HP: Embrace the Darkness

Chapter 385 Dumbledore was robbed

The weather recently has not been good. It has been gloomy and gloomy all day long, with dark clouds covering the sky heavily.

Ever since he flirted with someone in broad daylight that day, the arrogant bastard couldn't get a good look in front of the Potions Master for several days.

Today is no exception.

When I woke up in the morning, I could no longer see the other person on the bed. The cold, chilly quilt proved how early the owner left.

"If I had known better, I wouldn't have said that."

Aces rubbed his hair with some distress, smoothed the messy hair to the back of his head, and got up.

After many renovations, the cellar is no longer as cold and dark as before. Wearing a thin nightgown is enough to cope with the temperature, which is neither high nor low.

So Asseth didn't change his clothes when he came out. He was only wearing the dark silk nightgown he wore when sleeping at night. He met the extremely complicated gaze of Dumbledore who was sitting on the sofa and holding a tea cup.

"Wait, why are you here?"

Aces paused in his steps naturally, tied up the loose pajamas that were almost untied, and then walked out slowly and leisurely.

Dumbledore couldn't explain his current mood. He thought at the time - No! He just felt that what he said last night was Snape's excuse.

Unexpectedly, it turned out to be true.

Mixed feelings.

It was very complicated, and there was also an inexplicable displeasure, as if the cookies that had been stored for a long time and had not been tasted had been eaten completely by others.

It can probably be attributed to the house being robbed.

"You...I...why don't you change your clothes first?"

It took Dumbledore a long time to hold back this sentence. It wasn't that he wasn't smart enough, it was just that it was the first time he faced this kind of situation and he really didn't know what to do.

Lowering his eyes and looking at the clothes on his body, Asseth didn't think there was anything wrong with it.

Not wanting to go through the trouble of changing clothes, he casually took a black robe hanging on the rack and put it on.

The two of them eat and sleep together. Except that they have no kiss, no sex, and no status, their daily interactions are no different from those of a normal couple.

Now wearing the other party's clothes, still the black robe on the outside, Asser was very calm.

Pity Dumbledore opposite him, he recognized the black robe as Snape's and almost spit out his tea.

"Tell me, what do you want from me?"

"You are actually together?"

The brain that had just woken up had not yet fully activated. Hearing this, Asseth smiled lazily and wanted to agree to this.

"No."

The potion master who had just returned had a cold face and denied Dumbledore's question.

"Sev? Where did you go so early?"

After being denied their relationship, Asseth was not angry or sad. His smile bloomed, his eyes were a little brighter than before, and he sat up in high spirits.

"Forbidden Forest." Snape sat down on the sofa, his expression softened a little, "Some herbs in the medicine garden are ripe."

"Call me next time and I will help you. Two people are faster than one."

"Ah."

Perhaps the denial just now made the potion master feel a little guilty. Faced with Asseth's questions, he answered all questions, and even his attitude and expression were much gentler than before.

Aces didn't mind him denying it at first, but now that he has a good face, he doesn't mind even more. He just thinks about how to get some benefits by climbing along the pole.

"Then...don't get up so early next time? It's a little cold in bed alone."

"Ah."

Dumbledore watched helplessly as Snape walked in and there was no him in his eyes, or in other words, neither of those two people had him in their eyes, and they were talking to themselves.

Is this called that?

No?

There must be a limit to telling lies!

He is old, not blind.

"Ahem, cough, cough." Dumbledore, who was ignored, cleared his throat, trying to attract some attention.

"I hope your mouth will be able to talk."

Congratulations, attention was attracted, but unfortunately it was the Potions Master's ridicule.

Dumbledore: "..."

"Harry's name is thrown into the Goblet of Fire, who do you think it will be?"

"I thought you could guess who it was with your intelligence, and there was no need for the two of us under suspicion to provide useless information."

Snape sneered, his good expression no longer present, and there were only two words written brightly in his eyes.

Hold a grudge.

This is what the Potions Master is best at, and another thing he is good at is protecting his weaknesses.

He had long classified Asseth as one of his own. Last night he saw Asses being suspected. Although he didn't say it, he was angry.

The head of the Cavendish family, one of his own, blinked and sat quietly watching the potions master speak out for him, with a smile on his face and soft eyes.

"I'm sorry about this."

Dumbledore apologized, very seriously.

"I'm really worried about Harry."

"Why don't you think it was your golden boy who threw the note in just to attract attention? After all, he always likes to be in the limelight."

Snape snorted, his tone deliberately raised, and there was unspeakable sarcasm in his words.

Dumbledore was not annoyed.

"I've already confirmed this, it's not Harry, and it's not Mr. Bagshot."

Tsk, Artes disliked Grindelwald in his heart.

He himself was drinking Polyjuice Potion, but he didn't realize that Moody was fake. It should be said that he was blind because he didn't pay attention to Moody.

Or what are you planning there?

Not wanting to delve into Grindelwald's little thoughts, Artes casually made a suggestion.

"If you don't know now, it doesn't mean you won't know in the future. It's so easy to know who voted for the name. Can't you just wait? There will always be clues."

"I said the same thing last night. It's just that Minerva can't worry about this kid. She thinks it's too dangerous for him to be a bait. She also thinks the Triwizard Tournament is dangerous."

As Dumbledore spoke, he looked at Snape, who seemed to be calm.

In the past, Snape would have tried hard to stop it, but now he didn't even raise his eyelids, just leaning on the sofa and thinking about how to prepare those herbs.

For him, as long as Potter could survive, the anger last night was only because of Potter's stupidity.

"Even if Professor McGonagall doesn't agree, she shouldn't be able to convince you, so why are you coming to us? Let's be honest, Sev and I still have classes."

Although he didn't know why Snape didn't speak, Artes still took care of Dumbledore for him.

"I want to talk to you alone, Severus." Dumbledore said seriously.

Every time we talk alone, nothing good happens.

Aces frowned calmly, but did not leave immediately, but looked at Snape.

On the sofa, Snape nodded slightly.

"Okay, I'm going to change clothes."

After taking off his black robe and hanging it back on the rack, Asseth spent two minutes changing his clothes and leaving the cellar.

He had no intention of exploring the conversation in the cellar, so he wandered off to find Grindelwald to find out what he was going to do.

As if knowing that Arthas would come to him, Grindelwald did not stay in the principal's office, but sat in the corridor outside Hogwarts Castle, watching the rolling clouds in the sky.

The man who had been rational for most of his life began to pay attention to the scenery around him, and unexpectedly discovered a bit of unique beauty.

"It's pretty, isn't it?"

As footsteps approached, he suddenly sighed.
