The Extraordinary Apothecary at Hogwarts
Chapter 102 Hedwig Feels Awesome
"It's so dangerous?" Ron glanced at Hermione with lingering fear.
Hermione pursed her lips and spread her hands, responding innocently to Ron's gaze. How does she know what's going on, it shouldn't be like this, at least she didn't when she practiced by herself.
"Hermione, do you know if there is any way to make this spell stay in the first two sentences?" Sissy frowned, she should have known it would not be so simple.
"No, it must be read to the end." Hermione shook her head resolutely.
Sissy sighed and smiled helplessly, "Thank you Hermione, I think I'll practice by myself in the future."
"Let's try it instead."
She looked at Harry and Ron, who were obviously hesitant when they saw the flame out of control just now.
"Don't worry, this should be a special case for me... You may be able to use it much better."
Harry nodded, "Hermione, could I trouble you to read it a few more times, I couldn't remember it."
Ron nodded vigorously. Such a long string is too long for Yugardim Leviosa. I really don't know how the two of them remember it.
"Well, write it down if you can't remember." Hermione pushed them into the room unceremoniously, and took out a pen and paper.
"You actually carry these with you..."
Sissy was a little surprised that Hermione didn't have a storage bag now, and there was still paper and pens in the little space in her pocket.
Why don't you give her one during the holidays? In the future, it can be filled with books, and you can take it with you wherever you go. It is absolutely practical and will not accumulate dust.
It's such a happy decision, it can be bought for a few Galleons, and it's just for storing books, the volume doesn't need to be too large.
As for Harry, let Snape peel him a candy with a kind face and scare him to death!
Just kidding, don't take it seriously.
Sissy watched eagerly as they created a flame, at most it was easy to extinguish and unstable, much smoother than her.
Fortunately, Harry remembered to bring Hedwig here. It was so beautiful, with golden irises, and its small head was freely turning at various strange angles. It was an upgraded version of tilting its head to kill!
The snow-white feathers are mixed with some black spots, and the feathers on the chest are very soft, and Sissy still feels uncomfortable touching it. She really wants to bury her head in it and rub it. The touch must be like a down pillow, and it is still warm.
She and Hedwig stared at it for a while, and tried to stretch their necks close to its chest, but the little guy took two steps back.
Alas, if people don't want to, they can only let it go.
It's good to be touched, it's very docile.
"Cissy, do you want to consider raising one yourself?" Hermione looked at her and touched her for a long time, still looking unsatisfied.
"She said she didn't have time to take care of it, so she didn't raise it." Ron continued.
Hermione glared at him, "Pay attention and don't interrupt."
Ron raised his eyebrows and closed his mouth resentfully.Indeed, if he could practice with one heart and one mind, he would have almost succeeded by now, but his ears grew elsewhere, so he had to mind his own business.
"I don't think I have time to keep pets, and Professor Snape probably won't like it, I keep a small animal in his room." Sissy stroked the flexible little head with a finger.
"The owl can stay in the owl hut most of the time, it should be fine." Hermione moved the stool and sat closer.
"Hmm... It's really much easier to take care of than other pets." Cici was also a little moved. She was easier to refuse if she hadn't touched it before, but now she doesn't want to let go.
But what if that little stupid bird spread its wings in the room recklessly and knocked over a few bottles of potion... Will it be plucked and handed over to the kitchen for disposal.
Sissy's head shook like a rattle, it was too tragic to think about it.
The only sounds in the cabin were Harry and Ron whispering spells.
Hagrid's loud voice could be heard outside the door, although he could not make out what he was saying at some distance.
"It's Hagrid back." Harry happily put away his wand, and was about to go to open the door.
"He's pretty…" Ron was about to speak.
"Hush, be quiet, it seems that there are other voices."
The sound was getting closer and closer, and Hermione ran to the window a few steps, but her vision was limited and she couldn't see it.
"You must never say this." Such a sentence came from outside the door.
Sissy immediately recognized the velvety introverted voice, deep and cold.
How did the professor come here, because she said she would come this morning?
"I seem to hear..."
Harry also noticed it standing behind the door. Hearing the voice, his hairs stood on end, how could he not know.
"It's Snape, why is he here!" Harry lowered his voice as much as possible, and hurriedly took a few strides away from the door.
The three exchanged glances, and Hermione quickly put the jar of flames on the table into her arms.
"Put away your wand, Ron." Hermione wanted to shout.
"I know, I promise to keep it to myself." Hagrid's loud voice was clearer.
As soon as the voice fell, the door was pushed open with a creak.
"Oh, you are all here, I'm sorry I have something to do today... It's nothing, I just went out." Hagrid scratched the back of his head.
"Professor Snape, Hagrid." Sissy walked forward nervously, and she didn't know what the professor was here for.
It's not like he made a special trip to see what she was doing here at Hagrid. There were so many things waiting for him to deal with every day, and he wasn't so free.
"Yeah." Snape gave her a gentle look, and he was quite tactful and knew the order of greetings.
Then he glanced out of the corner of his eye, and saw a few annoying ghosts behind him who were silent like cicadas, their brows and eyes were full of undisguised disgust.
"Professor..." Sissy couldn't do it in embarrassment, these people couldn't stay together, and she didn't know what to say now.
Snape didn't answer, just walked around her and walked straight to Harry.
He pressed his hands on the table, stared at Harry and sneered, "You three, you don't go out to bask in the sun, but hide here, what do you want to do with malicious intentions?"
Harry had long been used to being picked on like this, so he tightly shut his mouth, bowed his head and said nothing.
"Oh?" Snape picked up the piece of parchment on the table, squinted his eyes and looked at it for a while, "Surreptitiously learning spells here, what are you planning to do?"
I was in a hurry just now, and no one noticed the paper.
"Professor, I want to learn this, and I want them to make a copy for me. Then, by the way, touch Hedwig, um—that's why they..."
Sissy thought of a reason that should make sense, and hurriedly said it, except that they wanted to copy it themselves, there is nothing wrong with saying the rest, they are all true.
We can't expect them to explain themselves, the more they explain, the harder it is to be kind.
Hermione pursed her lips and spread her hands, responding innocently to Ron's gaze. How does she know what's going on, it shouldn't be like this, at least she didn't when she practiced by herself.
