Quick Wear Peace

Chapter 8: The Little Wife Running with the Ball 7

"Tangdou, you go and play first. This has nothing to do with you. The teacher will comfort the baby." An Ning comforted Tangdou and let him go and play with other children first.

An Ning hugged Ruan Ye and wiped his tears, and asked other teachers to watch the other children play the game first.

An Ning held Ruan Ye and took him outside for a walk. After he calmed down, she asked again, "Baby, why don't you want to play with Tangdou?"

Ruan Ye turned his face to An Ning's shoulder without saying a word, only his little body twitching.

An Ning sat on the stairs and let Ruan Ye sit sideways on her.

"Baby, don't you want to play with brother Tangdou? Brother really wants to play with baby." An Ning said.

"I miss my mother." Ruan Ye said, wiping his tears and a little snot as he spoke. An Ning quickly picked up a tissue to wipe away his snot, which almost flowed onto her.

She didn't bring any change of clothes.

"Mom is just busy. She will be the first one to pick up the baby in the evening. Let's stop crying, okay? If mom knew that the baby is crying all the time, she will be very sad and won't be able to work with peace of mind." An Ning comforted.

After Ruan Ye calmed down, An Ning said, "Let's go back to class and play with the other kids. They really want to be friends with you."

Ruan Ye nodded. An Ning wanted to put Ruan Ye down, but Ruan Ye held on to An Ning's clothes tightly and refused to let go.

An Ning could only carry him back to the classroom, and An Ning took Ruan Ye to play with Tang Dou and the others.

But Ruan Ye still held An Ning's pants tightly.

"I'll watch you guys play from the side, okay?" An Ning said to Ruan Ye.

Ruan Ye nodded and went to the table to find Tangdou and the others. As he walked, Ruan Ye looked back at An Ning, as if he was afraid that An Ning would leave.

In this way, Ruan Ye was like An Ning's little tail. No matter what An Ning wanted to do, Ruan Ye followed behind.

After school, all the other children were picked up by their mothers and grandmothers, leaving Ruan Ye alone.

An Ning took Ruan Ye back to the classroom and said to Ruan Ye as they walked: "Maybe Mom got stuck in traffic on the way here, so she might be late."

"There is no traffic jam." Ruan Ye said in a low voice with his head down.

"What?" An Ning seemed to hear Ruan Ye speaking in a low voice.

Ruan Ye shook his head and said nothing.

The sky gradually darkened, and only one class's lights were on on the entire floor.

An Ning watched Ruan Ye playing with toys nearby. The other teachers had already gone off work, and there were only two of them left in the entire kindergarten.

"I've already called my mother, and she said she'll be here soon." An Ning said to Ruan Ye.

This child is really amazing. It was so late and his mother didn't pick him up, but he didn't cry or make a fuss. He just played with his toys.

"Ring, ring, ring." The cell phone rang.

"Mom is here, let me take you out."

"Sorry, teacher, I got off work late. Sorry to bother you." Ruan Jiaojiao took the child.

"It's okay, it's okay, teacher. It's just that today is the child's first day in kindergarten. Picking him up late will make him feel scared. He will be afraid that his mother doesn't want him anymore." An Ning said to Ruan Jiaojiao.

"We just returned to China and haven't invited the aunt yet." The heroine said embarrassedly.

“……”What could An Ning say? An Ning had nothing to say.
