After picking up a system

Chapter 6 Reward World 5

Yan Shuang felt that although the child was small, he was able to communicate. Just because Ling Han was still young didn't mean she would always be a child. Maybe she wouldn't understand the meaning now, but she wouldn't always not understand. The sooner she understood that the world did not revolve around her, the better.

When the car stopped, Ling Han was already tired of crying. Yan Shuang opened the door and got out first. When Ling Yi carried Ling Han into the house, the living room was empty. After taking his daughter to wash up and tucking her in, he washed up himself and went back to the bedroom. Yan Shuang sat at the head of the bed in a daze. Ling Yi came forward and hugged her. Yan Shuang turned her head and looked at him: "Will you blame me for being too strict?"

Ling Yi smiled: "I'm not the one being taught, how can I blame you?" Yan Shuang was speechless for a moment. She knew that everyone would have certain memories of their childhood, and every mother didn't want to have a gap with her child.

"I don't want her to grow up to be an unreasonable person. I don't want her to spend the rest of her life becoming the person she hated the most in the first half of her life. But I also want her to be happy every day, without having to understand a lot of worldly ways."

Ling Yi patted Yan Shuang's back gently. He knew all this and it was also his hope.

......

Ling Han curled up in the quilt. She didn't understand why her mother spoke to her so seriously. Aunt Xu and Lu Zhiyao didn't speak like that. Dad said that her mother loved her very much and that she suffered a lot when she was pregnant with her.

Dad told me to be a good boy and not to make Mom sad anymore, but why... I feel a little sad now.

The little man who was mumbling in the dream seemed to have learned to speak overnight.

After a while, Ling Han thought about it again and planned to get up early the next day to apologize to his mother.

But when Ling Han, who had never gotten up early, woke up the next day, her parents were no longer at home. After breakfast, she started playing for the day, and the nanny also accompanied her for lunch. She was very well behaved today and did not get into trouble. After lunch, she asked the nanny, "When will mom and dad come back?"

The aunt was surprised. Since she started taking care of the child, she had never asked about it except for the initial fuss about looking for her mother. Today, when she mentioned it again, she smiled and said, "Does Pipi miss mom and dad?"

Ling Han, holding the little bear, turned around and nodded. Auntie smiled more kindly at her little action: "Pipi, finish your dinner, and wait a little longer before mom and dad come back."

Ling Han turned around and said, "Then let's have dinner now!" Auntie was immediately at a loss for words. No matter how she explained, Ling Han thought that as long as he had dinner and waited for a while, his parents would be back. It didn't matter when he had dinner.

Auntie had no choice but to point to the clock on the wall and said, "Pipi, you know the numbers, right?" Seeing Ling Han nod, she continued, "When the shortest needle reaches 6, Mom and Dad will be off work. Then wait a little longer and they will be back."

Ling Han looked up at the clock for a while, frowning: "Hasn't it already walked once?" Auntie nodded: "Yes, it walks twice a day, the second time is when mom and dad get off work."

Ling Han asked again: "When will it walk for the second time?" Auntie patiently replied: "When Pipi wakes up from his nap, it will walk for the second time."

Ling Han pointed at the clock and asked, "Can we take it down?" Auntie wondered, "What are you going to do with Pipi after you take it down?" Ling Han tried to find out, "If I help it go around twice, Mom and Dad will come back, right?"

Aunt: “…” That’s a good idea, a very good idea.

In the end, Ling Han still failed to take the watch apart.

After dinner, Ling Han sat on the sofa holding the little bear and waited. He fell asleep while waiting, and lay down on the carpet.

When the aunt came out of the kitchen and didn't see Ling Han, she thought she had gone upstairs to play, so she turned off the lights and went home.

Ling Han had a dream. In the dream, her mother hugged her and said she loved her very much. She apologized to her mother and said she would never make her mother sad again.

In a blink of an eye, Ling Han is already five years old, Lu Zhiyuan is already four years old, and they have been attending kindergarten together for a year.

On the last day of kindergarten, Ling Han got up early to brush her teeth. As she brushed, she felt something was wrong. She tentatively poked the tooth with the toothbrush, and then her expression froze.

Spitting out a tooth covered with foam, Ling Han was silent for a long time. Her gums didn't bleed much. She rinsed her mouth, cleaned her teeth, and changed into her school uniform. She handed the tooth to Ling Yi, and the two looked at each other.

After a long time, Ling Yi tentatively asked: "You, lost a tooth?" Ling Han nodded, and the two looked at the teeth again. Then Ling Yi asked Ling Han to open his mouth. Looking at the missing front teeth, Ling Yi laughed out loud.

Ling Han: “…”

After Yan Shuang went downstairs, Ling Han threw himself into her arms and said in a sullen voice: "Mom, can I not go to kindergarten today?" Yan Shuang touched her head: "What's wrong?" Ling Han rubbed it without saying anything. Yan Shuang moved her gaze to Ling Yi.

Ling Yi's laughter had not yet been completely suppressed, and he said with a trembling voice: "She, her teeth fell out, haha." In the end, he couldn't help but let out a laugh. Ling Han turned around and bared his teeth at him, forgetting that his front teeth had fallen out, so Ling Yi laughed even louder.

Yan Shuang squatted down and pinched Ling Han's little chin, with a worried look on her face: "Baby, open your mouth, mommy can see how your teeth are growing." Ling Han opened his mouth obediently. Yan Shuang looked from a different angle and saw a few teeth sticking out of his gums. Yan Shuang was relieved.

It's fine if it fell off on its own. If it got bumped or fell, it might not grow back properly in the future.

Of course they still have to go to school. When Ling Han was being led to the kindergarten in a depressed mood, Lu Zhiyuan had already arrived, and Xu Zhao was holding his hand and waiting for them outside the school.

Ling Han stepped forward reluctantly, and was comforted by Yan Shuang with several kisses before he pulled Lu Zhiyuan into the kindergarten, not forgetting to wave to Xu Zhao.

Xu Zhao was a little stunned, thinking that he had upset someone, why didn't he speak today, and asked Yan Shuang what to do. Then he learned that it was because of the replacement of teeth, so he was unhappy and didn't want to open his mouth.

Xu Zhao couldn't help laughing after hearing this: "Pipi's teeth changed a little early. I remember Zhiyao lost her first tooth when she was almost seven years old. Did she hit it somewhere?" Yan Shuang shook her head: "I checked and it wasn't hit. It fell out on its own."

The two of them left together and came back to pick up the child in the afternoon.

On the last day of kindergarten, the children began to say goodbye. Ling Han watched them hugging one and then the other, and he didn't quite understand. It's not like they won't see each other again in the future, and after graduating from kindergarten, they can go to elementary school. Wouldn't they be happy in elementary school?

The teacher organized the team for the daily morning exercises: "Children, today is the last time to do morning exercises, so you must be serious even for the last time." Children: "Okay, teacher."

I spent the morning leisurely and took my last nap in kindergarten. The teacher said that parents were invited to attend the children's graduation ceremony in the afternoon. Ling Han didn't hear the details of the event. When I was eating lunch, I touched my gums and it hurt. The place where the tooth was missing was strange whether I was talking, drinking or eating. Fortunately, it was ugly.

Although it is not sunny today, it is a rare good day, suitable for taking group photos.
