From Hogwarts to Strixhaven
Chapter 42 Halloween Eve
October 31, Halloween Eve.
The air in the castle was filled with the sweet and tempting smell of roasted pumpkin. Today's breakfast was roasted pumpkin pie, and Ivy was very satisfied.
Not only was he satisfied with the delicious food on the table, but he was also satisfied with the way his classmates looked at him.
After more than a month of careful production, his three elemental orbs were finally completed. Therefore, on this special day of Halloween Eve, he decided to make his three elemental orbs debut from morning to night.
The three-color elemental ball slowly rotated around Ivy's shoulders like a satellite, and everyone who passed by him exclaimed with envy.
Ivy, a standard Slytherin, undoubtedly felt very comfortable. He enjoyed this atmosphere from hair to soles, the atmosphere of being paid attention to.
"Oh! Which joke shop's new product is this? What else can they do besides glowing?" said a red-haired Gryffindor. Ivy didn't know if it was Fred or George.
"It can also blast your enemies to pieces." Ivy is honest and brave, and never lies.
"You know what? We like this saying. If we didn't have a few coins in our pockets, we would definitely ask the price." Another Weasley said, and then they left under the cannibalistic gazes of all Slytherins.
For the rest of the day, Ivy was always followed by one or two Slytherin seniors. They neither came forward to talk to Ivy nor disturbed any of Ivy's actions. They were just responsible for using their bodies and eyes to drive away every little wizard who wanted to get close to Ivy.
Ivy was very confused about this. Could it be that these guys were itching for trouble again?
However, seeing that no one showed hostility, Ivy let them go.
Today, Slytherin first-year students had a spell class, so Ivy set out on the road to the spell classroom with three elemental orbs.
Just after passing through the corridor full of various portraits, Ivy was hit by a reckless little witch.
Fortunately, the two were not very fast, so there were no popular scenes. Ivy only heard a crying "I'm sorry" and the little witch ran away without looking back.
"Get out of the way! You're blocking my way!"
Ivy looked back and saw that the little brown-haired witch was stopped by the senior Slytherin who followed him.
These senior Slytherin students seemed to be following in a shift system, at least the two in front of him were not the two Ivy knew at the beginning.
They moved with Hermione's footsteps and always blocked her firmly.
As a last resort, Hermione loudly accused them of their behavior in the corridor.
There were many Gryffindor students around, all of whom had just walked out of the spells classroom, but no one came forward to help.
"Get out of the way." Ivy said in an almost commanding tone.
"But she..." The tall Slytherin student wanted to refute, but was pulled by his sleeve by his companion, and then stopped talking and got out of the way without saying a word.
Hermione did not move forward, but stood there and wiped away tears, her eyes moving back and forth between the Slytherin senior student who had just blocked her way and Ivy.
"Dong Dong Dong" That was the sound of Hermione's small leather shoes knocking on the floor, and she came to Ivy aggressively.
She only heard her say: "How did you do it?"
"What do you mean?" Ivy tilted her head, not quite understanding why she suddenly asked this.
"I just bumped into you by accident, and the two 'bodyguards' behind you stopped me without hesitation." Hermione turned back and glared at the two senior Slytherin students, and then said, "You always speak in a condescending manner, but you can win people's respect. Why are people unwilling to follow the right things, but are willing to gather around an arrogant guy like you?"
"The right things?" Ivy understood that Hermione was referring to school rules and the like, and he smiled and said, "That can't be explained in one or two sentences. If you have time, maybe we can find a place to chat."
"I think it should be you who doesn't have time." Hermione said, she looked at the "Standard Spells·Level 1" in Ivy's hand.
"It doesn't matter." Ivy hooked his finger at the Slytherin student who had been following him, and then, in the latter's confused eyes, used a disguise from the DND world view to change his appearance, making him look exactly like himself.
Then, Ivy stuffed the textbook in his hand into his hand, patted his shoulder and told him: "Help me go to the Charms class. I think the first-year content should not be difficult for you. And remember not to be too conspicuous."
So in the shocked eyes of everyone, Ivy took Hermione out of the corridor of the Charms classroom.
Beside the Black Lake, Ivy used magic to conjure two chairs and a tea table full of snacks. This certainly did not violate Gamp's basic law of transformation, because the food and drinks were prepared by the house elves.
Ivy used the teleportation technique to notify them, and these versatile helpers of housework were happy to serve every little wizard in the castle.
No mistakes in one song, one post, one content, one 6, one 9, one book, one bar!
Before Hermione spoke, Ivy stretched out a finger to stop her, and pushed the brewed black tea to her.
After watching Hermione take a big sip with satisfaction, Ivy asked, "You haven't had a very pleasant time recently, have you?"
Hermione's mood, which had just improved due to the hot tea, immediately became visibly depressed.
"Oh. Sorry, I didn't mean to bring up your sad story." Ivy slowed down his tone, and the three elemental orbs around his shoulders also slowed down their rotation speed. "I think, maybe I have to take some responsibility in this regard. Recently, I have been busy making magic items and neglected my friends' feelings, so I didn't notice your situation at the first time."
Hermione looked at the three shining elemental orbs. The word "friend" made her feel a little comforted. Not long ago, Ron pointed out sharply: "She doesn't even have a friend."
Ivy picked up the teacup and took a sip gently: "Very good, now let's talk about your problem, why people prefer me who is high above, rather than you who are always right, Miss Hermione."
Hermione's expectant eyes focused on Ivy's face.
"Because the kindness from the strong is always flattering." Ivy smiled, "Compared with Harry, Ron, Malfoy, and even the other six grade wizards, I am obviously stronger."
Hermione's brown eyes were full of suspicion.
"Remember the duel between Harry and Malfoy? On the first night of school, I defeated almost all the senior Slytherin students in a duel and sent them all to the school hospital."
