However, these so-called "flexible handling" methods are all learned from them. But when I first became a security guard, I still insisted on my principles, because I felt that if it did not comply with the regulations, it would not work. As the company continues to grow and develop, the initial huge profits have been exploited and divided layer by layer, and finally there is little left in the hands of individuals. This is the so-called "prospect management style". The seemingly bright future is actually just an illusory bubble, and we are getting deeper and deeper in this bubble and can't extricate ourselves.

It reminds me of the hardships and sufferings I have experienced in the past few days. They are like a thick fog that completely blocks people's vision. And those poor and haggard workers can only get such a pitiful amount of leftovers. It really makes people feel sympathy and pity! Tears can't stop flowing down. What is the point of subcontracting like this? Those people who are idle all day and do nothing, but occupy important positions, can't solve any substantive problems at all!

Now, at the forefront of the construction industry, especially those labor workers, although their cash income is relatively high, it is all earned by their own blood, sweat, and physical strength!
