After seeing Director George Stacy off, Luke Field turned around, watching Ina Sandra, who was staring intently at him from in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, as the unique pickup truck of the New York Police Department drove away. He sighed, "Okay, what else do you need me to decide or deal with?"

Ina Sandra smiled contentedly, "Justin Hammer wants to acquire some Hebron Technology stock, or rather, he's willing to exchange some Hammer Industries stock and resources with us."

"Reject him." Luke Field shook his head without thinking. "I'd rather deal with that narcissistic and arrogant Stark than get involved with him."

Ina Sandra nodded. Although Luke had delegated most of Hebron Technology's affairs to her, and even given her considerable authority, she was smart enough to never make decisions on her own on truly important matters. Instead, she would fully listen to Luke's advice, even though to outsiders, Luke was just a Stark-like scientific genius, not someone skilled at managing a large company. If Luke Field made a decision on something, she would execute it.

Luke set the goals, and she used her abilities to assist and manage the team to achieve those goals.

She enjoyed this process. The two had a clear division of labor, yet cooperated closely.

"There will be an insiders' gathering tomorrow night."

Having received the answer, Ina Sandra skipped the previous question and flipped to the next matter needing a decision on a transparent tablet in her hand.

"Do I have to attend?" Luke Field frowned.

"Yes!" Ina Sandra's tone was firm. She could listen to Luke on many matters, but that didn't mean she wouldn't compete on these issues. "The recent major deal with the military is at a crucial stage. As our first major collaboration with the military, I think you need to show your face when necessary! After all, the person worshiped as the Hebron Monarch in the company isn't me, but you!"

"Sounds a little sour." Luke Field smiled. Of course, he knew Ina Sandra was exaggerating. If Hebron's researchers wholeheartedly admired him and followed him as the monarch on their scientific research path, then in the hearts of other employees, Ina Sandra, the woman responsible for managing most of the company's affairs outside of research, was more authoritative.

"I'll go, bringing what they want to see." Luke Field nodded.

...

A military transport helicopter flew over mountains and ridges, landing on the apron of a training ground in the suburbs.

The rear hatch opened, and Luke Field shielded his face from the fierce wind that rushed in as the door opened, stepping out sideways. Beside him was Ina Sandra in a gray professional suit, and a fully armed squad of six people.

Becci Squad.

An security squad affiliated with Hebron Technology. Led by retired Army Lieutenant Wallace.

Some people in military uniforms were already standing in front of the hatch, and they took the initiative to greet Luke after seeing him.

"Is that the squad participating in the test? Looks well-equipped." A middle-aged man with graying hair and a stern face shook hands with Luke Field, his gaze falling on the Becci Squad behind him.

"General Evera, this is the newly formed Becci Squad of Hebron Technology, hand-picked from the security team of Hebron Industrial Technology, equipped with Hebron's latest technological products. They will be one of the most elite and powerful squads." It was Ina Sandra who spoke.

"I hope so." General Evera nodded, forcing a smile on his face. "If Hebron Industrial Technology's products are as good as you say, then we will definitely give you an order that will satisfy you."

Although General Evera said he was looking forward to it, Luke Field and Ina Sandra heard some doubts in his tone, but they didn't explain or argue. For these people, no amount of talk was as good as seeing it with their own eyes. Although Tony Stark was currently annoying, what he said to the reporters was true.

"In this business, fame or debate doesn't make the product sell better."

And after two hours of testing, facts spoke louder than words.

During these two hours, every time the time decreased, the smile on General Evera's face increased, and the sincerity increased. By the time all the projects were tested, his previously serious and rigid face was now about to burst into laughter, and his attitude towards Luke Field became more cordial. Although during these two hours, his subordinates were repeatedly beaten in all aspects by Luke's Becci Squad, making him lose face, he knew very well that this was not the reason for his soldiers, but the products of Hebron Industrial Technology, the increase in the strength of the soldiers exceeded everyone's expectations.

Even in General Evera's eyes, the power of the equipment displayed by the Becci Squad was even better than the self-assessment submitted by Hebron Technology.

Core Helmet + Mechanical Gloves + Sprint Boots = $300,000?

Too affordable!

General Evera had even begun to stare at the people from the military procurement department around him, repeatedly signaling with his eyes.

Expensive?

Not expensive!

I want it!

Really want it!

Don't mess this up for me!

Seeing the military procurement officer who was a little embarrassed by General Evera's gaze, Luke and Ina smiled at each other.

What followed was naturally a pleasant time for both hosts and guests.

...

Night.

Inside the car.

Finally getting rid of those people who could be considered his grandfathers' age trying to force him to drink, Luke Field breathed a sigh of relief.

Seeing the expression on Luke Field's face as if he had survived a disaster, Ina Sandra smiled. As a partner, this look that Luke Field tried to avoid was not common.

"Back to Hebron? Or home?" Ina Sandra asked softly.

"Back to Hebron." Luke Field replied immediately. The major military order agreed upon today had increased his talent card experience by another notch, and had met the requirements for unlocking the next stage! This meant that it was time for him to flip the card again. He was already a little impatient in his heart at the party, and was even seen by those shrewd old men, who looked at him and Ina with an expression like "I know, I understand, it's good to be young."

A hint of disappointment appeared on Ina Sandra's face, but she still nodded and said to the driver in front, "Back to Hebron."

The convoy started, with two cars in front and behind sandwiching the car Luke Field was in, heading towards the Hebron Technology Building.

Halfway through the journey, while passing through a relatively remote section of the road, a gunshot suddenly rang out in front. The front window of the car Luke Field was in was covered with a dense, spiderweb-like crack. A sniper bullet was exposed on the cracked windshield in front of the driver, stuck in the bulletproof glass, like a pimple on the skin.
