Chapter 37 Gryffindor Deducts 5 Points

Chapter 37 - Five points from Gryffindor

"Boggarts like dark, enclosed spaces," Hera said with a sigh. "Wardrobe, the void under the bed, the cupboard under the sink. Anyone know what a Boggart is?"

Hermione raised her hand again, and Hella didn't want Hermione to answer again, but just looked around and found that the students were all sitting upright, with no desire to answer at all.

Harry and his Weasley sidekick were almost hiding under the table in case Hera would point to him, but he couldn't give an answer that would satisfy Hera.

"Miss Granger."

"It's a shape-shifting thing," she said, casting her gaze upward, apparently recalling a book she'd read earlier. "It can take on whatever image it thinks will most scare us."

Hera clapped her hands twice, "I can't say it better myself, this is completely a standard answer."

Hermione looked up proudly at Harry and Ron, as if mocking.

"So, the Boggart sitting in the dark in the closet has no form yet. He doesn't know what scares people outside the door. No one knows what a Boggart looks like when he's alone, but when I let it out, it will immediately become the thing that everyone fears the most."

"That means," Hera paused, ignoring Neville's frantic gulp, "that there was a huge advantage before we started. Did you find that advantage, Harry?"

Hermione's hand was raised again, and Hera pretended not to see her, and it was too boring to always ask her to answer alone.

Harry stood up, hesitating and unable to speak. Under this circumstance, Harry had to answer, so he could only bite the bullet and say, "Oh, because there are so many of us? It doesn't know what it should look like? Is that so?"

"That's right." Hera was very happy, and Harry didn't let him down.

On the contrary, Hermione put her hand down a little disappointed, as if she failed to answer the question.

Well, Hera really didn't understand Xueba's thinking.

"The best way to deal with a Boggart is to have a lot of people, and it will be confused. What should it look like? Is it a headless entity, or a carnivorous slug? It can't be a spider, right?"

Ron's chair moved back, and he tried his best to move back, as if Hera had mentioned something that frightened him.

But Hera didn't care. Does anyone have anything to be afraid of?
I have prepared so much, it is impossible for one or two students to shut up because they are afraid, right?

"The spell to repel a Boggart is simple, but it takes willpower. What really repels a Boggart is laughter. All you have to do is force it into what you think is ridiculous."

"Let's say this spell without a wand first, please tell me it's funny funny."

"Funny funny," the class said in unison, only looking a little distracted, as if worried, afraid of seeing the Boggart.

"Very good, but just saying this spell is not enough. Come on, who wants to be the first to try it?" Hera showed a smile. This is his weird bad taste. Seeing the expression of fear on other people's faces can unexpectedly bring him pleasure.

"Well, since no one is willing, then follow the order on the roster?" Hera raised her eyebrows, looking at the silent classroom, they were all backing away as hard as they could, as if they didn't want to try at all.

"Mr. Weasley, you go first." Hera directly clicked on the little follower beside Harry.

"Oh, shame." Draco's voice was not too low, and Hera just gave him a look, telling him to hold back all the ridicule he wanted to say.

"Come on, Mr. Weasley, tell me, what are you most afraid of in the world?" Hera put her hands on Ron's shoulders and encouraged.

Ron's lips moved, and he made a weak voice, his face was pale, "Spider."

"Then think about how a spider can become cute?" Hera pointed at the wardrobe with her wand, a burst of sparks shot out from the end of the wand, the sparks hit the handle of the wardrobe door, and the door opened.

A big spider that was as tall as a person and as wide as three or four people crawled out. Its legs had terrifying spikes and long hairs. Hera firmly believed that if it attacked, it would definitely teach the poor guy a deep lesson.

Ron stepped back, clutching his wand, tongue-tied and speechless.

The spider came towards him aggressively, its huge teeth gleaming black and almost touching Ron.

He stepped back several steps and screamed.

"Foo-funny funny!"

The spider's legs disappeared, and it fell to the ground like a slug, trying to wriggle towards Ron, but it was only in exchange for Ron's violent kick - he kicked him back into the closet.

"I got over it!" Ron raised his hands and leaned against the table with an excited expression on his pale face.

Hera looked at Ron with a dark face, and said mercilessly: "I don't think Mr. Weasley treated the Boggart so roughly. I finally found it. If it gets hurt because of this, I probably won't be able to practice it for my classmates."

"Professor, me." Ron raised his hand in embarrassment.

"Five points from Gryffindor."

Ron returned to his original position resentfully, but compared to the previous fear, now it seems to have turned into resentment—resentment towards Hera.

"He absolutely hates me!" Hera heard Ron and Harry whisper.

"Professor Hera is only responsible to the students." Harry listened to his chest and defended Hera, and Hermione beside him nodded in agreement.

Seeing that he couldn't get the support of his friends, Ron could only sit on the seat alone with his shoulders in his arms, turning his head away from Hera, but he couldn't suppress his curiosity, and from time to time he secretly turned his head to see what the Boggart had become.

After experiencing Ron, everyone's enthusiasm has also increased. The main reason is that Boggart is really a soft persimmon, and it is not difficult to overcome.

After all, even that trash Ron can overcome, why can't they do it?

Hera was guarding the closet door with a smile. The children's fears were all the same. They were all frightened legends or magical creatures, with one exception.

A girl in Slytherin whose boggart turned out to be a fat version of herself, which amused Hera a little.

Naturally, Hera had faced Boggart before, but his original purpose was not to give practical lessons to the students, but to test his own Occlumency.

Then Dumbledore saw it.
That is a very unfortunate story.
