Chapter 820: Bulgarian Ministry of Magic

This year's Quidditch World Cup European qualifiers will officially begin in the late night of the 7th of next month above the Colosseum in Rome.

The Italian Ministry of Magic will assist Wayne Enterprises in laying a total of approximately 15 magic base stations.

One week before the start of the qualifiers, Wayne Enterprises needed to install large-scale magic projection equipment throughout the Italian wizarding world to broadcast the qualifiers.

After the competition, Wayne Enterprises will not take back the magic projection, but will receive 30% of the equipment's revenue in the future, which is equivalent to leasing the equipment to the Italian Ministry of Magic. The agreement is valid for 10 years.

After a pleasant dinner, it was already 9 o'clock in the evening when Vincent and Hermione left the Italian Ministry of Magic.

Both of them drank a little wine, but the alcohol content was not high.

St. Peter's Square is brightly lit at night, and most people are walking and chatting after dinner.

"Walk a little?"

"Okay."

The two walked hand in hand on the black stone ground, stopping occasionally to admire the night view of the square.

The atmosphere in Italy is particularly comfortable, and all the senior officials in their Ministry of Magic are very nice.

Compare this to the British Ministry of Magic...

Hermione held Vincent's hand tightly and asked, "Where are we going tomorrow?"

"Greece or Bulgaria, maybe. I wrote to them last night. Once we receive their reply, we can use Apparition to go directly there."

With Vincent's current level of magical power, he can successfully reach places even if he has never been to them.

Hermione's big eyes were full of anticipation, "I really hope to hear back from them tomorrow."

Italy's enthusiasm is just an exception. If we negotiate cooperation with the Ministry of Magic there, we should be able to save a lot of time.

"I will." Vincent said confidently.

Can efficiency be lower than that of the British Ministry of Magic?

The day is almost up, maybe the reply is on the way.

The reality was just as he thought. Not long after the two drove back to the hotel, the reply from the Bulgarian Ministry of Magic arrived.

Minister Oblansk welcomed his visit very much and enclosed two special red roses in the envelope.

The flower looks ordinary, but what makes it special is the tiny words on its petals.

Vincent couldn't read Cyrillic, but Oblansk had explained in the letter that the two roses were a pass. As long as he pinned it on his chest, he could enter and leave the Bulgarian Ministry of Magic freely without reporting.

The identity of a legendary alchemist's apprentice is still very prestigious, not to mention that he is also the youth representative of the British Wizengamot.

He took a nice bath and just as he lay down on the bed, he received another reply letter.

Minister Astrid also expressed a warm welcome in the letter, but she was a little busy with work recently and could barely squeeze out an hour tomorrow afternoon.

Maybe she was really too busy, and there was no pass or anything like that included in the letter.

There were many magical creatures in the Greek magic world, and now that it was the hot summer, they were prone to getting irritable, so she should be busy trying to appease them.

Vincent didn't have any better idea, so he wrote a letter to the Ministry of Magic which he was going to visit the day after tomorrow and went to bed.

By running two places in one day, I can definitely finish the qualifiers in time.

After dawn,

Hermione woke up early and read through the Wayne Enterprises plan before getting up and going to the bathroom.

Although she received praise from Ms. Obransk and other senior officials of the Italian Ministry of Magic yesterday, she knew deep down that she was still far from it.

She needs to practice her choice of words, tone, speaking rhythm, and even body movements.

After washing up, she recited the entire plan in front of the mirror, and recited it a second time when she found any shortcomings.

When it was 8 o'clock in the morning, she changed her clothes and left the room.

Vincent was already waiting in the hotel restaurant, but he was not wearing a formal suit.

Hermione walked over to him and sat down, her tone slightly excited, "Did you get a reply?"

"received."

She grabbed the croissant from the plate, opened her little mouth and took a big bite.

As if she was choking, she picked up a cup of cappuccino and drank it without even looking.

Vincent looked at her helplessly as she placed the empty cup heavily on the dining table.

It was gone in the blink of an eye, and he had only taken a sip.

Hermione, who had recovered, did not show any embarrassment on her face. Instead, she urged anxiously, "Don't look at me. Eat quickly too."

Vincent silently raised the bread in his hand and took a bite.

When they were almost done eating, Hermione took him back to the room to change clothes.

"I'll wait for you outside."

She was enjoying the slow life in Italy a few days ago, but today she suddenly became decisive.

While changing clothes, Vincent wondered if he should let her relax first, but he finally decided to do nothing and wait patiently for her to fully adapt.

He changed his clothes and opened the door. Hermione came in impatiently and held his hand.

"Let's go!"

He gently waved the double snake staff disguised as a cane to cast the follower's manifestation.

As the black and white vortex disappeared, the two appeared in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.

Vincent in the alley took out two red roses from his suit jacket pocket and pinned one of them on the left front of Hermione's shirt.

"what is this?"

"Our pass."

Hermione took the other rose from his hand and pinned it to the left side of his suit jacket.

She looked as if she was no longer as anxious as before.

But Vincent knew very well that she was just restraining herself.

Very good, being able to suppress your emotions is a good start.

The two walked out of the alley hand in hand and saw many unique buildings that looked like something out of a fairy tale.

They have Byzantine, Roman and Gothic styles.

Their main colors are all very bright, and walking on the street is like walking into a fairy tale town.

Hermione looked at the beautiful scenery around her and gradually relaxed unconsciously.

The two crossed the street and came to a magnificent Byzantine church.

Vincent did not take her inside, but instead led her into a small building outside the church.

The rose pinned on her chest emitted a faint glow, and the black and white tiles under their feet began to slowly rotate.

A sudden feeling of weightlessness made Vincent quickly hug Hermione, and then the two of them sank as if sinking into the ground.

The rotating black and white floor tiles wrapped around the two of them like water drops, slowly moving towards the Bulgarian Ministry of Magic underground.

Half a minute later, the dripping floor suddenly cracked from above, and quietly fell onto the surrounding mosaic floor.

What greeted Vincent and Hermione was a huge stone entrance hall.

Although it is made of stone, it is not simple at all.

The pure natural marble texture appears on the monotonous wall. If you look closely, you will find that its texture has been completely peeled off.

The huge white stone columns on both sides of the foyer are covered with exquisite carvings, and the stained glass on the ceiling reflects dazzling light, spilling onto the mosaic floor with different patterns.

With the ingenious design of the Bulgarian Ministry of Magic, simple building materials can also bring a unique and gorgeous visual experience.
