This may be free labor. When you have something to deal with, you can sit there. But everyone will put themselves in their shoes. After all, the salary for this job is so low. If they have to do other jobs, they will not think that we should raise our salary. The salary of the handyman is much higher than ours! This is because they follow the project department. Of course, the project department thinks that: you security guards are hired by us, and the price is the same as our handymen. In other words, they will report this business to the security company, and the security company will take a commission from it.

Where does he get so many idle people to support? He relies on the fees from us! Once this so-called "management fee" is paid, won't our salary become lower? We may not even get it. Our company is really like this now, not only that, but it is getting worse. Not only did they take the commission, but now they also ask us to do those jobs. One person has to do multiple jobs. If it is not busy, it is okay and you can deal with it, but the most annoying thing is that they don't care whether you are busy or not. Those people just come in casually, and they won't say hello to you in advance, saying "I'm coming, please open the door" or something like that. As a result, you have to put down what you are doing and do it. Isn't this equivalent to doing two jobs? Who can stand this!

We can't help but ask, what kind of hidden meaning is there? Why does the project department exploit the security guards so recklessly, but is unwilling to show even the slightest gratitude? They seem to believe that as long as they pay the security guards a meager salary, they have the right to let the security guards respectfully call them bosses. Not only that, the security guards must also bow their heads and flatter them. This phenomenon is just like the bosses of some large companies, who always feel good about themselves and think that giving employees a job is a great gift, and employees should naturally be grateful to them.

However, in reality, these bosses are just self-important, putting themselves in a lofty position, and delusionally thinking that everyone should be grateful. However, the facts cannot be changed after all, and this matter itself is a fog and confusing. This class has always been at the bottom of society, extremely humble, and the status of us security guards is even more humble and insignificant like dust. I really can't understand why such positions and jobs exist in the world. Such positions are simply speechless.
