Chapter 13 Do you want to keep testing?

It was dinnertime when Mr. Weasley finally returned.

He dusted himself off, hung his hat aside, and happily announced his return.

"Mr. Weasley." John stood up and said hello.

Mr. Weasley's eyes lit up when he saw John, he walked up to John's side a few steps, seeing that Mrs. Weasley was not paying attention, he asked in a low voice: "Has Ian researched anything interesting recently? "

John nodded, and replied in the same small voice: "There are several new products, you can check them out when you go to Diagon Alley."

"Okay, okay, when you start school, I'll sneak over and have a look." Mr. Weasley winked at John and gave him a knowing smile.

Mr. Weasley likes Muggle things, but modifying Muggle products without authorization will violate the regulations of the Ministry of Magic, and he also specializes in this business. It is always bad to break the law.

Fortunately, under John's bewitching, Ian also became interested in Muggle machines, and he developed many magical tools with the same functions as those machines.

These tools have become Mr. Weasley's favorite. Although he can't make them himself, he is very satisfied to use them.

"time to eat."

Mrs. Weasley from the kitchen gave a shout and, controlling the plates with her wand, placed them on the table.

"Percy, Ron, Ginny!"

Mrs. Weasley came to the landing and shouted.

"Come on, Mom!"

Ginny hurried down, greeted John with a reddish face, and sat down in her seat politely.

Ron didn't dawdle down until Mrs. Weasley yelled a second time.

Seeing Fred and George, Ron snorted coldly.

Mrs. Weasley waited for a while, but still did not see Percy, she raised her head and shouted: "Percy, hurry up, eat!"

"Mom, I'm coming down."

After the voice fell, Percy walked down the stairs with his head held high. When he saw John, he smiled politely and said hello.

John saw a silver letter P hanging on Percy's chest.

"John, you should be of school age too?"

Percy pulled away the chair next to John and sat down.

John nodded and replied: "Well, yes, I will go to school with Ron."

"I am the prefect of Gryffindor now, if you need help at school, you can come to me."

Percy finished with a smile, showing the badge he was wearing sideways.

"Yeah, thanks." John replied.

Fred and George, who were sitting across from John, raised their eyebrows at him, imitating Percy's movements funny.

John tried to hold back his laughter when he saw it, Percy was still sitting next to him after all.

"Alright, let's eat!"

After Mrs. Weasley got everything ready, she gave an order, and everyone picked up the knives and forks in front of them.

During the meal, Mr. Weasley kept telling anecdotes about his work.

Fred and George have been paying close attention to Ron's movements, for fear that he will expose them if he disagrees.

Mom's anger is okay, but it's too bad not to let them go out.

Ron swallowed the food in his mouth, put the knife and fork back on the plate, and suddenly raised his head and said, "Mom!"

Fred and George shuddered, yelled that it was not good, and hurriedly locked their eyes on Ron, begging him not to be silent.

"What's the matter, Ron?" Mrs. Weasley asked suspiciously.

Ron glanced at Fred and George from the corner of his eye, and said, "I'm full, I'm going back to my room first."

"Oh, then you go up."

Mrs. Weasley was a little confused. Usually, Ron would slip away after eating, and would not say another word.

Fred and George's mood was like a roller coaster, with violent ups and downs.

After Ron disappeared around the corner of the stairs, they breathed a sigh of relief, their appetites improved a lot, and they began to sweep the food on the table.

Mrs. Weasley said dissatisfiedly: "Can you two be more refined?"

"Mom, the food you made is so delicious!" Fred mumbled with the food in his mouth.

"Yes, I can't stop after one bite." George echoed.

"You two."

Mrs. Weasley had a happy smile on her face, and she stopped caring about the rude actions of Fred and George.

"Are the two of them bullying Ron again?" Mr. Weasley quietly approached John and asked in a low voice.

John flatly vetoed: "No, they get along very well."

Fred and George stopped staring at John and focused on the food on the table.

"That's good."

Mr. Weasley straightened up and resumed telling his story, spitting a few unsavory officials of the Ministry of Magic along the way.

After dinner, John, Fred, George, and Ginny slipped aside to play a game.

Ginny was a little restrained at first, but after a few games, she became that lively and lovely little girl.

Percy stood beside them watching for a while, then went back upstairs with his head held high.

It was getting late, and John felt sleepy, and he couldn't help yawning.

Fred saw him like this, so he put away his things, and they went back to the room to rest.

John was arranged in Ron's room, and Mrs. Weasley made a small bed for him diagonally opposite Ron.

John was lying on the bed when he heard Ron tumbling.

Although Ron returned to the room very early, he didn't seem to have fallen asleep yet.

"Ron, are you asleep?" John asked.

"No." Ron replied. He was about to fall asleep in front of him, but the laughter of John and the others downstairs kept reaching his ears, tickling his heart.

He somewhat regretted the cold war with Fred and the others, otherwise he could go down and play games instead of lying on the bed alone, counting the stars outside the window.

"I'm sorry about today's incident." John apologized.

"No, you don't have to apologize." Ron said, shaking his head. "And it's nothing. Fred and George used to joke a lot more with me than that."

"I was angry earlier because I took the opportunity to get some more money from them, but I didn't expect to trick you." Ron said with a smile, "But I won't return the money to you."

John also smiled and said, "That's already yours."

"Are you going to be tested later?" Ron asked.

"Of course, we have to wait until it succeeds." Sensing Ron's implication, he turned his head to look at Ron and asked, "Do you want to continue the test?"

Ron hesitated for a while, then nodded emphatically: "Well, can it be? If it ends now, a gold Galleon won't buy a wand."

John said happily: "Of course, I will go and tell Fred tomorrow, don't worry this time, I will never let you float on it for several hours."

"Oh, John, don't you talk about it, can you? I'm sick of feeling all bloated." Ron said distressedly.

"Haha, okay, I won't talk." John finished with a smile, and after lying down for a while with his eyes closed, he asked curiously, "Ron, what does that feel like? Can you describe it to me? "

"John!"

"I don't ask anymore, I don't ask anymore."
