Chapter 36 The Curse Lesson

Chapter 36 The Curse Lesson

The classroom of Charms class is smaller than that of Transfiguration class, and it is square. The chairs and desks are placed on the left and right sides of the room. Ravenclaw students are just opposite Gryffindor. In the middle of the classroom are stacks of wizard books and Professor Flitwick standing on a large stack of books in front of the desk.

"Okay, watch me wave my wand."

"Lumos!" shrieked Professor Flitwick.

"I told you all the points in the last lesson, feel the light of the wand you want in your mind, and make up your mind to cast it."

Professor Flitwick once again emphasized that when casting magic, you must first be determined, and you must feel the magic in your heart, which is the basic theory of casting magic.

From this, McGuffin wondered if this was the reason why he had not been able to successfully transform before the start of school and in the last transformation class.

In the last class, apart from letting a row of pineapples tap dance past each student's desk at the beginning, Professor Flitwick taught some difficult and boring basic theories of magic.

A large part of the theory is not written in the two books "Standard Spells: Elementary" and "Magic Theory".

Finally, it described the main points and theoretical methods of the Luminescence spell to be cast in this lesson.

McGuffin almost recorded the notes on the front and back of the three pages in the notebook with a quill.

He knew that he was not considered talented, whether in the Muggle world, his sister Emily Albert, or in this world, Hermione Granger, Harry, and even Ron Weasley were probably superior to him in terms of pure magical talent.

My current advantage is only a fake sand sculpture system that has been offline for two years.

This sand sculpture is still stuck.

"This is the most basic of charms, and one of the easiest. Now raise your wands and try with me, Lumos!" said Professor Flitwick.

"Lumos!"

The little wizards raised their wands and waved them, chanting spells.

It's easier said than done, especially when casting a spell for the first time, it's easy to make a joke if you don't preview it in private.

For example, in the group of Neville and Seamus Finnigan, Neville cast a spell and released a blue-green gas, which had an unpleasant stench. Professor Flitwick immediately found out that something was wrong, and turned the gas into a ball with a magic wand and put it in a glass bottle.

But Neville's partner, Seamus, caused even more trouble. He waved his wand and slammed the fireworks, sparks splashed all over the place and set Neville's clothes on fire. Other students also ran around, making a mess.

The Neville toad jumped all over the ground, and finally jumped directly on the head of Ravenclaw's female student Lisa, making her scream in fright.

"Stop, stop!" Professor Flitwick's scream was drowned out by the yelling of the students, and no one paid attention.

"Wingardim Leviosa!"

When the situation became messy, Professor Flitwick waved his wand, first to extinguish the sparks, and then directed the toads that were jumping all over the classroom to fly around the classroom, and finally landed on Neville's head.

The students looked up at the magic and were stunned, and the classroom finally quieted down.

"That's not what McGuffin did on the train..." Ron whispered to Harry, probably because Hermione heard it, and she glanced at McGuffin who was lying on the table and flipping through the textbooks in surprise.

In the end Seamus and Neville were punished to copy 'I'm not a brainless baboon waving a magic wand! 'A hundred times.

"I will teach you this magic in the future. You must first learn 'Luminescence'." Professor Flitwick said.

Professor Flitwick then reworked and corrected the Luminescent Charm for the students.

There was a sound of spells from the little wizard in the classroom.

McGuffin pretended to cast a spell, but in fact, he didn't cast a spell seriously in his head.So he barely had a single successful cast.

And Hermione on the side carefully carried out Professor Flitwick's teachings, rolled up her robe, waved her wand, and said, "Lumos!"

"Well done!" Professor Flitwick clapped his hands to encourage Hermione, "Look, everyone, Miss Granger has successfully cast it!" In fact, the spell is very simple, most of the students all lit up their wands when class was over, but it only lasted for a few seconds.

"You shouldn't be waving like that..."

As a member of the same group, Hermione constantly corrected the McGuffin's posture and spell pronunciation.

McGuffin was lying on the table and casting magic carelessly, and Hermione was very angry to see his disapproval.

When the get out of class was about to end, Professor Flitwick announced that students who did not successfully cast the Luminescence Charm would hand in a paper on the Luminescence Charm no less than 6 inches in the next class.

"Fluorescent flashes!"

At this time, McGuffin immediately succeeded, and his wand shone brightly.

It illuminated Hermione Granger's cloudy complexion.

When the get out of class was over, she grabbed McGuffin and asked, "Have you been able to cast the Luminescent Curse long ago!"

Ron added a knife in front of him, "Don't you remember that when you went to the lake, didn't you use the McGuffin?"

"By the way, your hair..." McGuffin felt apologetic looking at Hermione's short fluffy hair, and wanted to remind her that she could ask Mrs. Penrad to restore it to its original shape, before finishing speaking.

"You, you..."

Hermione glared at several people, and she packed her things vigorously, making loud noises between the desks, chairs and books.

She angrily knocked away a few people and left in a hurry.

With McGuffin left, the three of Harry looked at each other in blank dismay.

"What happened to her?"

"Who knows? Which of you will go to the library with me?" McGuffin asked the two of them as he packed up his things casually.

He was eager to figure out why he would always return to his original state at critical moments when he was always casting the Transfiguration spell, and he couldn't cast spells successfully.

Obviously other spells are easy to cast successfully!

There are so many books in the library, and the reason can always be found.

Once the transformation spell is successfully cast, you can start by yourself—the magic figure!

Thinking of being able to speak and move, Beep Beep fired a super electromagnetic gun, and a figure (wife) with super powers was born in my own hands!

Chi slip, Chi slip.

Thinking about it, it made McGuffin feel that his life was complete! !

And that sand sculpture system novice task!If it can be completed... Forget it, don't mention it!
So he came to the most obvious conclusion - MacGuffin, I, must learn Transfiguration!

Hogwarts library here I come!
