Rice Taoism emerged.

Taiping Road was only a flash in the pan in history and disappeared by the end of the Han Dynasty.

The five buckets of rice Taoism formed a religious organization linked by religion, and later became orthodox Taoism.

Zhang Daoling used talismans and mantras to heal people. He also taught the people how to get salt, and later generations called it "Lingjing" (boiling salt with salty well water).

The common people benefited from it and regarded him as a heavenly master, with tens of thousands of disciples.

And set up a system to make the disciples take turns to produce rice, silk utensils, woodcutters, etc.; no punishment is imposed, and people are governed with good morality.

Let the sick person write down the crimes he has committed since his life, throw the handwriting into the water, and make an alliance with the gods, and he will not commit crimes again, and the contract is based on life and death.

According to historical records, the separation of sects of Taoism actually began in the Song and Yuan Dynasties.

Taoism taught the scriptures and rituals, which were divided into three schools in the old days, also known as the Sanshan Fulu, which belonged to the orthodox school.

Fulu Sect, also known as Fushui Taoism, is a general term for various Taoist schools that mainly use spells and other alchemy to cure diseases and exorcise ghosts.

In the early days, it was represented by Taiping Dao and Tianshi Dao.

During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the Maoshan Shangqing School, the Gezao Mountain Lingbao School, and the Longhu Mountain Tianshi Taoism flourished.

As well as the emerging Shenxiao School, Qingwei School, Tianxin School, Donghua School, Jingming Taoism, Taiyi Road, etc. in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, they all belong to the Fulu Taoism School.

The above talisman sects, headed by Tianshi Dao, gradually merged into Zhengyi after the Yuan Dynasty, and stood side by side with the Danding Dao sect headed by Quanzhen Dao.

The Fulu School uses Fulu to pray for blessings, and their missions are to eliminate disasters, cure diseases and plagues, and save lives and deaths. They are closely related to Chinese folk life and customs.

Chen Tuan's ancestors handed down the old Huashan school, also known as (Chen's Kanyu school)

On the basis of continuation of traditional Gemology, this faction also integrates Chen Tuan's conception of Qi, Tai Chi and Five Elements, Feng Shui Yin and Yang, and forms a unique line.

It is the originator of the famous Tibetan Fengshui in China today.

Chen's Kanyu has made outstanding contributions to Chinese traditional Taoism from its establishment to the emergence of talents.

A Taoist faction is actually a big family connected by religion, with a common ancestor, a genealogy that is followed from generation to generation, and a common ancestral family.

There are no longer so many different Taoist sects, and the small sects in the past, if they were not part of Quanzhen, they were attached to Zhengyi.

Therefore, Taoism is basically the Quanzhen and Zhengyi two schools.

All sects can respect each other, promote Taoism together, and carry forward the glory of Taoism.

In Qixing Town, Wang Qinghe inherited the Fantastic Gate, and now there are two people, Ao Tianlong and Dagui.

Even if everyone in the town calls them by their names, the three words Fanhuanmen, I am afraid few people in the whole town have heard of them.
