When I saw an old house, my senior sister happily jumped on me again, and I laughed too.

Thanks to God's blessing, I found this place so quickly.

I originally thought that this expert lived alone, but now I discovered that there was not only one person here.

But no matter how many people there are, as long as he is here, it will be enough.

We walked quickly through the path and arrived at the gate of the house.

Before we could say anything, the bald man sweeping the floor saw us.

He walked towards us with a puzzled face and performed a Buddhist salute:

"Hello donors, may I have any advice?"

Is this bald man a monk?

But he didn't wear monk clothes. Instead, he wore a white T-shirt and a pair of black sweatpants.

Even though we had doubts in our hearts, my senior sister and I still returned the gift respectfully.

"Hello, young master, my name is Liu Die, and this is my senior sister Wen Jing. We are here to find a senior. I am poisoned by poison and I need senior's help to remove the poison."

"Anti-poison?"

The monk said doubtfully, and then asked:

"May I ask the name of the senior Liu Shi is looking for, so I can inform you."

"I'm sorry, I just heard a friend introduce the senior in this mountain, but I don't know his name. Could it be that there are many seniors who know Gu magic in this house?"

I asked respectfully.

The monk smiled and said:

"There are three seniors. I don't know whether they know Gu or not. We are living in seclusion here, cultivating our moral character. The three masters and uncles are not interested in world affairs now. Liu Shi mainly doesn't know who he is looking for. It is difficult for the poor monk to introduce him. , because there are two master uncles who are still in retreat."

"Well, young master, it's getting late. Can we borrow your place to stay for one night?"

The senior sister suddenly said with a smile.

I looked up at the sun that had not yet climbed above my head, and I felt speechless. Is this also called getting late?

The young monk must have felt the same way as me. He just smiled awkwardly and said:

"Yes, since the two donors need to stay overnight, and there are no guests here recently, a spare room can be provided for the two donors to stay overnight, but we need to charge some nominal fees here."

"no problem,"

As the senior sister said this, she walked into the courtyard gracefully. I said to the young master:

"Thank you, little master, and please show me the way. Let's go and settle our luggage first."

"Okay, donor, please come with me."

The young monk performed another Buddhist ritual, but his clothes and these actions really made me feel a little awkward.

Buddhism treats people with honesty and uses the Dharma to save people, which gives people confidence, hope and joy. There is always an indescribable comfort in getting along with Buddhists.

After entering the room, the senior sister said:

"Junior brother, you won't blame me, right?"

I chuckled, I knew exactly what the senior sister was referring to.

She was talking about living here. In fact, I had this plan even if my senior sister didn't bring it up.

Since there are two masters in retreat, we must not disturb them.

In this case, let's stay here and wait for the master to come out of seclusion.

Even if there is no place to live here, I will set up a tent outside and wait. It took so much effort to get here, so I can't give up halfway.

I didn't take it too seriously that my life was short.

Whether it's a blessing or a curse, you can't avoid it.

Of course, I won't give up on something promising.

During lunch we met all the people here.

Except for the two masters who are still in retreat.

They were very hospitable to guests, and their words and deeds were all polite, which made me and my senior sister, two people who were used to being wild, a little cautious.

But they won't care about any of our actions. For them, they can accept all the mundane things in the world.

There are a total of six people in this old house, and two masters are in retreat.

The young monk who received us was called "Qingzang", and there were two other monks of similar age to him, one named "Qingzhi" and the other named "Qingyin".

Qingzang's master was of the Jing generation, named "Jingxu".

The other two retreating masters are called "Jingchu" and the other is called "Jinghen".

Jingnan is Qingzhi’s master, and Jinghen is Qingyin’s master.

Their chants made me feel a little surprised.

In my concept, Jingzi generation and Qingzi generation seem to be some very high names.

For example, the name of the presiding officer of the Great Buddha Temple is Jingru, and the director of education of the Buddhist Association is from the Qing generation, named Qingyuan.

