The doctor paused for a moment and picked up a document from the table next to him. He turned a few pages and continued,

"The patient Akira Uchiha has depleted all of his chakra, and a loss of vitality has also been detected in his body. This is a result of the patient's excessive exertion, possibly using a very powerful forbidden jutsu. Severe psychosis has also been detected. Trauma, requiring help from members of the Yamanaka clan to recover. Additionally, overuse of the Sharingan can cause temporary loss of vision.
