The Dark Lord at Hogwarts is not too cold

511. Hermione's Time Divination

Despite what had happened to Cyrus' father, school had to go on...though Hermione didn't see him back until after the Christmas break.

I just learned from occasional letters that he and Mr. Prime Minister have almost captured the British royal family.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Magic is still thinking about the "rules" and is even discussing whether it should learn from the memory-erasing incident of rain in Paris, France, after the incident.

And since Cyrus wasn't there, Hermione went to the headmaster's office instead.

"Slughorn's memory has been tampered with by himself..."

Hermione and Harry followed Dumbledore to watch Slughorn's memory, but the scene stopped abruptly when the professor roared angrily.

They currently only know two of Voldemort's Horcruxes, and the most important thing is that no one knows how many parts the lunatic will split his soul into. All the clues point to Slughorn.

But in the days that followed, Professor Slughorn apparently began to avoid them.

He wouldn't even get Hermione up to answer questions in Potions class...he would pack up and leave immediately after class without even looking.

And Grindelwald's side was also discovered by the students---the bandage wrapped around his hand.

But the explanation he gave always said that it was the hidden wound he left behind for them to block the entire Nordic Ministry of Magic. Fortunately, this excuse sounds reasonable.

Hermione had been sitting on the cushion in the divination classroom for a long time that day.

She clasped the crystal ball with her hands, and looked at the black mist that was constantly surging inside, but she was always thinking about her parents and the recent more and more fierce offensives in the Muggle world.

The Montgomery sisters also came back, but they sat in a daze.

"Take your noble hands...put them on top..." Trelawney walked up to the two sisters and reprimanded them repeatedly. This was the third time, but the two of them were still like a piece of wood. Same.

"Divination, is it really useful?" My sister lowered her head and said sadly.

"What's this called? Dear... If you think so, then I have to mention the prediction I made when I applied for the job." The professor wiped the wine from the corner of his mouth.

"But we have studied divination for so long, but we can't even save our own brother?!"

The two sisters, who couldn't bear it anymore, finally broke out their accumulated complaints in this divination class.

In fact, they didn't hate Professor Trelawney, they didn't hate Divination, they just hated themselves... hated why they didn't learn the essence and didn't see bad things happen to them.

Yes, at Christmas time, they also got bad news from home:

Their mother, who worked in the Ministry of Magic, suffered revenge for refusing to compromise with the Death Eaters, and their ten-year-old brother was killed alive by a werewolf...

Professor Trelawney covered her mouth, squatted down sadly, and handed a handkerchief to the sobbing sister.

"Cry...children...it's not your fault." She said sadly, "Divination is like this. Even if you see the truth, how many people can really change the prophecy?"

"It's like when I said 'son of prophecy', no one thought...that prophecy would be overheard..."

For the students, her "job hunting experience" has been said countless times in class, and even Hermione can recite it, but no one knows what happened after Trelawney made a prophecy for Dumbledore.

Could it be that Harry became the Son of Prophecy because of another hidden reason?

But she didn't seem to understand what she was talking about, and she just comforted the sisters while recalling:

"The prophecy just gives you a reverse, like...sometimes I always wonder if Harry wouldn't have had a whole family without that prophecy? You see...no one ever thought of how things would go will be like that"

Perhaps the professor's consolation played a role, and the Montgomery sisters who had vented gradually stopped sobbing.

"Eavesdropping? You mean, someone overheard the prophecy and told it to the mysterious man?" Hermione grasped the point of the story.

"That's it, no one expected to be heard by Snape~"

What does this mean?Could it be that Professor Snape heard the prophecy then told Voldemort? But Dumbledore said, wasn't he an undercover agent at the time? !

For a moment, Hermione had doubts about the beloved professor in her heart.

"By the way! My favorite student, what was the result of your last prophecy?" Maybe Trelawney came back to her senses and realized that she had said too much, so she changed the subject abruptly, "It's about your parents' prophecy ..."

She patted her face, threw the empty wine bottle in her arms aside, and swore in her heart:

Before the next class, I will definitely not drink... Forget it, it's a bit serious, let's drink less instead.

Trelawney would always value students who she valued the most and who had the best chance of inheriting divination abilities more than other professors. Sometimes she would not even do some 'fair' superficial work.

Instead, tell others openly: Yes, geniuses can get more preferential treatment with me!

Hermione's prophecy was carried out by her hands. Trelawney took out her small book and immediately came to Hermione's side, her two round eyes were shining with the starlight behind the glasses.

When she learned that Cyrus and Hermione's parents had an accident, she immediately thought of the last prophecy.

"My parents were perfectly fine... escaped death, but... Cyrus' father wasn't so lucky," Hermione trailed off, her voice trailing off.

This forced Professor Trelawney to put his head next to her and listen carefully.

He kept saying "um" and "so that's it" in his mouth, nodding while holding the quill, writing and drawing in the notebook non-stop.

"I see...Hermione, you should be happy about this!" The professor suddenly shouted excitedly, "There are not many people in this world who can change the prophecy, I see... So the price you paid for changing the prophecy Is it Cyrus?!"

She seemed to be back at the beginning of class, shaking wildly, the metal picks jingling.

"Your parents were supposed to die, but after they were changed, Cyrus' father took part of the consequences."

"Does this mean that Mr. Klein's life will be in danger?!" Hermione's heart was pulled up, her breathing was a little rough, and she began to feel guilty.

"On the bright side, dear, the 'death' you see is a great danger...that's the shortcoming of divination, we can't control the future, because the future is born according to the choices of the present"

In the end, Trelawney looked at the people who were not interested in studying, and could only let them go from get out of class early.

In ordinary life, these cumbersome emotions will affect the judgment of the fortune-teller, and at the same time blind the 'Tianmu'. She asked those students who were not in a good mood to take a good rest for a few days.

She finally walked down the tower early with a heavy heart.
