Usually, few people pass by the gate of this construction site, especially the migrant workers have changed their entry and exit routes. I originally thought that as long as they put the boxes together after eating and throw them into the trash can together, it would be fine. Alternatively, those migrant workers or laborers can take them out of the construction site by themselves, or put them in a designated place, and the cleaners inside will deal with these lunch boxes. But later, when I was very satisfied with the arrangement I advocated, I found that this was contrary to the captain's opinion, and he scolded me as a result!

The captain said that we cannot eat boxed lunches here, and his tone was very tough. I responded: "The superiors told him to eat boxed lunches here, just clean up the boxes after eating and don't throw them around." The captain said in a tough tone that it is absolutely not allowed to eat boxed lunches here, and if anyone dares to do so, the consequences will be serious. I felt a little strange, but still responded: "The superiors said that you can eat boxed lunches here, as long as you clean up the boxes after eating and don't throw them around, there will be no problem." However, the captain seemed to not listen at all and insisted that we cannot eat boxed lunches here.

Seeing this, I also got a little angry and started arguing with him. Just when we were at a stalemate, the captain suddenly got furious and interrupted and said viciously: "You don't have to come to work tomorrow!" Hearing this, the anger in my heart was instantly ignited, and I replied without hesitation: "If you don't want to come, then don't come!"

After saying that, I turned back to the dormitory and saw the security captain with his eyes wide open, looking angry, as if he wanted to eat someone, with an extremely bad attitude and aggressive momentum. I couldn't help but think, you are just a small captain, how can you say such a thing? If that's the case, then I don't want this job anymore!

After returning to the dormitory, I lay down on the bed without saying anything, ready to have a good sleep. After all, it is meaningless to argue with such a person, it is better to have a good rest. Thinking of this, I closed my eyes and soon fell asleep. However, the captain insisted not to eat, so we started arguing. At this time, the captain suddenly interrupted and said fiercely: "You don't have to come to work." Hearing this, I didn't say much nonsense and replied directly: "If you don't want to go to work, then don't go to work." Then, I turned back to the dormitory and saw the security captain's eyes wide open, his eyes wide open, his attitude was extremely bad, and he looked aggressive. I thought to myself, as a captain, you can actually say such a thing, then I will quit, and then I will leave immediately. After returning to the dormitory, I fell asleep and prepared to have a good sleep.

At that time, anyway, in such a social environment with little human touch, this was the case. Everyone has their own thoughts. If everyone only sticks to their own opinions, then work will be difficult and the stability of security work will be out of the question. Should we understand the hardships and difficulties faced by migrant workers and contract workers? Not only do they have to take good care of the various demands put forward by the superiors, but they must also obey the many unreasonable rules from the superiors. If they fail to act in this way, they will be regarded as lacking work ability, and may even cause the project to stagnate. Is this the so-called right way?

But you have to know that when performing engineering tasks, the workers often have disputes. They may lack legal awareness or simply don't care about it. They are always stubborn. Even if you tell them that it is not okay to do so, they still don't listen and insist on doing it their own way. And the security guards, due to various restrictions, can only watch and cannot take effective actions. This puts us in a very passive situation, but it seems that the whole project is operated in this way. The behavior of those people is puzzling, and I don't understand why they are like this. It is really confusing.

That's right. In other words, it's because of your bad habits. This fully shows that some people are only afraid of officials, but don't take small people like you seriously, not to mention a mere security guard. They know very well whose words can play a key role. So they can choose to turn a deaf ear to every word the security guard says. It's not that they deliberately make things difficult for the security guards or anyone else, but just for the migrant workers and contract workers. How to say it? This is actually a bad habit. It's not so easy to get them to correct it immediately. If you just rely on preaching, they won't listen at all, which makes people feel very embarrassed.

He just listens to his superiors, and doesn't care whether you are right or wrong. As long as the superiors say it, it is right. Because even if there are mistakes in the execution, it must be executed without any doubt or resistance. Right? And when reporting the problem to the project department, they did not provide any room for negotiation. If employees have any opinions or dissatisfaction, they are not even given a chance to appeal, which can easily lead to conflicts. Once a conflict arises, it will cause employees to be emotional and may even develop into confrontational behavior. So what will be the consequences after the confrontation? This is imaginable.

Well, this not only led to a fierce quarrel with the migrant workers and the contract workers, but also developed to the point of physical contact. What good is there in doing this? Absolutely not! The group of people in the project department would just watch coldly, as if they were watching a good show. They thought that this was how the security guard should handle things. If the security guard lost in this dispute, no matter whether he was injured or how wronged he was, the safety officer of the project department would definitely accuse the security guard of being incompetent and unable to properly handle such trivial matters! Even if the security guard won by chance (however, in reality, this possibility is almost zero, after all, the security guard is at a clear disadvantage), the safety officer would not give any reward, but would scold the security guard harshly.

So, don't mess around when you have nothing to do. We still have to rely on these hardworking workers to work hard and build high-rise buildings! What is most infuriating is that under the interference of those people from the labor service company, the people from the project department turned black and white and bit back. They shirked all the responsibilities, claiming that this was neither their instruction nor the requirement of the project department. It was completely the security guards who overstepped their authority and acted on their own, pretending that it had nothing to do with the security guards.

However, not all people in the project department are bad! Take the people in the project department of the S City construction site last time, they are really different! Especially when the lunch box dispute broke out, the scene where the project department accused the labor service company is still unforgettable to me! Although the S City project department took such action, there are reasons for it!

In fact, there are two crucial factors in this matter: first, it has a certain connection with Mr. L, after all, there are quite a few project department staff who have a good relationship with him privately; second, it also involves the core interests of the project department itself at that time. However, the problems emerging on this construction site have nothing to do with the two reasons mentioned above. Our security team has fallen into a precarious predicament, so the project department can only shout and issue orders to the security guards.
