And Luffy definitely wouldn't know Ace's true inner thoughts, but he still said directly without thinking: "Yeah!"

"Ok!"

Hearing Luffy's sincere answer, Ace felt something inexplicably touched in his heart. After a moment, he asked the question he had been pressing in his heart: "Do you want me to live?" Do you want me to live?

Luffy still answered firmly "Of course!"

Ace was shy and turned away from looking at Il and Luffy. Sabo was snickering at Ace and almost exploded when Ace saw him. Sabo looked at El, who was a bit silent and cute unlike Luffy, and reached out to touch his head, smiling so much that he didn't care about the injuries on his body.

"Then let's go back first, it's so late. Sabo, you come too. You live so close to the pirates. It wouldn't be good if you were accidentally discovered and attacked to death." Ace suggested. Nodding, Luffy smiled blankly and welcomed Sabo back with him.

When we went back together, it was already dark. The four of them returned to Dadan's house quietly, applied medicine to their wounds and fell asleep huddled together.
