Chapter 822 Aftermath
After the main building was cleared, Jimmy looked down and saw Gus and Old Mike still lying on the ground in the room on the second floor. They looked like criminals at all. If he didn't know the details of these two people, Jimmy would have doubted his judgment of them.

However, not everyone is so honest. Several people have already run out of the main building and are now near the gate. However, Jimmy had locked the gate in advance, and now they are trying to find the key in the security room.

The main target has been killed, so those who want to escape are not a big problem. The key is that they appear to be mostly women and servants, so just let them go.

Jimmy pulled out his phone and called Alejandro, "Hey, how soon can your guy get here?"

"What? Not going well? Do you need support?"

Jimmy paused for a moment, "No, it's almost done. There are only a few ordinary people left. I guess a few will run away."

Alejandro didn't expect Jimmy to act so quickly. He glanced at his watch and said, "Maybe we need to wait a while. I'll come over first."

Jimmy: "Well, drive over here, it's still a bit far. But be careful, I'm not sure if the outside is clean."

Alejandro: “I don’t work in an office.”

Alejandro hung up the phone and touched his head. It had only been two hours since the two of them separated. Although they were supposed to take action at night, they didn't do it during dinner. Shouldn't it be in the early morning?
The aftermath is not easy to deal with. There is no way to completely block the news. Jimmy must have let those servants and irrelevant people run away. This can be guessed from what he did before. When he killed Carlos' gang, Jimmy also let those servants go and only killed gang members. I don't know how he identified these people.

However, although the news would be leaked, Eladio's manor would definitely yield a lot, and no shortage of manpower would be needed. While Alejandro was walking back to where he had parked his car, he notified his people to come as soon as possible. Working on both sides simultaneously should save some time.

Jimmy looked at the room where there were still people, kicked the door and shouted at them in Spanish to leave quickly. However, these words seemed to be heard by Gus and the others. They thought they were safe too, so they stood up quickly, and without taking anything from the room, they just opened the door and prepared to leave.

"Gus, stop."

As soon as Gus left the room, he heard the other person calling his name. He immediately stopped, slowly turned around and stared at the person in front of him. Mike did not run away alone either. He only ran two steps and then stopped.

Jimmy raised his pistol and aimed it at the two men, "You two are really lucky to be alive."

Gus raised his hands slightly, not above his head, but at about chest level. He looked at the fully armed man in front of him, thought for a moment and said, "I've thought of many possibilities, but the only thing I didn't expect was this ending. Is Eladio dead?"

Jimmy: "Well, it's on the third floor. Do you want to go take a look?"

Gus: "Can I? Of course."

Jimmy had only said that casually, but he didn't expect that he would actually climb up the pole. He couldn't help but laugh out loud, "OK, go up and take a look. Don't do anything to make things difficult for me."

Gus walked towards the stairs with his hands slightly raised, Mike followed him, and Jimmy walked at the end, and the three of them came to Eladio's room on the third floor.

Gus stood at the door, looking at Eladio who had died on his back. His expression changed several times, and finally he turned to look at Jimmy: "Thank you."

Jimmy shrugged. "You're welcome. Anything else?"

Gus shook his head slightly, "No, that's enough."

Jimmy: "OK, now it's my turn to ask. What happened this week?"

Gus: "Let me confirm one thing first. You are Agent Yang, correct?"

Jimmy: “You can guess, but I won’t admit it.”

Gus took a deep breath. "Of course, I understand. Since you are here, I wonder if my people and factory are…"

Jimmy: "Well, the net has been closed. Although there are still a few people at large, I think since you are still alive, you should be able to provide me with their information. If you catch them and keep them company with you, your life in prison will not be so lonely. You will help me, right? And you, Old Mike."

Gus: "What other options do I have?"

Jimmy: "Of course, you can choose to die here. This is your right. Oh, but before you die, can you please settle the bill first? I came here to avenge you."

Gus just half-raised his hand, and stood there without speaking or moving. His mind was a little confused. But fortunately, he at least reacted quickly. "Of course, this is what I should do. Do you want a check, transfer, or cash?"

Jimmy was stunned. "Oh. You are really a particular person. But no matter what, both of you need to go back to stand trial. I think you have no objection?"

Old Mike had a very ugly expression on his face, but Gus was very calm. "Of course, business is business. I paid you just to help me get revenge. By the way, will you be in charge of this case after we go back?"

Jimmy: "No, I'm just investigating the attack on Hank. Your drug trafficking is the DEA's business."

Gus smiled slightly, "I want to ask, are all the people here dead?"

Jimmy shrugged, "I'm not a murderer. Those who died were those with guns."

Gus: "Well, congratulations, you've solved Agent Hank's case, and the last member of the Salamanca family besides Hector is here too, I think he's finished."

Jimmy: "Really? Let me think about it, maybe it would be better for you to talk to Hank in person."

Jimmy looked around and said, "Someone will come and take you away soon. I think you can keep it a secret, right?"

Gus: "Yes, I will keep it a secret. Nothing here has anything to do with you."

Jimmy: "Very good, I'm beginning to like you. Old Mike, keep your mouth shut. Now, go back to your room and wait."

Jimmy let the two go first and went back to their room on the second floor, "Have a good night," he said and closed the door.

Jimmy was about to leave when he suddenly realized that he had forgotten someone. He pushed the door open again, and Gus and Mike, who had just sat down, stood up again. "Anything else?"

Jimmy: "Well, I forgot one guy, that guy, Jesse Pinkman, where is he?"

Gus: "I'm not sure. Maybe he's in Eladio's drug lab. Maybe he's dead. We were put under house arrest when we got here. We have no contact with the outside world."

