Chapter 88

This small bookstore with no name has grown from two people at first, to three people, and now it has four people.Of course, there are two permanent residents, Xi and Dillif, and two part-timers, Natasha and Aunt Mei.Because of her age, Aunt Mei seldom spends time in the store. For Natasha, it is a pity that she knows that her main job is a secret agent. She only hopes that the main job of this shop assistant will not bring trouble to herself.Oh, I need to mention one thing, unfortunately I felt that Aldiliv's name was too long, so I called it Dilifu directly, so that many people didn't know her original name, and of course she didn't care much about it.

The third floor used to be Xi's private space, but now there are more people. No matter how unwilling she is, she still needs to make room for Dilliff. So the third floor was remodeled. This matter should have fallen on Tony Stark on the grounds that he was rich.Given this was a source of pride for Tony, Tony said yes.

In the past few days when Xi took Dilliff to visit the earth, the citizens of New York suddenly found that the bookstore they frequented had a sign saying it was closed for rest. There were occasional knocking sounds in the room.

"Tony, are you sure this is the instructor's style?" Steve volunteered to help, and they said it was do-it-yourself. "I remember she said that only the third floor should be changed."

"No, no, sorry to leave what I told me before, you are not here." Tony picked up a piece of glass and pressed it against the window.

"Boss, you pretended to be reversed!" At this moment, Tony's artificial intelligence Jarvis reminded at the right time.

"Oh, I'm sorry!" Tony took a closer look, and it was indeed reversed. It was the first time in his life that he installed glass, and of course the glass was smashed the most. "Well, we're almost done, and the ladies will be back tomorrow."

"Are you going to use this place as the secret base of the Avengers?" Steve knocked on the wall, and he keenly discovered that there was a thick layer of bulletproof steel inside the wall.

"Hush! Keep your voice down, if Xi finds out, it's over!" Tony jumped up exaggeratedly and looked around nervously. He remembered that date with Pepper at Xi's bookstore, and it didn't end well.

"You can't hide it from her." Natasha teased, she felt a little pity, she just had a mission to perform on Diliv's Earth, and she just finished her work these days.

"Don't worry, I used very special materials this time." Tony is very confident in his materials. "Hey, Banner, you should get me that board instead of reading a book."

"Hmm, it's true under normal circumstances, but I found something interesting." Banner looked at a book intently, and he felt that this book was a bit strange.

"What is it?" Steve turned his head strangely, and then his face changed drastically, "Banner, Dr. Banner, put it down quickly."

"What?" Banner twisted a corner of the book and looked up at Steve. He didn't understand why Steve's face changed when he saw the book.

"Oh, my God, it's the book you cherished!" Natasha looked at Banner in astonishment, with an expression on her face that you are finished.

"Is there anything wrong with this book, uh, what's wrong with you guys?" Banner was still bewildered.

"Well, the weird thing about this book is that...it's alive!" Tony had seen the book anyway.

"Life?" Banner heard the words and moved closer to examine it carefully, "Then, is this book a male or a female?"

"It's over, it's over." Steve looked at Banner dully.

Before Steve finished speaking, he saw the book break free from Banner's hand and hit him hard in the face, only to hear a "snap".Banner fell to the ground.

Tony couldn't bear to look directly at him, covering his face and turning his head away.

Xi, who was far away in Hong Kong, was shopping with Dillif when she suddenly stopped.

"What's wrong?" Dilliff asked suspiciously.

"It's okay." Xi shook her head, then raised her hand, and the scripture of rules appeared in her hand.Seeing the message from the scripture of rules, the corner of Xi's mouth twitched slightly.

"What happened?" Banner shook his head, not knowing what happened, he was stunned.

"It's nothing, I was just slapped by the book!" Natasha shrugged and shook her head slightly, but the corners of her mouth turned up and told Banner that she was trying her best not to laugh.

"Why didn't she take such an important thing away?" Banner touched his face, which was a little hot.

"You know, children always have the habit of throwing things around!" Natasha couldn't help but smile.

"Hey, he didn't show up!" Steve sees the problem.

"Uh..." Banner felt it, "It seems that there is really no reaction."

"Hulk?" Tony realized that he was talking about the big green guy.

"I know, I know" Banner suddenly yelled, "Hulk is scared"

"Afraid, who are you afraid of?" Tony asked in surprise.

"That book, or the owner of that book," Banner affirmed.

"Or both!" Natasha concluded.

. . . . .

A day later, the renovation of the bookstore has been completed. This morning, everyone put some essential books on the shelves, and it is considered a success!
"Yeah, it feels good!" Tony stood at the door and nodded in satisfaction. "Shall we have some wine to celebrate"

But what surprised Tony was that no one said a word.

"Hey everyone, don't you all salivate over the wine you brought back? Now is the time!" Tony said, looking at Banner. He found that the other person's face was wrong, "Uh, what's going on?"

Banner covered his face and pointed behind Tony.

"Get out of the way, Mister Iron Man" Xi's cold voice came from behind Tony.

Tony froze, he wanted to slap himself, but he was exposed just now.He turned around stiffly, and gave way, "Xi, you're back, why don't you play for a while?"

Xi glared at Tony, "If I don't come back, I won't be able to find my home!"

"Ahem!" Tony coughed in embarrassment.

She reluctantly ignored Tony by the door, and walked straight into the bookstore. She looked at the drastically changed environment around her, with a helpless expression on her face.

"Didn't you just change the third floor?" Xi looked at Tony who was standing there.

"I happen to have some spare money..." Tony found an excuse in embarrassment.

"You have so much spare money!" Xi rolled her eyes, "Is it enough to put steel plates on the walls?" Before Tony could answer, he turned and walked to the third floor. Can't help but turn the sky!
"I just said I can't hide it from her!" Natasha shrugged gloatingly.

"That is to say, we won't be able to drink that wine?" Tony looked at Banner unwillingly.

"It should be hopeless!" Banner nodded, thinking that there must be no hope.

"Not necessarily," Dilliff said at this moment.

Everyone turned their gazes to Dillif who was sitting on the side.

"You have a way?" Tony asked hastily!
Dilliff leaned lazily on the chair, "I'm very interested in that car on Earth..."

"Tell me, which one do you want?" Tony's eyes lit up. In his eyes, nothing that can be solved with money is not a problem.

"The most expensive car in your collection" Dillif was a smart person, she said with a smile.

"What?" Tony exclaimed.

"Ahem" However, the coughing of Steve, Natasha and Banner interrupted Tony's refusal.

"Deal!" Tony gritted his teeth, feeling a little pained.

"A wise choice." Dilliff nodded approvingly, got up and walked upstairs, she suddenly remembered something, "By the way, I brought the wine."

Tony and the others looked at each other, and he felt that he was cheated.
