Chapter 43 The First Confession

Xu Man remembered that the first time Meng Xinghe confessed to her was also on a rainy day.

That day, she was sketching by a lotus pond in the ancient town, while Meng Xinghe was sitting not far away, watching her quietly.

A summer rainstorm came without any warning.

He directly picked up the girl and walked around the small room several times.

After turning around, he excitedly hugged her tightly in his arms.

"Can you let me take a shower first and change into clean clothes?"

Xu Man stuck out her head in his arms, speaking weakly.

She felt that if Meng Xinghe didn't let her go, she might be smothered to death.

Xu Man took a hot bath, changed his clothes, and was drying his hair when the boy quickly finished his shower and came out of the bathroom.

He hugged her from behind, resting his chin on her shoulder.
