HP: The Shadow Returns

Chapter 166 Dumbledore and Huerta

"Tom Marvolo Riddle, aka...Voldemort."

Virta watched the old man staring straight at her, with a dark expression on his face. She curled up the corners of her mouth and followed his words.

"I have heard about him. You also said at last year's final banquet that he was back."

"Then do you believe what I say?"

There was no unnecessary expression on Dumbledore's face when he spoke, but his words were somewhat unclear.

"I don't know, Headmaster Dumbledore, maybe what you said is true, maybe what the Ministry of Magic said is true."

The sun shone on Wilta's face through the dry branches, and the glasses on the bridge of her nose reflected the white light. Her body was neither humble nor haughty, and she looked at Dumbledore, who was a head taller than her.

Dumbledore calmed down the look in his eyes. Listening to the girl's ambiguous words, he seemed to know that he couldn't ask anything, and then he wriggled his lips and said

"Go back and prepare for the exam to face the future."

The girl adjusted her glasses, raised her lip line, and showed her white teeth. "Thank you very much for chatting with me. I wish you a happy life, Professor."

"You're welcome."

Virta turned and walked out of the corridor. When he was about to leave, Dumbledore's voice came from behind again.

"Virta, those kids didn't do anything wrong."

As soon as these words came out, she froze on the spot and turned around slowly.

The two looked at each other, as if the air around them had stopped at this moment.

The light cast from the sky separated the two people, and the wind blew their hair. The smile on the girl's indifferent, ordinary and ordinary face did not diminish, and she tilted her head slightly.

"What are you talking about, Professor Dumbledore"

The old man didn't speak anymore, but looked at her silently with his wise eyes, like a calm and dangerous sea water, at the end of the corridor.

The two stared at each other for an unknown amount of time, and Huerta left here first.

Along the way, her heart could not help but beat with excitement, and the smile on her pale face grew wider and wider. It was so interesting, was he finally going to expose herself?

So wonderful, so wonderful...

The more Virta thought about it, the better and better she felt. She even couldn't help but laugh out loud on the way, because she knew it very clearly.

The more you know, the closer you are to death...

Moreover, they will definitely not be the losers.

Theodore, who had been waiting in the Slytherin common room, could sense her good mood at a glance and wanted to ask something, but Virta hugged him directly.

He seemed a little forced to lean against the wall and accept it, but in fact he was still enjoying it very much.

"What's wrong? Did Dumbledore say something?" Theodore half-hugged her and asked softly, lowering his eyes.

"He found me..."

After a moment of conversation, Theodore asked worriedly, "Aren't you worried that he will take action against you?"

"Dumbledore disdains taking other people's lives, and I am just a student now, Theodore. Justice is always subject to justice, whether it is a righteous organization or a righteous heart."

There was a hint of coldness in Huerta's brows, "This is their biggest shortcoming and biggest weakness."

The flames in the fireplace were crackling, and Harry woke up from his nightmare again. His sudden movements startled Professor McGonagall who was in class.

"Are you okay, Potter?" McGonagall asked with concern, looking at the sweaty and flustered boy.

"Professor McGonagall...I'm fine. Sorry to disturb your class, I..." He spoke illogically and kept breathing.

"You should go to the infirmary now and ask Madam Pomfrey for a bottle of water of life and death. Potter, take a good rest and promise me, okay?" McGonagall ignored Harry's insistence.

Send him directly to the infirmary.

Harry couldn't resist, so he had to be led to the infirmary by Ron.

He was silent all the way and looked in a daze. He didn't even hear his good brother Ron talking to him.

"Harry!"

"Huh? What's wrong?" After he came to his senses, he asked in a panic.

"Why are you the same as Hermione before? You two have been acting strange recently." The worry on Ron's face could no longer be suppressed.

He hugged Harry directly, patted his back hard, and said loudly, "If you have anything, you must tell me, okay? We are best friends, don't keep it in your heart alone!"

Harry was stunned for a moment, feeling concern and warmth, which made it seem like a ray of sunshine shone through his gloomy heart.

He hugged Ron hard, and there was a hint of collapse in his voice, which he remembered in his heart.

"...Thank you for always supporting me."

"This is what I'm supposed to do, brother."

The two of them supported each other all the way to the infirmary, and kept talking about Hermione's weirdness on the way.

"She will never leave you alone. Now she is like a stranger. It has been two days. Has she said a word to you?"

"Hasn't she been preparing for the exam?"

"Yes! But, that's Hermione! Even Sirius and Lupine praised her for being smart and caring. There's no way she wouldn't talk to us for two days."

"But she can be normal sometimes, right?"

They were all very puzzled by this until they reached the door of the infirmary.

Harry pushed the door open and walked in, unexpectedly seeing a weak Luna inside.

"Luna? I just said why I can't see you. Are you okay? Are you okay? What happened?"

Harry stepped forward anxiously and asked.

Luna's pale face covered with red sores showed a smile, "It's okay, Harry Potter, it's just an allergy, a little serious."

"Merlin...when will it be better?"

"About half a month. Okay, Mr. Potter, what are you doing here?" Mrs. Pomley's voice came from behind. She frowned and held various bottles and cans in her hands.

"The little girl needs some rest, don't make any noise!"

"Sorry, Madam Pomfrey, Harry is just a little worried." Upon seeing this, Ron quickly came up to apologize for Harry.

However, Madam Pomfrey did not care so much. She glanced at the two of them again and asked

"Feeling unwell?"

"It's like this. I feel like I haven't been sleeping well recently. Professor McGonagall asked me to ask you for a bottle of water of life and death."

Harry's blue eye bags and red bloodshot eyes could prove all this, but Madam Pomfrey was still wary and asked again

"Are you sure you didn't eat the candy given by the twins?"

"Twins? How is that possible?" Harry frowned, as if he didn't understand what she meant.

Ron knew what was going on, and his expression became a little embarrassed. His two brothers had been selling small candies to skip classes this semester.

They also call this the way of business.

"I can testify that Harry has never used any strange candies."

After hearing what the two of them said, Madam Pomfrey insisted on checking Harry's whole body, and then handed him a bottle of life and death water with confidence.

"Just drink it within two minutes before going to bed at night. Remember to drink it separately, otherwise you will be like a sleeping beauty and can't wake up."

"Thank you for reminding"

After Harry took it, he said goodbye to Luna before leaving the infirmary with Ron.
