Sebastian arrived outside the cave, calmly took out his translator and put it on, then flapped his wings and flew straight towards the giant camp.

This feature immediately allowed Sebastian to identify him as Karkus, the giant leader they had contacted through Hagrid, because Old Dumbledore had asked him to find this helmet.

Battling Karkus was another imposing giant, Golgomath. He was extremely burly, not inferior to Karkus, and wore a necklace of bones around his neck, making him look particularly wild.

The two giants each uprooted a large tree as a weapon and held it in their hands, accompanied by angry roars, wood chips flying everywhere, making it impossible for other giants to get close.

After observing for a while, Sebastian noticed that Karkus's steps were somewhat unsteady. Although his roar was still loud, he was still forced to retreat under Golgomath's attacks.

No wonder Karkus had his head knocked off by Golgomath in the original story. It was obvious that he had been neglecting his training for too long and his physical strength had declined.
