“White Queen.”

Luke Field called out.

“At your service.” A magnetic female voice echoed in the lab.

“Gather news reports about Tony Stark's disappearance.” Luke Field commanded.

“Collected.” The White Queen responded almost instantly.

“Delete the tabloid entertainment reports, the redundant reports, the meaningless, sensationalized false reports. Project the higher-weighted reports.” Luke Field waved his hand, and virtual screens suddenly appeared all around him, above, below, and to his sides, arching around him in a hemisphere.

“……”

“What are your thoughts on the significant drop in stock prices caused by the kidnapping and disappearance of Tony Stark, the soul of Stark Industries?”

“I'm not in the mood to express my views right now. Tony is the son of my old friend Howard, and I treat him like a nephew. Until I have the latest news, I will try everything possible to rescue him and support Stark Industries. Stark Industries is the result of Howard's and my hard work, and no matter what the future holds, I will not let it fall.”

This was a scene from an interview between a reporter and Obadiah Stane, the current manager of Stark Industries.

“……”

“As a competitor in the arms industry, what are your thoughts on Tony Stark's kidnapping and disappearance?”

“Unbelievable! Undoubtedly, this is a huge disaster! As everyone knows, although Tony and I are competitors, we have a good personal relationship. I've always wanted to collaborate with him, integrating the power of Hammer Industries and Stark Industries to create a great new product. I hope he can return safely.”

This was a conversation between a reporter and Justin Hammer, the owner of Hammer Industries. Although Justin Hammer tried his best to appear somber and sorrowful in the scene, the slight upturn of his lips couldn't help but reveal his good mood at the time.

“He’s been having a rough time lately. This is probably the best news he's heard in the past few days.” Ina Sandra watched the hypocritical Justin Hammer on the virtual screen and curled her lips.

“Tony Stark has been missing for nearly a week. Do you think there is still hope for his survival?”

“As Tony Stark's most trusted assistant, Ms. Potts, are you worried about your future?”

“...Can you reveal some of the latest search information? Have you found any trace of Tony Stark?...”

This was Pepper Potts, Tony Stark's haggard and silent female secretary, being surrounded by a group of reporters constantly asking questions.

Other scenes showed things like the location where Tony Stark disappeared, dried bloodstains, and the wreckage of a vehicle, etc.

“I never quite understood why you had certain cautious tendencies, but these days I understand it a bit more. This world is too dangerous. Even someone like Tony Stark can experience kidnapping and have their life hanging in the balance.” Ina Sandra, recalling her near-kidnapping by her own security captain Wallace not long ago, felt a bit of empathy.

Hearing her words, Luke Field felt a little helpless. This was just the opening act; the things that would happen later would be even more magical.

However, correspondingly, the sense of urgency made Luke Field's joy from his recent upgrade subside.

He waved his hand in the void, sweeping all the news reports away like garbage.

“Aren't you going to keep watching?” Ina Sandra didn't expect that Luke Field, who had previously valued Tony Stark so much, would only glance at the reports and then stop paying attention.

“No need to watch anymore. Did you buy Stark Industries stock?” Luke Field, with his hands in his pockets, walked towards the lab exit. He now needed to carefully plan his future affairs and make decisions he had previously been hesitant about.

For example, whether to join the Avengers organization.

For Luke Field, joining this organization wasn't important. What was important was the people and things he could come into contact with after joining.

Establishing relationships with some people in this organization—being teammates and partners—was certainly a pain sometimes, but it could also be relied upon in many situations. For example, if he couldn't get in touch with the mage organization before the Ancient One pursued eternity, then he would have to wait until Stephen Strange became the Sorcerer Supreme and joined the Avengers before he could do business with that group of mages.

As for making friends with Stephen Strange now?

Sorry, the current Stephen Strange is a refined and utter scoundrel, just like Tony Stark before he transformed into Iron Man, making people want to avoid him. Besides, if Stephen Strange became the Sorcerer Supreme and used the Time Stone to do something crazy, or observed and discovered something, the relationship painstakingly built before his downfall would be a burden instead.

After all, everyone in this organization with ability and talent is a paranoid.

Luke Field was also very interested in the Infinity Stones, and without a doubt, the organization, or rather the people in it, offered the most opportunities to come into contact with them. Of course, if you say Hydra is also an option, then it's not impossible to arrange if needed.

“You want to?” Ina Sandra was puzzled. It was the first time she had heard Luke Field express interest in a stock.

“See how it goes. Go long on it.” Luke Field said.

Ina Sandra shrugged. She had been paying attention to Stark Industries stock. In fact, although it had been falling these days, even plummeting, Ina Sandra, with her keen business sense, sensed that there was hidden capital buying up large amounts of Stark Industries stock that was being sold off due to panic.

“Leave these things to the professionals. We have more important things to do now.” Luke Field strode forward, and Ina Sandra, with her long legs in high heels, quickly followed behind.

“You have a new idea?” Ina Sandra caught up with perfect understanding.

“Have the industrial park prepare. I'll be staying there for the next few days.” Luke Field, under Ina Sandra's gaze, twirled his finger around his head: “Big business.”

“How big?” Ina Sandra asked with interest.

“Big enough for us to catch up with Stark Industries' military orders.” Luke Field said. He planned to first take out the Pacific Rim black technology helicopters to test the waters. Once this thing is out, he doesn't believe those in the military will be able to refuse.

As for Stark's life or death?

What does that have to do with Luke? Business is the most important thing now!
