The Extraordinary Apothecary at Hogwarts

Chapter 106 Christmas Preparations

Everyone is looking forward to the arrival of the holiday, and many people will choose to take the train to go home. These days, they have already returned home.

"I really feel sorry for those people," Draco Malfoy said deliberately raising his voice, looking at Harry.

"They had to stay at the school for Christmas with no one there because they weren't wanted by the family and they had nowhere to go and probably couldn't even receive presents."

Crabbe and Goyle stood side by side like two mountains of meat, taking up a lot of space in the corridor.

Harry didn't want to ignore them, but was stopped at the intersection.

"Mr. Malfoy, are you talking about me?" Sissy just came back from another class, and bumped into these people who had just finished Potions class.

"I really have nowhere to go. I'm going to stay here for Christmas." She took a few steps forward, a playful smile on her lips.

"If you really feel sorry for me, please stay together, and I can help you get your leave note back."

She was expecting what Malfoy would say, and bickering was quite interesting, but he just gave Harry a look, almost ignored her, and slipped away without any response.

"Really, he ignored me." Sissy was very dissatisfied.

"Sissy, can't you go back?" Harry glanced at Malfoy's resigned appearance, feeling a little more at ease.

"I'm an overseas student, so I can't go back."

In fact, she felt that Germany was not far from here, but it was indeed not too convenient, and the vacation was not too long, so there was no need to go to trouble.

"We're both going to stay, me and Ron, Ron because his parents are going to visit his brother Charlie in Romania."

"That's right," Ron added, "he's a dragon trainer. He devotes almost everything to the study of dragons. He rarely goes home after graduation. This Christmas is the same, so they are going to directly Go over there and spend Christmas with him."

"It's a very happy thing to dedicate everything to a cause you love, thanks to your family's support for him to do so." Sissy has some experience of this.

Many parents don't want their children to go abroad, and there is always one side that has to make compromises.

There are so many children in their family, it is indeed not easy to equally distribute the love of father and mother to each child.

"I think this is going to be the best Christmas I've ever had." Harry was so happy about it, this was his home, why go back to Privet Drive.

When Professor McGonagall registered the detention list, he signed it without hesitation.

"Then congratulations, I heard that if there are not many people staying in school at Christmas, the long table will be removed during the dinner and replaced with a small round table, so that the atmosphere will be better."

"Speaking of which, when I passed by the auditorium before class, I saw that the inside has changed a lot. Shall we go and have a look?"

"Okay, wait for me a moment." Sissy trotted into the office, and ran back after a while.

She still likes to join in the fun occasionally. Christmas has no special meaning to her, but she likes those Christmas decorations very much, and the decorations in the wizarding world must be more beautiful, and you can add a lot of tricks to them with spells.

As long as you don't bring out a group of bats like Halloween, the Christmas elk is acceptable, so cute.

"Let's go!" Sissy couldn't wait.

The front of the corridor is completely blocked by a horizontal fir tree. The dense branches and leaves cover the ground and nothing can be seen, except for a pair of big feet exposed at the bottom.

"Hagrid." Of course Harry knew whose size feet belonged to them.

"Oh, you guys are here too. Have you seen the arrangement in the auditorium? It's really wonderful." Hagrid poked his head out from behind the tree.

"Not yet, we are going there, do you need our help, Hagrid." Ron tried to get in and talk to Hagrid.

"Can you get out of the way quickly and don't get in the way anymore? We still have time to chat." Malfoy was also blocked here.

"The pauper of the Weasley family, oh, I see, you want to adapt to the position of gamekeeper in advance, and you can live in that leaky broken house directly after graduation."

"However, compared with the house you live in now, that house should be regarded as a palace. No wonder you are so positive."

He dragged his tune on purpose, sarcastically.

Before Sissy could interrupt, Ron clenched his fists and rushed forward angrily.

It's okay to insult him personally, but insulting his family is something no one should bear.

only……

"Weasley." Snape happened to appear behind him, and he couldn't tell if he would really follow Harry sometimes and deduct points.

Ron's fist hadn't dropped yet, he just grabbed Malfoy by the collar.

"It was Malfoy who insulted his family first." Hagrid paused to excuse him.

Snape glanced at them, and seemed even more unhappy when he saw Sissy next to him, "Anyway, beating people with your hands is not allowed, and five points will be deducted from Gryffindor."

After speaking, he left in the other direction.

Malfoy snickered, trying to force his way past the tree.

"You three, you'd better wait obediently and don't break the Christmas tree, because I like this tree very much." Sissy said.

"Why?" Malfoy paused, didn't he just ignore her just now, who is more vengeful than him?

"Nothing, I just hope you don't do it."

"What are you doing with her, Master Malfoy." Crabbe rolled up his sleeves.

"Just wait." Malfoy raised his head and akimbo, not knowing where to look.

"Maybe you should have waited for Sissy to teach him a lesson, Ron." Harry whispered in his ear.

Sissy was sure that Malfoy valued Snape's attitude towards him very much. She could see the small eyes in Potions class. This guy would definitely be afraid that she would sue and smear him. Little things tear your face.

Isn't that very harmonious?

A group of people blocked behind, and Hagrid was moving the big tree in front, and the branches rose and fell back and forth with his steps, and it took a while to pass this section of the road.

The auditorium was very lively, the teachers were busy arranging Christmas decorations, and Professor McGonagall and Flitwick were also present.

"Hagrid, thank you for your hard work, can I trouble you to put this tree in the corner over there?" McGonagall pointed to a corner of the auditorium.

"Of course." Hagrid carried the tree over and stood it up with all his strength.

Although it hasn't had time to complete the decoration, the Christmas atmosphere is already there.

Sissy looked around, and her gaze fell on the hanging flower ribbon on the wall.

They are genuine holly and mistletoe berries, not the plastic imitations that I have seen before, and the texture does look different, much thicker.

She couldn't help itching her hands, so she blocked it with her body, picked out a berry secretly, and twisted it in her hands. The viscosity was not bad, and it was quite fresh.
