Harry Potter's Cousin Dudley at Hogwarts

Chapter 46 The Conspiracy of Snape and Quirrell

The trees in the Forbidden Forest were too dense, and it was dusk, so Harry couldn't see where Snape had gone.

He had no choice but to circle in the direction that Snape had just entered the Forbidden Forest, flying at low altitude to search.

Just when Harry thought he had gone in the wrong direction, he finally heard someone speaking.

One of them was Snape's voice.

Harry controlled the broomstick to approach lightly, and then slowly landed on a big tree with lush branches.

Harry carefully parted the branches and made his way down through the gaps in the leaves of the big tree.

What he saw next surprised him. He was not surprised to see Snape, after all, he came here with Snape.

But Harry was a little surprised to see someone else.

"Qiro??" How could it be him?

Harry had heard Dudley and Hermione say that the last time Quidditch happened, his broomstick accident was caused by Quirrell secretly.

It was Snape's counter-curse that kept him from falling off the broom.

How are the two of them together now?

Harry held onto the tree trunk with one hand, drew out his wand with the other, and cast a spell into his ear so that he could hear what the two of them were saying below.

"No—don't know why you—would—choose to meet here, Severus…" Quirrell stammered.

Harry felt that Quirrell was stuttering more than usual. Could it be that he was also afraid of Snape?Harry couldn't help thinking.

"Oh, I don't think it should be made public." Snape said in a drawn-out tone, his voice cold. "After all, students shouldn't know about the Philosopher's Stone."

'Magic stone! ' Harry didn't expect to hear that word from Snape.

"Have you figured out how to get past Hagrid's three-headed dog?" Snape pressed Quirrell.

"Y-may-but, Severus, I-"

"You don't want me to be your enemy, Quirrell." Snape said, taking a step closer to Quirrell.

"me--"

"You know exactly what I mean, Quirrell."

At this time, an owl hooted loudly, frightened and concentrating, listening to the conversation of the two below, Harry almost fell from the tree.

Luckily he held on to the trunk.

"Quirrell, I don't know what you're plotting, but your secrets and tricks, I'm waiting," said Snape.

"Y-but, I don't-no-"

"Very good." Snape interrupted Quirrell directly. "It won't be long before you have to think about it. We will talk again after you decide who you will serve allegiance to."

Snape covered himself with the cloak and left quickly.

Originally, Harry thought that Snape was gone, and Quirrell should leave soon.

And he waited for him to leave before leaving. He wanted to go back and tell Dudley and the others what he had heard today.

It turned out that Snape and Quirrell were together, and they, they seemed to be planning to steal the Philosopher's Stone that Dumbledore left at Hogwarts.

But Harry waited until the last ray of sunlight disappeared in the sky, and it was completely dark, Quirrell still stood there motionless.

'What the hell is Quirrell doing standing there? 'Harry got impatient with the wait.

Finally, Quirrell started to leave here, and Harry suddenly felt that there was something wrong with his posture, as if he was weaker than when he was talking to Snape just now.

But now Harry can't control these things, now he just wants to go back and tell everyone the news.

After Quirrell left for a while, Harry hurriedly rode on his broomstick and flew to Hogwarts castle.

In order to prevent Quirrell who just went back from discovering, Harry deliberately made a detour after leaving the Forbidden Forest.

"Harry, why are you here now?"

Dudley and Hermione Ron, who had already finished their dinner, were doing their homework in the corner of the Gryffindor common room when they saw Harry come in out of breath.

"Haven't you eaten yet?" Dudley took out the thermos box containing the food from the auditorium with a thermos charm, and handed it to Harry.

"I just made a big discovery." Harry looked around cautiously, and found that everyone in the lounge was busy with their own business.

As he opened the food Dudley had left for him, he began to tell what he had just seen and heard in the Forbidden Forest.

"You mean Snape and Quirrell are together?" Hermione was surprised when she heard the news. "And their goal is the Philosopher's Stone that Dumbledore put in the school? Snape still wants to force Quirrell to help him get the Philosopher's Stone?"

"That's right." Harry was starving as he stuffed food into his mouth. One side nodded. "I heard Snape ask Quirrell, did you figure out how to get past Hagrid's big three-headed dog? He also mentioned knowing Quirrell's little secret. I guess Snape used Quirrell The little secret that forced Quirrell to help him steal the Philosopher's Stone."

"Dudley, why don't you seem worried at all? Snape and Quirrell are going to steal the Philosopher's Stone."

Hermione asked, seeing Dudley showing a little worry. As for Ron, from the way he looked, Hermione didn't think there was much to ask.

"Because I heard that the Sorcerer's Stone will not be at Hogwarts next Tuesday." Dudley said what he knew, "It's not a few days until next Tuesday. Not to mention that Dumbledore is still in school , that is Hagrid's dog, they still can't get through." Of course, the main reason is that I have watched this movie, and the Philosopher's Stone has not been stolen.

But obviously, Dudley's words did not convince Harry and Hermione. They felt that even if it was not a few days, the Philosopher's Stone would be at risk of being stolen by Snape and Quirrell as long as it was in Hogwarts for one day.

By the way, in their words, Snape became the main criminal, and Quirrell became a poor man forced by Snape.

Totally forgot, it was Quirrell who shot Harry the last time in Quidditch.

Well, Dudley said it, and they also firmly felt that Snape forced Quirrell to do it.

Dudley could only say in his heart that Snape's usual behavior was really unpopular.

"Dudley, who did you hear that the Sorcerer's Stone won't be at Hogwarts next Tuesday?"

"Don't you all read the "Daily Prophet"? There is news that Nicole Flamel will hold an exhibition of the Philosopher's Stone next week, and has also convened well-known figures in the magic world from all over the world to discuss how to deal with the Philosopher's Stone."

"So, as long as we guarantee that the Sorcerer's Stone will not be stolen by Snape these few days, then the Sorcerer's Stone will be safe!" Hermione confirmed after listening to Dudley's words.

"Dudley, what do you think we're going to do next?"

"Okay!" Seeing several pairs of eyes staring at him, Dudley said helplessly, "Do you think this is okay? In the next few days, if we have time, we can go and stare at the corridor on the fourth floor? Or can we send someone to follow?" Snape and Quirrell?"

In the end, everyone felt that they were all staring at the corridor on the fourth floor during get out of class. As for the suggestion of following Snape, everyone rejected it.

They all said it was horrible to follow Snape.
