The etching machine is also a very important piece of equipment.

Coincidentally, the global etching equipment market is mainly controlled by Tokyo Electronics and Applied Materials.

There are also ion implanters.

Ion implantation is the core process of doping in wafer manufacturing, and its technical barriers are second only to photolithography, etching, and thin film deposition.

Its function is to inject atoms to be doped into the silicon wafer so that the chip can obtain specific electrical properties. Otherwise, even if the chip is made, it will not work properly.

The market for this kind of equipment is mainly monopolized by companies from the United States, Japan, and the Netherlands.

Fortunately, Li Jiankun now has these devices at hand.

3. Talent.
