It's not that they deliberately make things difficult for the security guards or anyone else, but just for the migrant workers and contract workers. How to say it? This is actually a bad habit. It's not so easy to get them to correct it immediately. If you just rely on preaching, they won't listen at all, which makes people feel very embarrassed.

He just listens to his superiors, and doesn't care whether you are right or wrong. As long as the superiors say it, it is right. If the security guard lost in this dispute, no matter whether he was injured or how wronged he was, the safety officer of the project department would definitely accuse the security guard of being incompetent and unable to properly handle such trivial matters! They shirked all the responsibilities, claiming that this was neither their instruction nor the requirement of the project department. It was completely the security guards who overstepped their authority and acted on their own, pretending that it had nothing to do with the security guards.

However, not all people in the project department are bad! Take the people in the project department of the S City construction site last time, they are really different!
