HP: The Shadow Returns

Chapter 10 The Ultimate Guardian

It was already midnight when everything was dealt with. Although Sansaro was very hungry, he was not in the mood to eat.

She put the moving hand bones in a cage, changed the bandages on her hands, and then lay on the bed and fell asleep.

At around ten o'clock the next morning, there was a fierce knocking sound, and Sansaro opened her eyes drowsily. Maybe it was because she was too weak, but she actually felt that she had not slept enough.

Forced herself to get up, she squinted her eyes and tried to look towards the place where the sound was coming from. Ah, it was the closed hand, which kept hitting the cage hard.

It was so noisy that Sansaro frowned, walked out of the bed very irritably, and used a very ungentle magic power to throw the cage on the table with a bang.

After this, the bones in his hand became quiet in an instant, and he felt the black mist of strong evil energy on the girl's body, and even lay in the cage and pretended to be dead.

"Want it out?" Sansaro said, staring at it coldly.

It showed no response and continued to lie motionless.

The girl raised her eyebrows, and a coldness flashed in her green eyes.

Next second

The black mist that sprang out took the shape of a snake and got in through the gap in the cage. The moment it came into contact with the black mist, the bones of his hand suddenly climbed up as if it had touched hot lava, and he shivered in the corner and shrank in fear.

"It's a pity, you asked for it"

The girl's melodious and soft voice was like the whisper of a devil, which made the hand bones even more afraid and regretful for waking her up.

But it was too late to regret it now. When he saw part of the black mist melting into the blackened hand bones in the cage, Sansaro let the rest return to his body.

Opening the cage, she raised her fingers inside as if training a dog. The five fingers of her hand were like spiders and quickly crawled to Sansaro and stayed on her hand.

Sansaro lazily raised his forearm and put it in front of his face to look at the slender black hand bones.

The fingertips were extremely sharp, and there seemed to be complicated characters carved on the inside. She had never seen that kind of characters before, and they looked quite ancient.

She moved her hand in front of the cage. Soon, a dark light flashed in her hand, and the cage was immediately divided into two halves. The separated place was still annihilated by the curse left by the hand bone attack.

Surprise appeared on Sansaro's face, she liked this bone a little bit.

"Bone, go down first."

After saying that, she put her hand bones on the table and let them move freely. You must know that not only was she not wearing glasses, she was also only wearing a thin nightgown.

Although summer is about to enter, it is still a bit cold for Sansaro, who is in weak health.

After cleaning up for a while, when she was about to go downstairs, she found the two brothers and Bone fighting in the room.

The Slavs squatted high and watched the excitement. What they couldn't believe was that it was the bones of their hands that had the upper hand at a very agile speed.

Sansaro put on his glasses helplessly and raised his hand. The black mist shrouded the three of them directly and sent them outside. After all, this small house couldn't stand their wanton behavior.

She then stretched out her hand, and the Slav flapped her wings and fell into the girl's arms. She touched the feathers on the owl's head and walked downstairs.

After filling her stomach, Sansaro devoted all her energy to yesterday's two books, but she didn't recognize most of the words in them.

Until I shuttled to Flourish and Blotts Bookstore in Diagon Alley and bought the corresponding study books.

Only then did she realize that the words were runes, mixed with some ancient English. Of course, she also purchased a few more sets of robes and some clothes worn by daily wizards.

In addition, she discovered a dark magic shop called Borgin Bock in Knockturn Alley, and the dazzling dark magic items inside made her very excited.

But in the end, after careful consideration, Sansaro finally bought a few simple black magic books. She had some hair loss, and the stooped boss Bo Jin even reminded her in a very naughty manner not to lose arms or legs next time.

It sounds like black magic is really dangerous.

——·————··——·——·——

A week later, Sansaro, who was immersed in the mysteries of black magic, was awakened by a knock on the door.

She raised her head and quickly hid the messy notes and marked books on the desk. She picked up the glasses on the desk and put them on. After doing everything, Sansaro slowly walked down the stairs and opened the door. Through a thin Thin door cracks.

"Who is it?"

Soon, she saw a shining police badge, and she suddenly knew, was it finally here?

Two Muggle police officers from the Abery Police Station were sitting on the slightly peeling sofa. They pitied the thin girl in front of them and obediently brought them water. The guilt in their hearts deepened.

“Sansaro”

"Yes"

The tall and thin policeman sighed, as if he had finally made up his mind, "Sit down first. No matter what I say later, you must be strong and calm down."

"it is good"

Sansaro nodded his palm-sized face up and down, and then sat down opposite them.

"Your father's lover broke into a house and killed your mother. We arrested her, but we didn't expect that she committed suicide on the way to prison."

Seeing the girl's dazed expression, the medium-sized policeman on the side thought that Sansaro had been too shocked. He patted his colleague on the shoulder to signal him to stop talking.

Sansaro lowered her head without saying a word, with no disturbance in her heart. She almost thought that stupid woman didn't dare to take action.

"Then..." The girl's voice was very hoarse, and her body hiding under the loose clothes was trembling slightly.

"Sigh... We came here to find out what's going on from your father, but it doesn't look like he's at home."

Sansaro raised his head and said at a loss, "But my father left with that woman that day."

What? The two policemen looked at each other after hearing this. The tall and thin man immediately frowned and stared at Sansaro and asked, "Are you sure?"

The girl lowered her head in a daze again

"I went out to play that day, and when I came back they were gone. They often do this. I thought they would come back in a few days."

The eyes of the other policeman were full of distress. He also had a daughter about the same age as Sansaro. It was really unfortunate for this girl to have such parents on the stall. I don’t know how they could bear it.

"So, you're living alone this entire week?"

"Well...Father, he left money."

The two men talked for a long time and decided to go back to the police station to find other relatives related to Sansaro, but at this time the girl suddenly said that she could live alone.

When they are in trouble, even though they are very sympathetic to the girl's pain and sadness.

But in the end, she told Sansaro that she must have a temporary guardian to take care of her. When she reaches adulthood, the guardianship will naturally be lifted.

What is very difficult to solve is that according to the database, any nominal blood relatives related to Sansaro are all dead.

No matter it's the Nasitans' family or the girl Xili's side, not to mention Lafayette, who has been doing striptease since her parents died long ago.

What's even more annoying is that they don't have very close friends.

Sansaro had thought of all this a long time ago. She was sitting on the sofa watching the police hand her a list of neighbors who were willing to be her temporary guardians.

The few scattered names in it looked very pitiful. The girl looked down and after a while she raised her finger and touched a name.

"Just her"

The police took the list from Sansaro's hand.
