After a desperate battle, the darkest magic began to spread again in the glaciers of Freljord, the mountains of Targon, and the deserts of Shurima, gradually surrounding and approaching Noxus. This shows the influence of the Black Rose. If Leblanc is going to do something in Shurima, it will be really troublesome.

But it's okay, mainly because she created Swain who has the power of the demon Ram. After Black Rose helped Darkwill seize the throne, he refused to include the counselors handpicked by Black Rose into the parliament, so Leblanc took necessary extreme measures.
