Weasley is our king at Hogwarts

Chapter 40 "Advanced Potion Production"

Fred pushed open the door to the school doctor's office and started running.

Go!For Snape's Potions textbook!

Fred quickly went down the stairs, walked through the corridor, rushed into the Potions classroom in the basement, and opened the door with a bang.

The other little wizards in the classroom looked at Fred and George in panic, thinking it was Snape.

After seeing that it was Fred and George, the classroom started to be noisy again, with some fighting and some chatting.

Fred walked to his seat and pretended to be bored for a few seconds, and then began to wander around the classroom, looking at the big black bat in the specimen glass jar, and touching the glass jar containing the long snake.

Until I reached a dark brown locker about one person high.

Fred's hands trembled with excitement as he unsteadily opened the wooden door of the locker.

The things inside were very messy, with various bottles and cans, as well as strange materials, such as eyeballs, feathers, and toes. Fred had goosebumps all over his body.

Fred opened a piece of black linen, and several tattered books appeared in front of him!

Is it right here? !

Fred stabilized his trembling hands and picked up the top book, "Advanced Potion Making", which was somewhat tattered.

Is it this one?

Fred's ears seemed to be able to hear his own beating heartbeat.

Opening the thick cover with the words "High-end Potion Making", in the margin of the home page, a beautiful font says, "This book belongs to the Half-Blood Prince"!

Really here!I'm taking off!

Putting aside the unfortunate accident in Potions class today and Snape's stinky face, it was already worthwhile to get into the water with Snape and go to the school doctor's office.

Now I also got Snape’s textbook!Guaranteed profit without loss!

Fred concealed the excited expression on his face, and his hands returned to normal. He quietly put the "Advanced Potion Making" under the creaking nest, and swayed back to his seat.

After turning around and checking that no one was looking at him, he put "Advanced Potion Making" under his book, just blocking the cover.

About half an hour later, the door to the Potions classroom was pushed open with a bang again, and this time it was Snape who came in.

His big hooked nose and long face no longer had the red spots.

As soon as he came in, he yelled, "During the time I left, no one was seriously brewing the potion! Has no one succeeded yet?!"

All the little wizards fell silent and quickly started making potions again.

Fred remembered that his potion was one step away from success, so he turned around, grabbed two porcupine quills and put them into his cauldron.

But nothing happened. No, why can't this porcupine quill dissolve? It seems like the liquid in the crucible has caked up?

Fred grabbed the crucible and shook it. The liquid inside had obviously solidified and could not be shaken off, let alone dissolve the porcupine quills.

It must be that I delayed going to the school doctor's office for too long, which caused the potion to solidify. This was very embarrassing. I could only shovel the potion out of the crucible bit by bit, then clean it up and do it again.

George's crucible was completely damaged due to Fred's operation, so the two of them could only do it together.

The two of them worked together to finally make the finished product before get out of class ended, forming a transparent and viscous green liquid sloshing in the crucible.

After Snape said get out of class was dismissed, Fred and George's first week at Hogwarts finally came to an end.

The auditorium on the first floor of the castle was obviously more lively. The sour smell of love was everywhere. People were either discussing when to go to Hogsmeade on the weekend or planning to go to the library to do homework.

Fred and George were sitting at the long Gryffindor table eating dinner. Charlie seemed to be very busy. When Fred was almost finishing his meal, he sat next to him and picked up a knife and fork to start eating.

Fred looked at Charlie and asked, "Charlie, do you know where I can borrow the school's owl?"

"What's the matter with you, Fred? The school's Owl Tower is very far away, almost close to the Forbidden Forest." Charlie asked while forking a piece of slightly charred fried lamb tenderloin.

"George's cauldron burned out during Potions class, so I wanted Mum to ask the owl to bring one back." Fred said, putting down the silver knife and fork in his hand.

"Use Percy's owl. I'm afraid you don't know the way to the Owl Tower and don't know where you are going. I have to prepare for next week's selection of Quidditch players these days, so I can't be of much help. ." Charlie said vaguely as he stuffed the fried lamb tenderloin on the fork into his mouth.

Fred and George turned to look at Percy. Percy shrugged with a knife and fork, "Okay, but it will be noon tomorrow. At other times, I will go to the library to study and go to Hogsmeade."

"It's just a letter, and it doesn't take up much of your time!" George complained.

"That's also time! I can do a lot of things, including writing a paper for Transfiguration class." Percy replied seriously.

"Haha~" George chuckled.

Fred also couldn't bear it, "Okay, let's meet in the Gryffindor lounge tomorrow at noon."