Jimmy: "Where's the location of that lab?"

Gus: "I can show you the way, but I can't describe the coordinates."

Jimmy thought for a moment: "Is it far?"

Gus: “It’ll take a while.”

Jimmy: "Let's talk later. Have a good rest."

There was no one else here. Before, Jimmy asked the servants and women to leave, but they did not resist at all. They just fled in fear. The door had been opened by the previous people. After all, the lock was still the original lock, and the key was with the security guard. Those people could easily get it and open the door.

After a while, Jimmy's phone rang. Alejandro drove to the vicinity of the manor. After Jimmy made sure it was safe, he drove directly into the manor and saw Jimmy sitting on the sofa smoking in the lobby on the first floor.

Jimmy: "You're really slow."

Alejandro: "Be content. I was supposed to come here with my people, but now they are on their way and I have to go back and drive. It's a long way round. Is that all?"

Jimmy: "Well, I leave this to you. Remember to clean it up. Also, there are two people on the second floor. I need you to send them back to Albuquerque for DEA investigation. Can you do it? If not, I'll just do it now."

Alejandro raised his head and glanced towards the second floor. Of course, this was just a subconscious action, and he couldn't see where the two people were. "Is it important?"

Jimmy: "Well, the drug boss over there and his henchmen."

Alejandro: "You did this for the DEA?"

Jimmy nodded. "Oh, by the way, you take over here. I need to take one of them to their other base. There is another target of mine there. Maybe he is still alive. I will bring him back together. So you need to send three people over."

Alejandro nodded, "No problem, I'll find a way."

Jimmy stood up and took Alejandro to the second floor and opened Gus's door, "Gus, come with me."

Gus nodded to Mike and left with Jimmy. Although he had a blank expression on his face, he did not do anything extreme.

Alejandro glanced at Old Mike, checked the window, and closed the door again.

The laboratory was not far away. Gus drove the car that Alejandro had driven over. Jimmy sat in the back seat with the pistol in his hand. As for the submachine gun, it was left in Eladio's manor. The gun had no bullets left, so it would be fine if Alejandro handled it.

There was no conversation along the way. Gus drove while observing Jimmy in the rearview mirror. He had read Jimmy's information before, but none of them was more shocking than experiencing it in person. He had left Jimmy a coordinate just to cause trouble for Eladio if something happened to him, so as to crack down on him from the official perspective. Who would have thought that Jimmy would rush into Eladio's lair alone and massacre the entire manor under the attack of dozens of drug dealers? It was too brutal.

Even though Jimmy was wearing a mask the whole time and his face couldn't be seen clearly, he still felt cold all over. This is why he has been very cooperative. Such a person cannot be offended, especially when his identity is very special.

As they were about to arrive at the laboratory, Gus spoke up: "I just thought about it, maybe I should pay you in advance in exchange for letting us survive."

Jimmy looked at Gus. He didn't know what Gus was thinking. Gus continued, "Don't get me wrong. I will go back and take over the investigation. I think the matter between us should be settled, and there will be no connection after this."

Jimmy: “Are we there yet?”

Gus looked up at the rearview mirror and saw the car turning and stopping in front of a warehouse.

Gus opened the car door and got out with Jimmy. He walked in front and came to the door of the warehouse to tidy up his clothes before knocking on the door. Jimmy stood on the side. There were still a few people busy inside the warehouse.

The person inside heard someone knocking on the door, came over, opened a small window and was stunned when he saw Gus. Gus told the other person in Spanish that Eladio asked him to come over. The other person had just seen Gus a few days ago and knew that they were taken away by Eladio. Since he came back, he either had Eladio's permission or something happened over there.

The small window closed with a "clang" and he pulled out the pistol from his waist and opened the door. A "creaking" sound was heard. The door hinge must have not been repaired for a long time. Although the switch was not blocked, the sound was still very loud.

Just as Gus was about to go in, Jimmy fired a shot directly at the person who opened the door from the side. The "bang" startled Gus. Jimmy rushed in and fired several shots at the figures he had seen in advance. Two plainclothes gang members and three white-coated experimenters were all killed.

"No, think about the consequences."

Jimmy turned his head to look at Gus at the door. He was standing next to the person who opened the door. A pistol fell on the ground, right at Gus' feet.

Gus didn't stop and walked into the laboratory. He looked around and then walked into the laboratory to continue searching.

Jimmy's reaction was quick. These people were not his target Jesse Pinkman, so he did not hesitate when he fired the shot. There was a man lying on the bed in one of the rooms. After hearing the gunshot, he immediately sat up and hid beside the bed.

Gus opened the door and took a look, then turned and nodded to Jimmy.

Jesse was still confused. Gus turned around and fumbled around a few people, found a few keys, and went back to the small room to untie Jesse's shackles. He had been wearing shackles before, and the chain was locked on an iron ring on the wall. It was not very long, but at least there was some space to move.

Jimmy watched them busy, and Gus was saying something in Jesse's ear. Then when Jesse left the room and looked at Jimmy, his eyes were full of fear.

Jimmy wrote down the coordinates of the warehouse, Gus drove, Jesse sat in the passenger seat, and Jimmy sat in the back, and the three of them returned to Eladio's manor again.

Several of Alejandro's men had arrived, and Jimmy brought Gus and Jesse back to the room. Gus wrote something on a note and handed it to Jimmy. Jimmy nodded, said hello to Alejandro and the others, then left the manor and drove back to the previous passage overnight.

Old George had told him before that he would wait for him at the exit for ten minutes the next afternoon, but this time things were handled very quickly, and Jimmy had no intention of looking for a hotel to rest in Mexico, so he simply went into the tunnel early and waited.
