Chapter 896 Vincent's Black Magic

Vincent found the keyhole first, and he also solved the key, so he won.

Before going in, Dumbledore took out a mini puppet from his arms and returned it to him.

"How stingy..." Vincent quickly put it back into Flamel's ring.

The other side of the arch was pitch black. After using magic to illuminate the surroundings, the four found themselves on the shore of a large black lake.

The entire lake is extremely wide, with no visible end, and the dark lake water exudes an ominous chill all the time.

A hazy green light flickered in the center of the lake, reflected in the cold and silent water below.

Vincent raised his head and looked at the top of the cave which seemed to be far away in the horizon.

Using magic to artificially create such a large space, this is the power that the Dark Lord should have.

The only thing is that the style is not very good. The whole place is pitch black. On one side is the rough cave wall, and on the other side is an endless black lake. There is also a sickening green light in the middle of the lake.

"Let's go." Dumbledore walked in front.

He stepped into the lake which was obviously set with a trap.

After waiting for a few seconds, he continued walking forward.

Vincent looked at the lake that exuded an ominous aura, hesitated for a moment, and decided to activate his flying boots.

He caught up with Dumbledore and said, "Professor, Tom underestimates alchemy. He has carefully arranged so many magical restrictions, but few of them are about alchemy."

Of course there are flight restrictions, but the flying boots are not powered by magic, but are a perfect combination of alchemy and Muggle technology.

Dumbledore seemed even more disappointed. "I taught Tom. He was not so arrogant when he was in school. I think he became like this after he successfully created the Horcrux."

Vincent nodded in agreement. "Professor, do you think the Horcrux is hidden at the bottom of the lake or at the green light?"

Dumbledore subconsciously reached for the mini puppet hidden in his arms.

"I think—"

"I think it's hidden in the green light." Vincent interrupted him directly, "Professor, why don't we compete to see who guesses right?"

Dumbledore smiled but said nothing, neither agreeing nor refusing.

Vincent flew to Harry and Sirius on the shore and said, "The professor has already promised me, can you be the referee?"

Not saying anything means not refusing, and not refusing means agreeing.

A second round seemed inevitable.

Sirius shook his head and laughed, "Okay, then Harry and I will stay on the shore and wait for your good news."

Vincent turned around and found that Dumbledore was gone, leaving only circles of ripples spreading outward.

Bah! Old bitch Deng is so shameless, he didn't even say start.

What's the use of a little more time? If you can't find the Horcrux, you'll still lose.

Vincent sailed slowly across the calm lake without causing even a ripple.

The 3.0 version of the flight boots is already very close to perfection, and the 4.0 version can further reduce the noise and vibration in high-speed cruise mode.

A "bang" sound suddenly came from behind.

Vincent looked back and saw a large splash of water on the lake, and there seemed to be a few vague white figures mixed in.

After a few "bang bang bang" sounds, the figures fell back into the lake.

He was just wondering when the lake, which had not yet calmed down, once again caused a huge splash.

This time I could finally see clearly that those white figures were actually people!

It should be said that they were human beings in their previous lives.

They were filled with a strong aura of black magic, their skinny bodies were covered with a layer of pale skin, and their cloudy white eyeballs were empty, like soulless zombies.

Vincent frowned. These corpses were definitely not formed naturally after death, but were forcibly transformed by evil black magic.

Judging from their incomplete clothes, they must have been Muggles when they were alive.

Harry and Sirius on the shore felt a powerful wave of angry magical power.

The two of them looked at the source of the magic power fluctuations, which was Vincent above the lake.

"Godfather, this is..."

"Yes, it is dark magic."

Sirius pulled Harry back and forth.

Different from the evil and cold aura of ordinary black magic, Vincent's black magic is full of violence and heat, like an angry dragon.

The Inferi cannot be destroyed by conventional magic. They have no life, no soul or thoughts. They are afraid of fire and light and prefer dark and humid environments.

It is obvious that Tom would not actively collect corpses, so how did he create these corpses?

Vincent didn't want to think about it, nor did he dare to think about it, as he exuded a terrifying aura.

He now had only one thought, which was to let these bodies desecrated by Tom rest in peace.

A blazing flame filled with destructive desire appeared on the two snake heads of the caduceus.

The bright red magic fire expanded instantly under the blessing of the black magic aura, and the color became brighter and more dazzling.

Two flames like golden dragons hovered beside Vincent, staring at the lake that exuded an ominous aura.

When several Yin corpses were lifted out of the water again, two golden dragons opened their mouths wide and pounced over.

An extremely shrill scream with a hint of relief suddenly rang out.

In the face of the devil fire that could burn everything, these corpses quickly turned into ashes and drifted away.

"8...17...26..."

Vincent silently counted their number.

The bigger the number, the bigger the two golden dragons expand.

The corpses seemed endless, and dozens or hundreds were far from the end.

It was unknown how much time had passed before Dumbledore emerged from the water holding a corpse in a tattered black robe.

He ignored the golden dragon flying overhead, and just looked at Vincent who was still reciting numbers with a heavy heart.

The bottom of the lake is densely packed with corpses, probably hundreds or even thousands.

Some of them were brutally killed and turned into incest corpses, while others had no obvious wounds on their bodies and may have been deliberately killed in order to be turned into incest corpses.

Dumbledore didn't search the entire bottom of the lake, but it seems likely that there was no natural death.

He looked down at the body he was holding in his arms.

Amidst the countless crazy attacks by the Yin corpses, this corpse lay quietly and motionlessly at the bottom of the lake the entire time.

Out of curiosity, he went over to check and found that although the body was covered with scratches and bite marks, there was no sign of decay.

In order to keep the Inferi active for a long time, Tom cast a preservation spell in the lake, which allowed Dumbledore to recognize the corpse at a glance.

"Sigh..." He sighed softly and swam quickly towards the shore.

Without his "help", all the Inferi stayed quietly at the bottom of the lake.

After he carried the corpse ashore, two golden dragons over a hundred meters long swooped into the lake, instantly making the surface of the lake boil.

Vincent no longer recited the numbers silently, not because he was numb, but because he was afraid that he would lose his mind if he continued.

Tom - Voldemort's actions have no bottom line and he can't be called a human being at all.

These are hundreds or thousands of living lives. They cannot rest in peace after death and are even turned into corpses to guard the evil Horcrux.

It's totally unscrupulous and inhumane.
