HP: The Shadow Returns
Chapter 191 True love is eternal
Virta looked at the farce, curled her lips, and turned around to leave with Theodore. However, on the way back, Voldemort called him to the office.
The two talked about future plans for a while, and somehow, they came to Snape again.
"He's a traitor. It's obvious. Only you can't see it clearly."
"I don't think so, Huerta, unless you don't believe me."
The girl looked helpless and confronted the man.
She grinded her teeth, sat leisurely on the chair, crossed her legs, and spoke with a very determined tone.
"You know you'll regret it"
"When did that happen? I don't have such a memory." Voldemort half-squinted his eyes and raised his eyebrows.
"Wow...."
The two broke up on bad terms again.
By the time he returned to the lounge, the irritation in Virta's brow had long since dissipated. He looked at Theodore, who had been waiting for him for a long time, with a smile on his face.
"What's wrong? What did your brother say to you?"
Theodore could feel the change in the girl's mood, and he noticed an inexplicable problem.
"Nothing, just some follow-up arrangements, nothing to worry about."
Virta stepped forward and left a kiss on the corner of his mouth. Theodore turned pale and stretched out his hands to hug her tightly.
"I always had a feeling something was going on."
"Don't worry, honey, everything is fine."
Because of the presence of the Dark Lord, the atmosphere at Hogwarts has always been in a very bizarre state. If it is said to be suffocating, it is not. Voldemort does not set too many rules like Umbridge.
Even the classes were normal, and the content and methods he taught were even more fascinating than the fake Moody before.
Many unsuspecting students have begun to admire him, and some bold students even write love letters to him every day, which is really unimaginable and bizarre.
Virta only felt the struggle for power and people's hearts, thinking that not long ago Voldemort had suspended Hydra's involvement in enterprises and tasks related to the Death Eaters, and had already started to seize the territory.
Every time I think of Huerta, I feel like laughing.
Just because of Snape? Or does he want to try with himself to see who is better?
But she didn't think she would lose, not to Voldemort, especially when she thought of the stupid things he did a few months ago, Virta didn't feel it even more.
Then give it a try and see who is stronger. Being at a disadvantage is never her style.
The two of them started to target each other inexplicably, just like they were playing around. The Death Eaters didn't know what was happening for a moment.
So did Theodore, but Huerta kept reassuring him.
"It's nothing, honey, just treat it as a game."
In the Gryffindor lounge, Ginny, Ron and Harry were gathered together, and they were whispering to each other and discussing.
Hermione sat on the sofa, wrapping her thin body tightly in a heavy blanket, her face pale and she spoke from time to time.
"Getting Slughorn to tell the truth is unlikely."
Ginny shook her head, glanced at Harry next to her, and then said in a low voice
"Especially when that person is still in the castle."
"Yes, everyone is scared." Ron realized something was wrong after saying this, and he scratched his head in confusion.
"Have you heard? Someone actually wrote him a love letter! Are those students crazy?"
He was making gestures in the air crazily, with confusion in his eyes.
"He did become a little prettier this time, and... uh... charming? But that's..."
The features on Ron's face squeezed together and he shook his head, sighed, and said no more.
Harry stared at the bonfire in the fireplace without saying a word, the dancing flames imprinted in his pupils, and the dark vines kept sprouting in his heart.
"Then what's next? What's next? Didn't Dumbledore say anything more?"
"Have you forgotten, brother?" Ron was about to speak when Ginny patted him on the shoulder. The brother and sister's eyes met, and they instantly understood what it meant.
How could Harry not know that the curse on Dumbledore, who had escaped from death, had limited his time, and now his brother, the other Dumbledore, should have actually buried him.
Hermione's soulless eyes were full of regret and pain, all of which was to atone for her sins...for the members of the Order of the Phoenix who were killed by her, even though she did not mean it.
But that kind of shadow and pain has already taken root deep inside.
She pursed her dry, almost cracked lips and said in a hoarse voice, "The next step is to wait for Snape..."
"He is a liar, don't you see? He is the only one who is not surprised when Voldemort comes back!"
But before Hermione could finish speaking, Harry interrupted her coldly and said the name directly without fear. Everyone fell silent and looked at each other in silence.
"It's time to rest, let's go."
Ron raised his hand to drag Harry away, but he dodged it sideways, and then stared at the bonfire without looking back.
"I'm not afraid of him. The worst is death."
"Didn't that punch wake you up at Dumbledore's funeral?" Ron immediately lost his temper when he looked at him.
Neither girl knew that now was not the time to cause trouble. Ginny stepped forward and stopped Ron in front of her, signaling him to go back first. Ron turned around and left angrily.
She helped the weak Hermione back to the dormitory.
Harry was the only one left in the entire lounge. In the empty and silent environment, the longing and pain deep in his heart surged into his heart again, but Harry no longer had any desire to cry.
He just felt as bitter as if he had swallowed a whole slug, mixed with the troll's snot.
Sirius....and...
The savior no longer wants to recall the past. He no longer even dares to think that he is the so-called savior in the prophecy. They are all lies and illusions...
How wonderful it would be if he woke up and was just an ordinary person with ordinary parents and an ordinary godfather... all of this.
Just when Harry was still thinking wildly in his mind, a figure sat next to him again.
"Harry..."
Ginny came back and held his hand, and the warm feeling suddenly warmed Harry. He turned his head and looked at the girl, with a rare trace of tenderness and determination in his emerald eyes.
"Go to bed, Ginny, it's too late."
"I want to be with you, Harry, and I'm not afraid either."
"No! This is too reckless."
"Recklessness is closer to bravery than cowardice!"
Ginny had a firm expression on her round face. She didn't accept Harry's proposal, nor did she give him a chance to reject her. Instead, she tilted her head and hugged Harry's arm tightly, leaning against him.
Feeling her bold movements, Harry's body first shook, and then he soon felt that the softness in his heart was suddenly touched.
He stopped talking, but hesitated for a moment, lowered his head and kissed Ginny's forehead gently.
A smile slowly appeared on the girl's face, and the two of them sat quietly in front of the bonfire.
The brave adventurous spirit and sincerity of love are vividly displayed in the two Gryffindors.
