Chapter 21 Hilbert Jean Angers

Kassel Academy.

In the quaint and elegant principal's office, a white-haired old man was gracefully brewing a pot of green tea.

The old man was very handsome, with a tall figure, and a gorgeous red rose was tucked into the pocket of his black suit.

Hilbert Jean Angers, the president of Kassel Academy, is the greatest dragon slayer of all time, but from the outside, he is just a graceful elderly gentleman with no trace of violence.

Sitting opposite the old man was a strange man wearing a respirator. The man's face was hidden in the shadows and could not be seen clearly, but his voice was as hoarse and unpleasant as a broken bellows.

"According to reliable information, your folding knife somehow ended up in Japan, and someone is going to auction it off."

The old man was a little confused: "Japan?"

Von Schneider coughed a few times, his voice was very terrible, and the broken tube he used to breathe made a creaking sound. He paused for a long time before continuing to speak.

"It seems that the auction is being manipulated by a Japanese half-blood. Only folding knives are being auctioned, and it is said that a surprising secret is attached."

Ange scratched his head. "What is the Japanese branch doing? Are these lackeys finally preparing to rebel?"

Schneider pondered for a moment and said, "It seems that they are not from the Japanese branch, but from another mixed-race organization. Most of their members are traitors from the Japanese branch."

"But the news is not accurate. Kaguya is on high alert. We know very little about the situation in Japan, and we cannot rule out the possibility that this is a trap specifically targeting us."

"It's a trap..." Angers thought, "Then I have to go and see it."

Schneider was a little surprised. He subconsciously retorted: "If this is a trap set up early, this trip will be quite dangerous."

"So what? Someone stole my knife and prepared a secret. If I don't keep the appointment, it will seem a bit unromantic."

The old man stood up with a smile on his face, his eyes glowing like gold.

……

The cherry-red long knife was dripping with blood. Yuan Zhinv picked up a white towel to wipe it. In front of her, a headless corpse was still twitching, and blood was gushing out, soaking the wooden floor.

Sakurai Kogure squatted on the ground and skillfully threw the hideous head into the trash can. He squatted on the ground and wiped the blood while complaining: "You knew he was unkillable, why did you still kill him?"

Yuan Zhinv thought about it and gave the reason she had said countless times sincerely: "If you want to kill him, just kill him. I don't like him."

"General Wang is looking for you now, it must be because of the auction. I knew he wouldn't sit idly by. I think your auction is a bit shaky."

"Even if you kill him, he will still come looking for you when he resurrects, and try to stop you. He might even cause you trouble."

At this point, Sakurai Kogure paused and said, "So why did you organize such a weird auction? Now everyone is staring at us. It's only been one day, and I have already caught three waves of undercover agents sent by the main family."

Yuan Zhinv didn't care at all and said casually, "If we catch them, we'll lock them up first and release them after the auction is over. As for those who dare to cause trouble, we'll just kill them."

Sakurai Kogure has been in the Demon Clan for three years, and has been with the extremely violent and dangerous Minamoto Chijo every day. He has to deal with corpses every now and then, so he has been trained.

Hearing such bloody words, Sakurai Kogure had no reaction, as if it was a common occurrence.

Although she never understood why Gen Chinushi did this, she subconsciously chose to believe Gen Chinushi.

Trust is something that comes out of nowhere, it comes out of nowhere, but it's solid as a rock. So even though Minamoto no Chitose refused to say anything and the king obviously disagreed, Sakurai Kogure still chose to continue helping Minamoto no Chitose, even if it meant going against the king.

During this period, not only the king general, but all those who tried to stop her had their heads chopped off by Yuan Zhinv. Her firm attitude showed her importance of the matter and her unshakable decision.

General Wang didn't know the significance of this auction, and he never took the folding knife seriously from beginning to end. He didn't know why Yuan Zhinv did this, he was just not happy that the matter had become too big a deal.

However, in the past three years, Genjitsu has often done things that are incomprehensible. Each time it was very inexplicable and very consistent with the behavior of a madman, so the king did not take it to heart this time.

Yuan Zhisheng was about to come back, and Yuan Zhinu's attitude was so firm that he didn't want to create any more trouble for the time being and simply left it alone. He was absolutely confident that Yuan Zhinu, who was always under his control, would not be able to cause any trouble.

The auction went on as scheduled.

Gen Chitose did not show up. She stayed alone in the suite on the top floor of Gokurakukan, waiting for the final winner of the auction to be brought up by Sakurai Kogure.

She was actually not sure whether Ange would go to Japan just for a folding knife, and she was even less sure whether he would participate in the auction.

But she really had no other choice. General Wang was keeping a close eye on her, and she couldn't even contact Kassel College. The college had to come to find her.

So she had to make a big deal out of it.

If it was someone else who came up, she would let Sakurai Kogure treat them as she did with other guests in the past and fulfill some of their shameful wishes. She knew that the king would not care about such a small bit of willfulness.

She would think of other ways.

However, Yuan Zhinu also knew clearly that she didn't have much time left, and couldn't help feeling a little anxious.

It wasn't until she saw Sakurai Kogure leading the handsome old man towards her that her uneasy heart suddenly settled down.

This old man seems to have some kind of magical power. Seeing him makes you feel at peace, as if he can solve any problem. He is so calm that even if the sky falls, he will hold it up. You can find a corner behind him and continue drawing circles.

Yuan Zhinv saw absolute confidence in him, just like the Western aristocrats of the last century, who remained calm even if a mountain collapsed in front of them, and just laughed it off even if the enemy's throat was locked by a knife.

Yuan Zhinu didn't know what the principal looked like, but after seeing this man, Yuan Zhinu felt that Hilbert Jean Angers, the legendary man, could only look like this.

She said calmly to Sakurai Kogure, "Please let me be alone with this guest for a while."

Sakurai Kogure looked at her with some concern, wanting to say something but stopping himself. However, in the end, he said nothing. He nodded and went out, closing the door behind him.

There were only two of them left on the huge top floor.

Yuan Zhinv bowed to the old man and said, "Hello, Principal. I'm sorry that I can only meet you in this way."

Angé was also a little surprised. He looked Yuan Zhinv up and down. The girl looked humble and polite, but the aura around her was like a sharp knife, carrying a bloody murderous breath. Just looking at her would burn you.

He is the one who has truly emerged from the mountains of swords and seas of blood.

But that wasn't what surprised him.

"I came to Japan this time with a student who just graduated and came home. His name is Yuan Zhisheng."

He looked at the face of Yuan Zhinv, which was almost identical to Yuan Zhisheng's, and asked word by word, "What is your relationship with him?"