I don't understand how Buddhist names are determined.

But I always felt that the monks here had some background, but when they explained it to me later, I felt relieved.

They devote themselves to cultivating Buddhism without caring about worldly affairs. They only seek to achieve positive results, eliminate evil fate and form good ties for a lifetime.

They believe that everyone is born with sins from previous lives.

If we don't form good karma and eliminate karma and accumulate good deeds, this kind of sin will be magnified as this life passes.

Therefore, every life in reincarnation is worse than the last.

They come here to practice meditation, just to use this life to pay off their sins in the past life and to seek stability in the future life.

Therefore, their dharma names are all called Qingjing.

The Dharma is profound and profound, and I cannot even get a glimpse of it.

But I actually don't agree with their statement.

Throughout one's life, spiritual practice is just a belief or a living habit.

If your whole life is committed to this hundred-foot place, where will you start to do good deeds and accumulate virtue?

Even if there is virtue, it is only a small virtue.

Even if I have objections in my heart, I won’t say them out loud.

Everyone has his or her own attitude towards life and beliefs. There is no right or wrong, nor is there any right or wrong.

While eating, I told Master Jingxu about the purpose of my trip.

He immediately said that his junior brother Jingnan had some research on Gu art.

This made me very happy. The Buddhists are so respectful. What he said with a little research must be a great achievement.

However, he also said that his junior brother Jingji was in retreat, and he would have to wait until three days to leave the retreat.

I immediately said it didn't matter, we could wait for Master Jingchuan for three days.

The appearance of this old house does not look like a Buddhist temple.

However, Buddhist things are practiced in the old house. They offer incense and worship Buddha every day, knock on wooden fish and chant sutras at night, and have three classes in the morning, noon and evening every day.

There are also a lot of Buddha statues inside.

In fact, it is not much different from those regular temples.

In addition to the large Buddhist hall, the old house also has six wing rooms. The three masters each lived in one room, and the three young monks lived in the same room.

There are two additional guest rooms used as spares.

According to Qingzang, they sometimes have destined benefactors who come to stay for a few days to cultivate themselves and avoid irritability.

They will also receive a certain amount of remuneration to purchase their seasonal clothing, firewood, rice, oil, salt and worship tributes.

In addition to the six wing rooms, there is also a kitchen, a toilet and a utility room.

The toilet and kitchen are built separately.

These two rooms and the room where the Buddhist hall wing is located, plus the style of the courtyard door, are somewhat similar to the layout of our previous Taoist temple.

But the area here is much larger than our Taoist temple.

On the first night, Yu Bingqing came out for a while and then continued to go inside the umbrella.

She said that the Buddhist atmosphere in this place was too strong and she felt uncomfortable staying there.

We didn't care. Souls are naturally not adapted to temples.

It's like a person can't breathe in water, so Yu Bingqing can only stay inside the umbrella.

During the three days we stayed here, my senior sister and I did not run around, but followed these masters to meditate, chant sutras, and worship Buddha.

Strangely enough, since I came here, my originally impetuous mood has gradually calmed down.

The same goes for my senior sister. She feels that after three days in the temple, her whole personality has changed.

She used to be carefree and occasionally a little bit tempered, but now she is actually well-educated and speaks softly.

There is even a feeling of Yu Bingqing.

On the third day, Master Jingchu came out of seclusion.

He was a very kind-looking monk, about seventy years old.

Although the plain clothes he wore were not monk's clothes, they actually felt a bit better than monk's clothes when worn on him, solemn and solemn.

However, his personality is very approachable.

Sometimes you can even make a few jokes.

According to his senior brother, Master Jingxu, Master Jingnan is a Miao man and was a famous poison-making master when he was in his forties.

He used his voodoo skills to cure many people.

Master Jingnan frowned the first time he saw me. Before I could speak, he spoke first:

"This benefactor, who are you and what kind of opponents have you provoked? How could you be poisoned by such a vicious poison?"
