The Taoist silently recites scriptures in his heart, inducing the wisdom of Prajna, and vows to see that the five aggregates are empty and to overcome all suffering.

This is the practice of Buddhism, which is different from the practice of Taoism.

Taoist practice emphasizes comprehending the vital energy of heaven and earth, thus reaching a state of harmony between man and nature, where the inner and outer worlds interact to give birth to the great universe.

Buddhism believes that the three realms are only mind, all dharmas are only consciousness, and everything should not be sought outside.

The existence of all things in the universe must be through "consciousness". Only by relying on the false discrimination of consciousness and holding on to all things can all life phenomena occur.

The nature is empty, pure and inactive, without birth and death, and inherently complete.

One is to cultivate externally, the other is to seek internally. These are two completely different ways of cultivation.

But at this moment it is displayed on the Taoist.

Shen Gongbao knew, however, that he could not do so. If he did not cultivate the four wisdoms and eight consciousnesses, he would either be completely annihilated or become an eternal slave.

He could only practice the method given by the Demon Ancestor Rāhu.

Where does wisdom come from? Wisdom comes from knowledge!
The seeds of the four wisdoms are inherently possessed from time immemorial. They are attached to the eighth Alaya-vijnana, and are extinguished before and born after, continuously.

Humans have eight consciousnesses: one is eye consciousness, two is ear consciousness, three is nose consciousness, four is tongue consciousness, five is body consciousness, six is ​​mind consciousness, seven is manas consciousness, and eight is alaya consciousness.

The practice of the eight consciousnesses is divided into four steps, also known as the four wisdoms.

The first five consciousnesses of eye, ear, nose, tongue and body are transformed into the wisdom of accomplishing what is done, the sixth consciousness of consciousness is transformed into the wisdom of wonderful observation. The seventh consciousness of manas is transformed into the wisdom of equality. The eighth consciousness of alaya is transformed into the wisdom of great mirror.

When Shen Gongbao was in Guixu, his eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body were all extinguished, and his accomplished wisdom was achieved.

The acquired consciousness, the seven spirits' thinking, and the perception of the world have also been extinguished, and the wonderful observing wisdom has been achieved.

Now, he is cultivating manas.
