Green Monster Epic

#191 - Fierce person

Chapter 190: A Vicious Person

Skull Crusher had been feeling uneasy lately, sensing that something was off.

Many things felt off, especially after he witnessed a battle between tribes in the Green Plains from afar, which filled him with a strong sense of frustration, and the dark cloud that had been looming over his heart seemed to be expanding.

He incited Boulder to lead his Lava Tribe to attack a Green Plains tribe that lacked a leader and had lost over a dozen of its strongest members. Skull Crusher thought that even if Boulder failed to conquer the village, he could at least destroy most of the tribe and slaughter countless people.

However, the result was beyond Skull Crusher's expectations. He never imagined that the Green Plains tribe would be so cunning, secretly hiding a third advanced warrior.

When Boulder was stopped by the two advanced warriors and a mutually destructive fight ensued, Boulder, that useless thing, actually ran away?

He didn't even dare to fight to the death with the Skull Crusher Tribe?

"What a waste of such a big body!!!"

Skull Crusher helplessly commented on Boulder, regretting that he had considered him one of the few strong individuals capable of withstanding his magic, allowing them to live comfortably in the Shingle Beach for so many years.

But now it was fine. Skull Crusher casually kicked a few corpses on the ground. One body flipped over, its eyes wide open in death, filled with anger and disbelief. It was Boulder, the ogre chieftain who had taken his tribe to trouble the Green Plains tribe, only to return defeated after listening to Skull Crusher's words.

Boulder's body was covered with countless wounds and huge blisters caused by burns. His hair was charred and emitted a burnt smell.

Beside him, the six ogres who had escaped the Green Plains territory with him were also lying motionless on the ground, their bodies covered in various wounds, with some body parts scattered around the area. A dozen kobolds were collecting various spoils of war.

Rewinding time to the day Boulder was defeated and fled the Green Plains tribe, Skull Crusher was standing on the high canopy of a tough peach tree on the northeastern horizon, observing the results of the battle at Green Lake Village through his Eagle Eye spell.

When he saw Boulder leading six ogres fleeing the Green Plains territory in a sorry state, Skull Crusher ordered the kobold team below to prepare to set off.

They followed Boulder's team from a distance until they returned to their Shingle Beach camp and finally relaxed. The group slumped dejectedly in the simple camp, staring blankly at Boulder.

Boulder stroked the iron rod in his hand, once again feeling regret. How could he have been so easily incited by others, selling out his tribe for a dozen weapons?

Now, even his most trusted confidant, Ali, had been lost in the battle to attack the green skins' village. With only these six remaining tribesmen and the three young ogres in the cave in the camp, he didn't know what to do next.

Skull Crusher led his tribe, quietly waiting outside the Shingle Beach camp, waiting for the night to fall, and watching Boulder, his former opponent and current partner, sitting wearily and bitterly on a wooden stake in the camp, lost in thought.

Night came quickly, and time flowed quickly. When deep night arrived and the sound of snoring arose in the Shingle Beach camp, Skull Crusher got up and slowly crept towards the ogre camp.

Behind him, more than 20 kobold warriors, led by Meyer and Zul, followed closely, making no sound on the sandy ground.

Mysterious ancient language gradually sounded from Skull Crusher's mouth. As the magic model constructed by mana in front of him was completed, a spell was slowly taking shape.

When the last bit of mana was poured into the spell model, Skull Crusher raised the staff in his hand and pointed it at the ogre camp. The spell, which consumed great mental strength and mana, finally shot towards the sky above.

'Meteor Shower,' another fire spell that Skull Crusher comprehended after advancing to level 11. It was also the first time Skull Crusher had used it in actual combat.

The 6th-tier spell should not have been able to be cast at Skull Crusher's current level, but because he collected some fresh dragon blood in the Green Plains and used it to strengthen his fire dragon bloodline upon returning, he surpassed his level and possessed this spell, which should have been the specialty of the dragon Figlas.

It was a pity that the preparation time for this spell was too long and consumed too much energy. The meteor also took a long time to descend, making it unsuitable for use in battle. It could only be effective when attacking fixed buildings; otherwise, its power could truly be used as Skull Crusher's ultimate move in the future.

Even if Allen cleaned up the battlefield thoroughly, he could not collect all the dragon blood in a short period, especially in front of a kobold with a keen sense of smell.

However, because Allen and his team collected most of the dragon blood in advance and sent tribesmen to disrupt Skull Crusher, the dragon blood that Skull Crusher finally obtained could only strengthen his bloodline a little and break through the long-standing shackles to reach the level of an 11th-level dragon blood warlock.

A meteor, which was initially very small, appeared in the sky above Shingle Beach. As time passed, the meteor's light became brighter and brighter, and the tail behind it gradually lengthened.

When it reached a dozen meters above its destination, the meteor swelled to a diameter of 3-4 meters, carrying intense fire magic and a huge physical impact, and crashed straight into the ground.

Boulder was awakened by the meteor's dazzling light. When he walked out of his cave, the radiant meteor and the place where his tribe had lived for many years were only one step away.

"Run!!!"

Boulder only had time to issue this warning. His tribesmen had exhausted too much energy in the battle during the day, and after relaxing upon returning, they had little vigilance left.

For many years, no one or force had dared to invade their ogre territory, creating the illusion that they were safe upon returning to Shingle Beach.

"Boom!!!"

A cloud of fire carrying countless sand and soil soared dozens of meters into the air, looking like a mushroom from afar. Boulder himself had only run into the cave entrance when he was blown to the ground by the violent wind.

Then, the ground shook violently, and the sturdy cave collapsed at once, burying Boulder alive inside.

Even hundreds of meters away from the ogre camp in Shingle Beach, the shockwave and earthquake-like shaking caused by the magic disrupted the kobold team, which had been prepared, scattering them in disarray.

When they regained their footing and slowly approached the ogre camp, which was still surrounded by countless sparks, they found that there was no ogre camp there anymore. The only strange thing there was a large pit about ten meters wide.

Skull Crusher waved his hand, and Meyer and the others led their tribesmen to scatter and search for any surviving ogres, giving them a complete release.

Skull Crusher walked to the cave where Boulder had been before, which was now a pile of rubble. A figure was slowly struggling, as if about to break free. Skull Crusher was not surprised. He chanted a spell again, and one earth spike after another rose from the rubble.

Many of the earth spikes were covered with flesh and blood, or simply stained with dark red blood.

Pitifully, Boulder, a powerful warrior of the Green Plains, died so miserably at the hands of Skull Crusher, a calculating opponent.
