I'm in Marvel

Chapter 4 Tony and Pepper come to visit

If there is no bottom line, Gwen can easily make money with extraordinary power.

But the identity of Spider-Man has extraordinary significance to Gwen, and she does not want to let this identity of Spider-Man be disgraced.

That is a betrayal of a lost friend and a betrayal of her father's trust.

In her universe, Spider-Man is a symbol of courage and justice. In this universe, it should be the same.

"Of course, Gwen."

Russell readily agreed and proposed.

"But if you haven't found a house yet, why don't you move in with me first?

It's on the seventh floor of the bookstore, and there are a few empty rooms. You can pick any one."

"Thank you so much, Russell." Gwen smiled brightly.

"Knock knock."

"Hello, may I come in?" A gentle voice came with a slight knock on the door.

"Click."

"Come in." Before Russell finished speaking, the door of the lounge was opened first.

A man with a mustache wearing sunglasses and a suit walked straight in.

Following him was a tall blond woman with a single ponytail.

And a fat man in a suit.

"Tony, Tony Stark."

After Tony came in, he introduced himself and sat on the sofa.

Obviously, he didn't have the habit of shaking hands.

"(The sofa) The fabric is average, the breathability and touch are not good, the color..."

"Tony!" The woman called Tony Stark and signaled him not to continue.

"Hello, I'm Pepper, Pepper Potts, Tony's personal assistant."

Pepper smiled and introduced herself. And took the initiative to extend her hand to express her friendliness.

The man in the suit walked behind Tony and stood there, putting on a cool expression, and remained silent throughout the whole process.

"Russell."

"Gwen, Gwen Stacy."

They came to find Gwen.

The moment he saw Tony, Russell roughly knew what was going on.

Most likely, Gwen didn't notice when she left last night and was photographed by a camera.

But why didn't the people from SHIELD come to the door?

Did Tony ask Jarvis to intercept the data?

Although he was a little puzzled, Russell didn't take it to heart.

It was important to entertain guests.

"Mr. Stark, Miss Potts, and this bodyguard, would you like a drink? Coffee or tea?"

"Are there any wines?" Tony asked.

Russell smiled slightly and shook his head.

"No."

"No need then."

"Coffee, thank you." Pepper spoke in time.

Russell smiled shyly: "Sorry, no."

"."

"Tea." Pepper smiled helplessly.

"Okay, Miss Potts, please wait. I'll go out and buy some tea now."

With that, Russell left the lounge, closed the door, and sat at the front desk of the bookstore.

Buy tea? What tea?

Russell just deliberately found an excuse to leave.

It was obvious that Tony and his group came to find Gwen.

He didn't want to stay in there and be asked to leave.

As for what Tony and his group would talk about with Gwen?

It's just a door, it can't block the hearing of 100 points of perception.

"Is he always so 'humorous'?"

As soon as Russell went out, Tony couldn't help but complain, and put emphasis on humor.

"I'm not familiar with him, I just met him."

Gwen was also amused by Russell's performance just now, and hurriedly distanced herself from him.     For a moment, the air was filled with a happy atmosphere.

Pepper was the first to come back to her senses and got straight to the point: "Ms. Stacy, we are here for what happened last night. Thank you for saving Tony and me."

Gwen waved her hand casually, not caring: "This is what Ghost Spider should do."

"Ghost Spider? Is this your nickname? I thought it was 'pajama baby'."

"Tony!!"

Pepper once again stopped Tony's teasing.

"Ghost Spider, as agile as a ghost? It really suits you, Gwen."

Gwen smiled, the symbol of Ghost Spider is more than that, but she didn't intend to explain.

"Even if you don't do anything, I have a way to deal with that big guy.

As the altitude increases, the air pressure decreases, and the temperature will drop accordingly.

My Mark III has been improved for low temperatures, but that big guy doesn't.

I just need to take him to the sky to freeze his armor."

"Tony!!!"

Pepper held her forehead, it seems that her boss's stubborn character can't be changed. It was clearly agreed that she came to thank the other party, but as soon as she arrived at the place,

Gwen thought for a while and nodded: "That's right."

Tony glanced at Pepper proudly, then looked at Gwen, a little arrogant but sincere:

"Anyway, you helped us a lot last night. You can make a wish, no matter what the conditions are."

Gwen looked at Tony and said seriously: "I'm not helping you for rewards."

"Gwen, economists believe that doing good deeds is a behavior that promotes the welfare of the people, and this behavior must be encouraged.

Only by encouraging people who do good deeds can we promote the improvement of social welfare."

Pepper continued.

"I know you helped Tony out of kindness, justice, courage and other good qualities, but not everyone has such qualities as you.

If helping others cannot be rewarded, then most people will not do good deeds."

"But I don't have any wishes to fulfill now."

Gwen only had one wish at this time, which was to return to her universe.

She didn't think Tony could help her realize this wish, so there was no need to say it and embarrass Tony and Pepper.

"Then contact me or Pepper when you think it over." Tony made the decision directly.

"We have a small gift for you, Gwen." Pepper added.

After the business was over, Pepper and Gwen gradually chatted about daily matters.

"Dongdong. Ms. Potts, your tea is here."

"Come in, Mr. Russell."

"Green tea with less ice and three points of sugar, please enjoy it slowly."

Russell imitated the waiter and brought the green tea he had just bought from the milk tea shop next door to Pepper.

"Thank you."

Pepper's eyes twitched. Although she knew that Russell had just left on purpose to leave space for them, this was too perfunctory.

After a while, Pepper said goodbye.

"Russell, we're leaving. We won't bother you anymore."

"Okay, bye, Pepper." x2

"Bye, Russell."

"Bye, Gwen."

Watching Tony and Pepper drive away, Russell turned to look at Gwen: "Let's go, it's time for dinner, we have to go eat too."

Gwen looked at Russell in surprise. She thought Russell was going to ask her what she had just talked about with Tony and Pepper.

"Why don't you ask what we just talked about?"

"Why ask something you can guess?" I heard it clearly outside, why do I need to ask?

"Has no one told you that men shouldn't be so smart?"

"Yes."

"Who?"

"You."

"Sir, there are also problems with Russell's information."
