Hogwarts: I Am Such a Model Wizard
Chapter 114: special letter
Chapter 114 Special Letter
In the room, Chris was sitting on the sofa in the living room, talking to Mr. Weasley.
On the way back, Mr. Weasley noticed the hopeless expressions on Fred and George's faces.
Because of his understanding of Molly and the twins, he didn't even go home after returning to the Burrow. He got out of the car and ran straight here.
As long as he was not at the Burrow, no one could speak for the twins when they were beaten.
Molly has been very nervous these days because of the incident of a dark wizard in Hogwarts. She can't eat well or sleep well every day, which makes him feel distressed.
Now that everything is over, it’s good to let her spank the child and relax a bit. Anyway, the twins have already sent me a ready-made excuse, so it’s not free of charge.
"Oh, dear." After seeing Kyle, Mr. Weasley said with a smile: "I never had time to ask you how you were at school."
“It’s great.” Kyle said: “The professors are very easy to get along with, and the classmates are also very kind. It is exactly the campus life of my dreams.”
"That's good." Mr. Weasley took a sip of whiskey. "Time flies so fast. In a blink of an eye, you are already in your second year... Oh, and Ron, he is also going to school this year. ."
"Isn't it good?" Chris smiled beside him: "This way you and Molly can feel a lot more relaxed."
"Yes, that's right." Mr. Weasley took another sip of wine, "But if we really want to say it's easy, we'll have to wait another year. Ginny is no less worried than her brothers. ."
Then he talked about some of Ginny's dark history and how she fought with Ron at home.
Kyle was not interested in what happened next, so he took his luggage to the room upstairs. When he came down again, Mr. Weasley was about to leave.
“Are you really not going to eat together? Molly has prepared a lot.”
“Next time, Arthur.” Chris refused: “Today is the day we meet again after a long separation, and Charlie has graduated, so you probably have a lot to say to him.
In this case, I will go to you for a drink later in the evening. This time I brought back authentic grog liquor from North America. "
“That’s great.” Mr. Weasley’s eyes lit up and he said, “I’ve wanted to try that for a long time.”
Mr. Weasley and Chris both like to take a few sips when they have nothing to do, but they have a common characteristic, that is, they never drink too much, and only try a little every time, so as to keep themselves awake at all times.
Unless there is a particularly happy event, such as the day Ginny was born, Mr. Weasley got drunk and dragged everyone who passed by to talk about his experience with Mrs. Weasley when he was in love.
This incident later became the dark history that he most wanted to forget.
Not long after Mr. Weasley left, there was a clanking sound in the kitchen.
Chicken drumsticks are lined up to be coated in egg wash and bread crumbs. The table knives are floating in the air and the cabbage is cut into thin shreds of even size.
The pancake next to it is working hard to stuff its belly with fillings, and then it crawls into the oven without any hesitation. It even smeared the oil by itself.
Diana has always disliked using magic to heat food directly. She always felt that the food made that way lacked something.
Soon, a sumptuous dinner was ready.
It just so happened that Chris and Diana completed their tasks almost at the same time a few days ago, which just allowed them to get together today to celebrate the end of Kyle's school year.
The three of them were eating and chatting at the dinner table, but most of the time, Kyle was telling them about what happened in school.
This is what Chris and Diana care about most.
Kyle thought about his experiences this school year and selected some interesting content. For example, his magical "Forbidden Mage" roommate, how exciting the school Quidditch game is, and how he and his friends sell maps and trinkets.
Forget about the Room of Requirement and sneaking to the Restricted Area in the middle of the night, the Weasley brothers' screams had just ended, and Kyle didn't want to follow in their footsteps.
While Kyle was talking, Chris and Diana were listening quietly, but their expressions soon changed.
"Wait a minute..." Chris raised his eyebrows and couldn't help interrupting Kyle: "You sold those sorbus branches for seven hundred galleons?"
“Those are just raw materials.” Kyle said seriously: “It took the six of us half a year from picking up... ahem, selecting suitable branches to finally making the finished product. It was not easy.
Seven hundred galleons, just a bit of hard work fee. "
"Yeah..." Chris glanced at him suspiciously. He always felt that something was wrong, but he couldn't explain it.
And six little wizards earned seven hundred galleons in half a year... This is incredible enough.
He didn't have this ability when he was in school.
If Chris was just suspicious, then Diana was sure that Kyle was not telling the truth.
In her opinion, Kyle would never waste half a year for a hundred galleons. There is too much water in it, and half a month is almost enough.
"By the way, Dad." At this time, Kyle seemed to suddenly think of something and reminded: "I don't know if Fred and George have told their family about the galleons they earned. You can go find Mr. Weasley later. Don’t let anything slip when you’re drinking.”
Kyle really forgot, and it had nothing to do with their gloating attitude at the station before.
Chris took a sip of butterbeer and responded vaguely.
After dinner, Chris helped clear the table and then went to find Mr. Weasley with an exquisite wine bottle.
Kyle returned to his room.
Although I haven’t been back for more than half a year, the room is very clean and there is no bad smell. It must have been cleaned in advance.
His box was still on the ground. Kyle packed it briefly, took out a pile of parchment from it and put it on the desk.
Before going to bed, he had one more thing to do, which was what he promised Kangna on the train.
He took one hundred and fifty galleons for using people's money to eliminate disasters for others. If he didn't do the job well, others would give him a bad review.
Kyle took out a quill and ink, and soon the sound of swishing writing filled the room.
Kyle wrote two full pages of parchment before he stopped. He checked them and made sure they were OK before putting them into an envelope.
Laton flew in from the window and raised one leg naturally.
"Just like before." Kyle looked at the name on the envelope and said, "Go to the Owl Post Office in Diagon Alley and send the letter from there."
