A friendly day at Hogwarts
Chapter 509 The Missing Savior
With the bad news delivered by Percy and Professor Snape, Christmas ended hastily in the low pressure.
From what Harry said, this was the first time he didn't want to go back to Hogwarts.
Obviously, compared to Umbridge's increasingly arrogant and arrogant management, the Order of the Phoenix and the Glenn family are as warm as a mother's embrace.
He was banned from Quidditch and had to worry about the Occlumency remedial lessons with Snape every day. The only thing worth looking forward to was the DA they had established.
The vacation was coming to an end soon, and there were only three days left before the end. At Ron's suggestion, the trio went out together to Diagon Alley to relax.
In order not to be forced by Mad-Eye to install a large group of guards, they deliberately did not tell anyone else.
But it happened to be the only time he sneaked away, but he didn't expect that something big would go wrong.
"It's time to eat, dears." During dinner, Mrs. Weasley put the dinner plate on the table and greeted, "Fred, go upstairs and call Harry and Ron. They are already in the room. I’ve been feeling stuffy for most of the day!”
Fred quickly returned to the kitchen and said, "I knocked on the door for a long time, then went in and took a look, and there was no one inside."
Although the old house of the Ollivander family was not small, with so many people searching together, all the rooms were quickly searched.
Everyone looked confused, and then realized that it seemed that the three of them had not been seen since lunch.
"I haven't seen Hermione for a day either." Ginny recalled for a moment and said.
After hearing what everyone said, Glenn and Mad-Eye looked at each other, both of them looking worried at the same time.
George looked at the members of the Order of the Phoenix who looked uncomfortable, and tentatively speculated: "Could they...have gone to Diagon Alley?"
"Charles!" Glenn quickly called the house elf and asked, "Did you see Harry and the other three going out this afternoon?"
"No, Charles has never seen Master Harry and the others." The elf recalled for a moment, then shook his head.
Not only Charles, but also old Ollivander, who had been guarding the wand shop all day, never saw them get out of there.
Tonks looked confused: "If Harry and the others didn't leave here, why did they disappear suddenly? He and they are not the kind of children who like to play hide and seek?"
"It's not that simple," Glenn shook his head, "Don't forget, Harry has an invisibility cloak. If they want to sneak out without guards, they can easily hide it from us."
"I hope it's not what I guessed..." Moody said gloomily, "Remus, we have to gather other people and go outside to look for it. Bill, I need you to write a letter to inform Dumbledore." profitable."
"Okay!" Bill immediately stood up and went to the door to summon the patron saint. At this critical moment, the patron saint's message is far more reliable than the owl's.
"It shouldn't be that serious, right?" Mrs. Weasley looked at everyone busy at a loss, "Maybe they were just having fun and forgot the time?"
"We also hope it is like you said, Molly." Mr. Weasley explained, "But no matter what, we must plan ahead, even if it is just a false alarm, Harry is too important to us."
"Okay..." Mrs. Weasley also quickly took off her apron, "Children, you take the time to eat, and then stay in the living room. Don't go anywhere."
"Why?!" the twins immediately shouted dissatisfied, "We can also help you find Harry together!"
"And me!" Ginny stood up without hesitation.
"you..."
Mrs. Weasley was choked and speechless, but fortunately Glenn spoke in time: "The house really needs to be guarded by someone. If Harry and the others come back and find no one at home, it will be even more chaotic."
After he finished speaking, he leaned into the twins' ears and added in a low voice: "I'm worried that Harry is not the only one involved in Voldemort's plan. Morgana is also one of their targets. I need you to stay and protect her..."
Fred hesitated for a few seconds, then nodded in agreement.
"Okay, we will stay here. If there is any news, let Charles inform you immediately. Morgana, are you not familiar with Diagon Alley? Why not stay here with us."
Morgana was stunned for a moment, but did not refuse, but gave Glenn a meaningful look.
"Be safe," she said softly.
A few minutes later, there was a sudden flash of fire in the drawing room, and Fawkes appeared with Dumbledore.
"How is the situation?" He had never looked so serious, and he asked immediately without caring about politeness.
Mad-Eye turned around and said, "Remus has just informed everyone, and Mundungus doesn't know where to go to discuss business. We should search around the area first to see if anyone has seen them."
"Qiu and I will go see Mr. Carmichael first." Glenn stood up.
Dumbledore nodded in agreement.
If there's anyone who knows everything that's going on in Diagon Alley right now, it's undoubtedly Eddie's father.
Glenn and Autumn quickly walked through the wand shop, back to Diagon Alley, and straight to Carmichael's second-hand shop.
Even at dinner time, the place is still busy, with customers flocking to the brightly lit shops.
"Is Mr. Carmichael here?" Glenn grabbed a busy clerk and asked.
When the man saw that it was Master Ollivander, he naturally did not hide it and pointed in the direction of the office.
"Thank you." Glenn patted his shoulder and hurried to the room.
"Long time no see, Glenn! Oh! Miss Qiu Zhang is here too!" The door to the room was open, and Mr. Carmichael saw them and greeted them with a smile.
Not caring about polite greetings, Glenn quickly got to the point: "Excuse me, Mr. Carmichael, Harry is missing. We need to find out about him."
"What?!" Mr. Carmichael looked shocked, "Merlin's beard! When did it happen?"
"Probably afternoon."
"Come with me, maybe those guys know something." The matter was so important that he didn't bother to ask any more questions and immediately led the two of them towards the backyard.
The trading rest area of the second-hand store is still lively, with vendors, swindlers and thieves all gathered around the round table, exchanging cups and glasses, chatting and bragging loudly.
"Dunge, why are you here?" Glenn quickly noticed a figure and came to him and asked loudly.
Mundungus was playing cards with a group of people, and he was having a great time playing cards.
Hearing Glenn's voice, he looked back, but his attention was still on the cards in his hand.
Amidst the noise, he explained: "Mad-Eye gave me half a day off, so I came out to have some fun. Don't worry, I'm not leaving my post without permission!"
From what Harry said, this was the first time he didn't want to go back to Hogwarts.
