Hogwarts Diary: Snape Goes Crazy

Chapter 208: Cut Into Pieces By A Thousand Cuts

Halloween morning.

Vesey's mood was as low as ever. Of course, she was pretending, and there was someone else who was really in a bad mood.

Take Harry for example.

Pretending to be nonchalant, he went downstairs to eat with everyone, and persuaded Vesey, who looked even more pitiful than him, before sending them to the school gate.

"We'll bring you lots of candies!"

Vesey said pretending to be sad.

Harry felt a little better.

He rubbed Vesey's head.

"Okay, but the most important thing is that you have fun!"

He hugged Vesey at the door and let her go.

Mr. Filch, the administrator, smiled at Vesey.

Mr. Filch has been particularly tolerant of Vesey since she killed the basilisk in second grade.

Even if she came back dirty, Mr. Filch would look at her with pity, instead of scolding him for making the floor dirty and deducting points from him like he did to Harry.

"Staying? Are you afraid of encountering dementors?"

As soon as Vesey left, while Harry was still looking at their backs sadly, Malfoy came out with Crabbe and Goyle.

He yelled at Harry loudly and even fainted, which made Harry roll his eyes miserably.

But at this time, his friends and sister were not around, and there was no way to beat Ma Erfu, so he immediately turned around and left.

Returning to the Gryffindor lounge in a depressed mood, Harry immediately saw Colin Creevey coming to greet him.

He couldn't wait to go out and take another two turns right away.

After Colin was petrified last year, he once thought that if Colin took pictures of him again, he would never be impatient again.

But now, when Colin actually stood in front of him and tried to ask him for an autographed photo, Harry really wanted him to be petrified by the basilisk for a while longer.

This guy is so annoying!

What is it about him that Colin admires?

Can't he change it?

After saying hello to Colin, Harry immediately turned and left the Gryffindor common room.

He stood outside, suddenly feeling like he didn't know where he was going.

When he was at Hogwarts, his friends and Vesey would accompany him wherever he went, and he felt this helpless loneliness for the first time.

So he walked towards the Owlery in a daze, thinking about going to see Hedwig.

He also met Filch on the way.

Filch looked him up and down and said awkwardly: "Boy, you and your sister should be safe this year, Sirius Black..."

Harry knew what he was going to say.

He said listlessly: "Yes, yes, Sirius Black is chasing us, we know it."

Mr. Filch snorted, as if annoyed by his insouciance.

But he said no more and walked away from Harry.

Harry cursed Sirius in his mind for being a psycho as he continued walking forward.

But after taking a few steps, he saw the door of a room open.

It's Lupine.

Lupine was waving to him.

"I heard you and Filch talking just now. I opened the door and saw that it was indeed like this. Do you want to come in and talk?"

Harry was a little embarrassed.

Talk to a professor and he really doesn't know what to say.

But Lupine has no such worries.

He warmly invited Harry in for a cup of tea.

Harry didn't refuse.

He went inside.

"By the way, what are you doing here? Why didn't you go find Vesey? She's not in a good mood lately. As a brother, you should comfort her more."

Harry nodded listlessly.

"She went to Hogsmeade."

Lupine suddenly realized.

"No wonder... Okay! Don't be so decadent, come and see the new lesson I have prepared for you, Grindylow.

Harry walked over and looked through the glass jar at the sickly green guy with sharp horns inside.

"The water monster, it shouldn't be difficult for us to deal with it, especially Vesey. You know how powerful she is. Except for Boggarts, it will be almost impossible to defeat her."

Sorry, I really shouldn't have let her face the Boggart. If it hadn't been for that incident, maybe Vesey would still be happy now. "

Lupine said apologetically.

Harry was unhappy at first.

But later he felt that Trelawney was more responsible than Lupine.

Not to mention that Vesey couldn't stand Trelawney's prophecies, even he himself couldn't help but feel depressed after listening to such prophecies every day.

So he shook his head.

Lupine laughed.

He took out the tea bag and brewed it for Harry.

"I know that you have probably had a psychological shadow on ordinary tea recently, but this is more convenient.

Harry sighed.

Trelawney's tea prophecy had apparently spread throughout the school, and everyone knew that his death had been predicted.

but…………

Harry was a little hesitant to tell Lupin that he had seen a black dog on the street and in Diagon Alley, which indeed represented death.

But think about it and forget it.

He didn't want Lupine to think he was a weak person.

"Are you worried about something?"

Lupine noticed it and asked curiously.

It wasn't until Snape left with the goblet that he said hesitantly:

Snape looked at Grindelwald, his eyes still full of vigilance.

"Thank you, Severus."

Other professors would say You-Know-Who, or the Dark Lord, or He Who Must Not Be Named.

"You mean Voldemort too?"

His body was trembling with pain, and Harry looked scared and even wanted to snatch the cup from his hand.

Snape held a goblet and stared at Lupin warily. He narrowed his eyes dangerously and said, "I'm here to give you medicine."

Lupine quickly stood up and took the medicine.

Snape didn't speak, he was switching his gaze back and forth between Harry and Lupine.

Lupine quickly explained: "I'm inviting Harry to see my new project Grindelwald."

But he ultimately did nothing.

He almost jumped with fright.

"This is normal, isn't it?"

If Snape could have done it, he would have cut him into pieces long ago without having to do anything with the potion. .

Then in came Snape.

He pursed his lips, thought for a while and said:

"So, your fear is just fear, which is good, very good!"

"Charming, but, Lupin, you need to drink the medicine!"

Lupine sighed heavily, took a sip of tea, and said bitterly: "Go back, Harry, we should all get to work!"

Harry felt like he and Lupin had grown closer in an instant.

Harry thought for a while, put down the cup, frowned and asked, "There is indeed a problem. Why didn't you let me face the Boggart that day? It was because..."

Harry felt a little embarrassed and thought Lupin's praise was too exaggerated, but he couldn't help but be happy.

Lupine hesitated.

Harry looked at him in surprise.

It's like it's not Voldemort, but a cat and a dog.

"At first I did think it was Voldemort, but then I thought it wasn't. I think it's more likely to be a dementor!"

"No, no, I definitely don't think you are timid. I'm just worried that Voldemort's appearance in school will cause unnecessary panic among the students."

Lupine said calmly.

Lupine praised. 543

Lupine was stunned for a moment, then suddenly realized.

Lupine interrupted.

As Harry was talking, there was a knock on the door.

"Some people say that Professor Snape has always wanted to apply for Defense Against the Dark Arts, and even went to any lengths to get this position..."

"I actually don't think..."

Finally he picked up the cup.
