Mrs. Helan was so full of herself as soon as she heard that. Especially now that many of the people around were ‘congratulating’ Mrs. Yue. She believed that Mrs. Yue now only had two options.

She could either make a scene out of it, blow it out, humiliate the Yue family in front of all the influential of Luo City, and make the Yue family’s scandal known to the public.

Or, she could swallow it and pretended that she was happy. If she did not want to make it into the biggest scandal of Luo City and made it tough for her son in the future, then she would have to bite her lips and swallow it.

It seemed like she was prepared to swallow it. Not bad…. No matter which options she chose, Mrs. Helan would be happy with it.

Mrs. Yue was going to suffer regardless.

Yue Pengcheng was clearly the best weapon against Mrs. Yue. She should have asked Yue Pengcheng to come back sooner.

Yan Qingsi’s fingers moved, she did not believe that Mrs. Yue would just let it slide. Even if Mrs. Yue really wanted to compromise and did not want to make a scene at the dinner, but this mouthful of disgusts should not be swallowed just like this.

If she was not going to make them pay, then she had been living in vain for all these years.

It was as if Mrs. Helan was afraid that people did not know that she and her husband were doing ‘good’ and intentionally compared herself to Mrs. Yue.

She and Helan Mingde had been husband and wife for thirty years. Whereas Mrs. Yue and Yue Pengcheng were separated one year after they got married.

She deliberately said it that way just to stick a nail into Mrs. Yue’s heart.

Even Yan Qingsi was a little shocked to see that. This was the first time she saw her being so lady-like, so noble, and unattainable.

Mrs. Helan had not finished her sentence, and all of sudden Mrs. Yue stretched out her hand, grabbed her right arm and dragged her over. Before she realized, Mrs. Yue had grabbed the wasabi on the table that was meant for the sashimi, raised her hand and smeared it all over Mrs. Helan’s face.

Mrs. Yue was very fast, she had finished the entire series of actions before the surrounding eyes could keep up.

The wasabi was spicy and it stung. Even with just a small amount that went into the eyes, it was enough to make Mrs. Helan teared up.

All of this happened so fast, everybody was dumbstruck. Even Yan Qingsi and Yue Tingfeng did not think Mrs. Yue would make such a move. They even thought Mrs. Yue would never do such a shocking move, in front of everyone.

Following Mrs. Helan sharp and pathetic scream, Yan Qingsi came out of it immediately. She saw Mrs. Helan’s struggle and sent one kick toward her. She then grabbed both Mrs. Helan’s hands that were struggling and twisted them with force.
