HP: Embrace the Darkness

Chapter 232 Coming to Spider End Alley

There was a flash of fire, and Grindelwald staggered and appeared in the fireplace in the safe house with Artes.

Grindelwald looked up and saw that the safe house was empty. There was a thin layer of dust on the furniture. It looked like no one had been there for a while.

He carefully helped Artes out, waved his wand to clean the sofa, and placed Artes on the sofa.

Asses fell asleep unconsciously, his face getting paler and paler.

Grindelwald frowned and threw a few healing spells at him, then turned and went to the room to find two black robes, one of which was draped on himself.

One piece was wrapped around Asseth, covering his whole body tightly, especially his injured hand, leaving no trace exposed.

Then for convenience and concealment, Grindelwald tied Ass's uninjured hand with his.

After tying them up, he tugged hard to make sure their hands were tied tightly before he led Ass out of the safe house.

Diagon Alley is bustling with people coming and going, and there is chatter wherever you pass.

The tight black robes of the two people attracted the attention of many people. While chatting, passers-by looked at them curiously.

A trace of impatience flashed in Grindelwald's eyes, he avoided the sight of others and rushed towards the exit of Diagon Alley.

Fortunately, although there were many people watching them along the way, due to Grindelwald's low pressure, no one dared to come forward and disturb them.

So the two left Diagon Alley smoothly.

Once out of Diagon Alley, Grindelwald anxiously checked on Arthas.

Aces was breathing very lightly, his broken hair was wet with cold sweat on his forehead, and his hands were cold to the touch.

I don't know if it's because of the cold, but my body is even trembling slightly.

Grindelwald took a deep breath, hugged him hurriedly and began to disapparate.

After disapparating once, he realized something was wrong.

He hasn't used magic for a long time, and his control over magic spells is not as good as before. The wand he uses is not his, and its adaptability is not high.

Now not only is the distance of Apparition shorter, it's even a little harder to control the direction.

There was no other way, so Grindelwald could only take Artes and disapparate again and again, rushing towards Spider-End Alley.

The wind blew through their black robes, staining them with fine dust.

Grindelwald didn't care about this, he just wanted to get to Spider-End Alley as soon as possible.

After finally arriving at Spider End Alley, the two men's black robes were even more eye-catching in such an industrial area.

Grindelwald frowned and looked at the dirty sky around him and the passers-by who stared at them maliciously.

It was like a real greedy gaze fell on him, adding fuel to the fire to the now irritable and anxious Grindelwald.

He waved his wand impatiently, tripping up the most presumptuous person and sending him directly into the river.

He also used a confusion spell to cover himself and Asseth.

The confusion spell confused the feelings of these passers-by, and they walked forward in confusion, mumbling something unknown.

The disgusting sight disappeared, and Grindelwald continued to support Artes and hurried towards the address in his memory.

At this time, Snape was enjoying the wonderful time of brewing potions alone.

He waved his wand with satisfaction and watched bottles of potions being born under his hands. He felt a sense of accomplishment and a kind of tranquility in his heart.

This tranquility disappeared when he felt the spell being touched.

Affected by the triggered spell and the sudden sound, Snape's hand shook, and the excess liquid dripped into the crucible.

Under his gaze, the potion in the crucible made a dull sound, emitted a burst of black smoke, and the potion inside also turned black.

Snape's face fell.

Looking at the potion on his hand, and then looking down at the discarded potion, his hand began to itch inexplicably.

He had a stinky face and ran toward the door with his wand in his hands.

At the door, Grindelwald was still knocking frantically.

He couldn't be in a hurry. Asseth's breathing was so soft that he could hardly hear it.

If Asseth died, he wouldn't have to live anymore.

He was directly hunted by Cavendish and Muller, and then died before Dumbledore.

This ending is worse than the death in the prophecy, dying in the tower with his Al.

The door opened with a swish, and Grindelwald shot the air with his hand, unable to hold back his strength and fell forward.

Under the black robe, Asseth raised his hand in the direction of Grindelwald, and at the last moment, he used his weight advantage to pull Grindelwald.

Grindelwald was in shock and held on to the doorframe.

Somewhat lucky, if his and Ass's hands weren't tied together, he would definitely not be able to escape from landing on his face today.

Snape looked coldly at the funny actions of the man in black robes in front of him.

He could feel that the man in front of him had no ill intentions, but he still quietly raised his wand while brewing venom on his lips.

Before spitting out the venom, he accidentally glanced at it.

His eyes caught the pale face of another man in a black robe with his head lowered.

That was a face he was very familiar with.

The hidden wand in Snape's hand suddenly raised and pointed directly at Grindelwald.

The tip of the wand lit up with an eerie green light.

"Who are you! What did you do to him?"

Grindelwald could clearly hear the anger and murderous intent in his tone, and he felt a little better.

At least Asseth wasn't wishful thinking.

Grindelwald dropped his wand first, showing by his actions that he meant no harm.

The moment he dropped his wand, he was bound by Snape's binding spell.

Grindelwald did not resist, and pushed Artes, who was swaying due to the disappearance of his magic power, towards Snape.

He said quickly:

"It doesn't matter who I am. Save Asses first. He is in a coma caused by excessive blood loss. It lasts about more than an hour."

When Grindelwald said this, Snape had just taken Artes.

Because he misjudged the weight, Snape couldn't catch it properly. He watched helplessly as the usually energetic man fell weakly and was about to hit the ground.

He was shocked, and his body reacted faster than his brain. He knelt down half-kneeling down due to the force of the fall, and protected Ass's head with his hands.

Despite such a big move, the fallen Ass still remained motionless, lifeless and quiet.

Only the light and shallow breathing and the subtle rise and fall of his chest proved that he was still alive.

Snape ignored Grindelwald's presence and half-knelt on the spot to inspect Artes.

The result of the curse's feedback was the same as Grindelwald's words, coma caused by excessive blood loss.

Excessive bleeding.

Snape roughly opened the black robe, his eyes quickly swept over Artes, and finally his eyes fell on the wrist wrapped in white cloth.

He quickly untied the white cloth, and when the flesh and blood were separated from the white cloth, Asseth made a slight muffled sound.

Snape's hand paused and his movements became gentler.

The white cloth opened, revealing bloody cut marks.

This miserable scene ignited Snape's anger almost instantly.

He waved his wand sullenly and floated Artes into the room, bringing Grindelwald in with him.
