Super God: My mother said it was an accident

Chapter 767: The Beatings That Deserved to be Received

"Are you crying?"

Reina looked at little Kaixi sitting on the beach, her tone containing a hint of teasing, but more of concern and confusion.

She saw that little Kaixi's shoulders were shaking slightly, and she was obviously sobbing.

"You're really not like her."

Reina continued, but these words sounded like a thorn to little Kaixi, piercing deep into her heart.

She looked up at Lena, her reddish blue eyes still shone with crystal tears, as if telling of her grievances and unwillingness.

"I'm not her! I'm just her substitute! How could I be her!"

Little Kaixi retorted excitedly, with a hint of trembling and despair in his voice.

He stared at Reina, as if trying to find a hint of understanding and support from her eyes.

"You like Kaixi, not me!" Little Kaixi continued, his voice gradually becoming lower.

She turned her head and buried her face deeply in her knees, sobbing softly, her body trembling with sobs, looking lonely and helpless.

Lena looked at little Kaixi silently. She saw that although the injured wing was no longer bleeding, it was still hanging limply, and the feathers were covered with sand.

I looked up and saw the blue sky, golden sand and the waves coming from time to time, forming a beautiful picture.

But behind this beauty lies little Kaixi's pain and anxiety.

Lena sighed softly and sat down next to little Kaixi. She stretched out her arms and gently embraced little Kaixi in her arms.

"Of course I know you are not her. You are different from her." Lena said softly, her voice full of tenderness, "You are you. I like Kaixi, but she doesn't like me."

Reina's voice was like a spring breeze blowing across the lake, gently blowing away some of the haze in little Kaixi's heart.

Little Kaixi trembled in her arms, as if she had found a long-lost warm harbor. She raised her head, and a hint of confusion flashed in her blue eyes, whose tears had not yet completely dried.

"You...you don't blame me?" Xiao Kaixi asked in a choked voice, his voice full of anxiety and self-blame.

She was worried that her impulsiveness and recklessness would cause trouble to Rena, and she was even more afraid that Rena would hate her because of it.

Reina smiled and shook her head. She stretched out her fingers and gently wiped away the tears on little Kaixi's face.

His movements were gentle yet firm, as if telling Xiao Kaixi that no matter what happened, he would not blame her.

"Why should I blame you?" Reina said softly, her voice full of understanding and tolerance, "You have the courage to challenge her, which is a kind of courage in itself. I know you don't have any malicious intentions, you just want to prove yourself too much."

After listening to what Reina said, little Kaixi felt a little relieved.

But she couldn't help but think of the contest between her and Kaixi, and a feeling of grievance welled up in her heart again.

"I took action against the angel you like." Little Kaixi whispered, with a slight tremor in his voice.

She knew that what she did was irrational, but it was too late to regret it now.

"You can't beat her." Lena sighed softly. She certainly knew the result.

But this is also what she wanted to tell little Kaixi, Kaixi's strength is far beyond what little Kaixi can match.

Reina actually wasn't worried about this fact at all.

She knew that Kaixi had great abilities, and although little Kaixi was not bad either, he still needed time to grow.

When talking about this, little Kaixi's tears welled up again.

She felt that she was so stupid for challenging Kaixi, and was finally taught a lesson by Kaixi.

"Woo woo...go away, go away."

Little Kaixi sobbed and said that she wanted to drive Reina away and be alone.

She felt that it was better for her to be an angel. Although there was no one else to comfort her, she could still be hugged by others' wings. Even if she was injured, she still looked beautiful.

But Lena did not leave. Instead, she hugged little Kaixi tighter, trying to soothe her inner trauma with her warmth.

"Do you really want me to leave?" Lena asked softly, her tone full of concern and worry.

Little Kaixi raised her tearful face and looked at Lena, feeling aggrieved.

She sobbed and said, "Go away, wuwu...you are just here to make fun of me."

Little Kaixi wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes. She knew that Lena would not come to her for no reason. She must have come to laugh at her.

This thought made little Kaixi even more sad.

However, Lena did not leave as Xiao Kaixi expected, nor did she come to laugh at her.

She hugged little Kaixi tightly and stroked her hair gently, trying to prove her sincerity and concern with her actions.

Just as Reina was thinking of some words of comfort, a very familiar voice broke the silence.

"Hey, look, whose baby is this?" He Xi dropped from the sky and landed steadily in front of them.

She folded her large white wings and looked at little Kaixi with a smile.

"Why are you still crying?" He Xi approached Xiao Kaixi, "Baby, why do you look so aggrieved?"

Kaisha, who fell right after Hexi, also frowned. She saw that little Kaixi had wounds all over his body. Although he was covered with clothes, she was still surprised and worried.

She walked quickly to Xiao Kaixi and asked with concern: "What happened? Why are there so many injuries?"

Little Kaixi wiped away her tears and looked up. She was a little surprised to see her two mothers, Hexi and Kaisha, standing in front of her.

She originally thought they were just passing by and didn't expect them to come to care about her.

"We lost the fight."

Hexi and Kaisha looked at each other, and Kaisha spoke first, with some uncertainty in her voice: "Fought with Kaixi?"

Little Kaixi nodded, her voice so low, almost like a mosquito's buzz: "Yeah."

When He Xi heard this, his brows slightly frowned.

Of course she knew Kaixi's strength, and she also knew that little Kaixi had a somewhat stubborn personality.

But she didn't expect that Xiao Kaixi would actually fight with Kaixi.

"Tell me about you, it would be better if you could reason with Kaixi, right?" Hexi shook her head gently, with some helplessness in her tone.

She felt that Xiao Kaixi's behavior was indeed somewhat inconsiderate, and that if she fought with Kaixi, she would only end up suffering.

"But you picked the one who hurts the most, and you go fight with her? Aren't you just asking for trouble?"

He Xi continued, her tone containing a hint of reproach, but more of concern and worry for little Kaixi.

Xiao Kaixi felt a little aggrieved when listening to He Xi's words.

She knew what she did was wrong, but the impulse and anger in her heart at the time made her make the decision.

Looking up at He Xi, a trace of stubbornness flashed in his eyes: "I..."

He Xi sighed. She understood Xiao Kaixi's feelings, but she also knew that this method was not advisable.

She reached out her hand, gently touched little Kaixi's head, and said softly: "Don't you think about it, if you fight with Kaixi, can you win?"

Little Kaixi nodded. She knew she was impulsive, so she lowered her head and said in a trembling voice, "I know I was wrong. I shouldn't have fought with Kaixi."

He Xi felt relieved when she saw that Xiao Kaixi's attitude had changed.

He chuckled and patted little Kaixi on the shoulder, "You know you're wrong, but you've gotten what you deserve, haven't you?"

He Xi paused, a hint of curiosity flashing in his eyes: "But then again, why did you two fight? Was there some misunderstanding?"

Little Kaixi raised his head and a hint of hesitation flashed in his eyes.

She looked at Hexi and Keisha, and finally decided to tell the truth: "I...I am, because..." She raised her eyes and looked at Reina beside her, "Because Reina."

He Xi and Keisha were stunned when they heard this.
