All living beings should know that one must contemplate this body and recite words. This body is like four poisonous snakes, which are often eaten by countless insects. This body is smelly and filthy. This body is not clean, the nine holes are constantly flowing, this body is like a city, within a rakshasa place, this body will not be long before it will be eaten by black magpies and hungry dogs, you must abandon your dirty body and seek Bodhicitta. You should contemplate this body and sacrifice your life. When the white sweat flows out, the hands are in the air, the pain is unbearable, and when the root of life is exhausted, on the second day to the fifth day, swelling and bruises, pus and sweat flow out, parents and wives do not like it, and even the bones of the body are scattered on the ground. The bones are in different places, the tibia, waist and ribs, and the spine and parietal bones. What does the treasury have to do with me?”

Detaining Sun Buddha's gatha, seeing that the body has no reality is the Buddha's view, and realizing that the mind is like an illusion is the Buddha.Knowing that the body and mind are inherently empty, how different is the difference between a human being and a Buddha.
Kanagamuni Buddha's verse The Buddha does not see the body and knows that it is a Buddha. If there is, there is no other Buddha.A wise man can know the emptiness of sin, and he is not afraid of life and death.
