Chapter 708: The Final Battle 5

Hoping to wake up in the afternoon or even at night, Mori Jusaburo ate compressed biscuits while looking at Akutagawa Jiro.

It was almost noon, but Akutagawa Jiro still hadn't woken up.

What an enviable sleep.

In order to prevent his lovely junior from missing lunch, Maori Jusaburo decided to wake him up.

He reached out and pushed Akutagawa Jiro, but Akutagawa Jiro didn't react at all.

So he reached out and pinched Akutagawa Jiro's nose again.

Akutagawa Jiro rolled over and turned the back of his head towards Mori Jusaburo, but he still did not wake up.

Hisaburo Mori was shocked. How could someone have such good sleep quality?

After all the trouble, he successfully exhausted himself.

Now that things have come to this, why don’t he just continue sleeping?

Just as Mori Jusaburo lay down, Akutagawa Jiro suddenly sat up straight.

"I almost forgot that I was looking for Bunta!" Akutagawa Jiro just dreamed that he and Marui Bunta teamed up in doubles and defeated their opponents. He was very excited, but Marui Bunta suddenly disappeared. He instantly remembered that he was doing wilderness survival training in the mountains.

And, he wanted to find Marui Bunta.

Then team up with him!

Akutagawa Jiro excitedly ignored his sleeping partner Mori Jusaburo, and simply stood up and ran away.

Maori Jusaburo looked at the backpack on the ground and suspected that this junior of Hyotei was still asleep.

He had no choice but to pick up Akutagawa Jiro's backpack and chase after him.

On the other side, Atobe Keigo was walking leisurely towards the top of the mountain with a bulging bag on his back. He planned to find a safe place near the top of the mountain to spend the night.

With his excellent observation skills and some knowledge of wilderness survival, he successfully found a lot of supplies, enough for him to survive for two days.

I have to say that this experience of finding ways to support oneself is quite interesting. After all, most people nowadays live a life of having everything provided for them, not to mention him, the eldest son of a wealthy family.

Atobe Keigo didn't meet anyone else along the way, which made him feel a little regretful.

During this kind of wilderness survival training, it can be more interesting if you have more companions.

It didn't take too long for Keigo Atobe to reach the top of the mountain. Looking to the side, he could see the viewing platform.

Three men in black stood on the viewing platform, with a first aid kit and some supplies at their feet.

Atobe Keigo walked around the viewing platform and found a camp.

Bunta Marui was fiddling with the pot in the camp, and the bonfire next to him had already started.

"You look like you're in good shape." Atobe Keigo walked over and saw the burnt food remains next to the campfire.

Marui Fumita scratched his head in embarrassment. Although there were seasonings in the camp, there were only sugar and salt, and no other seasonings.

So when he tried to stir-fry the green peppers he found, because he had no oil, he just kept stir-frying them dry and accidentally turned the peppers into "charcoal".

Because he couldn't find a water source nearby, the two bottles of purified water he brought with him were for his own drinking. He was reluctant to sacrifice his own purified water for cooking or making soup.

Fortunately, he found a lot of supplies, so it didn't matter if he accidentally wasted some.

"I have some bacon here. Bacon can be fried to produce some oil." Atobe Keigo took out a bag of bacon he found. "I also found two eggs. We can make bacon fried eggs."

The two people began to try to cook in the camp. Since the pot was not a frying pan but a deep iron pot, it was a little difficult to make bacon and fried eggs, but at least the food was not burnt into charcoal.

"I have some bread here!" Marui Fumita excitedly took out a bag of toast bread. The two of them made a lot of bacon and egg sandwiches, and added some tomatoes. This was simply a very standard Western breakfast!

"I also picked up some raw chestnuts, but how should I cook them?" After happily finishing his bacon and egg sandwich, Marui Fumita remembered that he had also picked up some chestnuts where he had picked up the green peppers.

"Just put it in the bonfire and roast it." Atobe Keigo confidently threw the chestnuts into the burning bonfire.

Marui Bunta took a long wooden stick and poked the chestnuts in the fire, nervously observing their condition, fearing that they would be burnt.

"Is there anything else that can be grilled? Just grill them all." As soon as Keigo Atobe finished speaking, Marui Bunta took out a bag.

"I heard roasted food is delicious, I want to eat roasted food!"

Atobe Keigo didn't quite know what to say, so did Gojo Aiko even mix a lot of snacks into the supplies?

While people were happily having a bonfire barbecue, on another mountain, Niou Masaharu was hiding in a small cave, eating popcorn and looking at the scenery outside the cave.

He hated being in the sun, so when he first heard about the cave, he decided to find a cave and hide in it for two days and one night.

He searched for a whole morning, avoiding the sun while looking for supplies, but his luck was not very good and he did not find much, only one corn.

But he was lucky and found a cave at noon.

So he happily began to lie down in the cave.

There were some supplies in the cave, not much, but enough for him to eat for two days.

This is a really perfect experience, Niou Masaharu thought as he moved deeper into the cave.

He was even picky and threw the packets of snacks he didn't like under the tree outside.

Although he didn't quite understand why there were so many snacks in the supplies for wilderness survival training, as long as he could eat it, it was fine.

He even began to feel a little bored because of his comfort.

Fortunately, Niou Masaharu was well prepared.

He secretly pulled a tennis ball out of his pocket.

He smuggled this in. If the backpack wasn't so small, he could have even smuggled a tennis racket in.

Even if you don't have a tennis racket, you can still play with just a tennis ball.

You can toss the ball around in your hands, throwing it up and then catching it.

He accidentally missed the ball and it rolled out of the cave.

"Huh? There's a tennis ball!" Mukai Taketo excitedly picked up the tennis ball that rolled out of the cave, and then found Niou Masaharu in the cave.

"It's from Hyotei. Sorry, this cave has been occupied by me." Niou Masaharu had just finished speaking when he saw his good partner Yagyu Hiroshi walking out from behind Mukaito.

"In that case, we will challenge you to compete for the ownership of the cave." Yagyu Hiroshi adjusted his glasses. He is now a teammate with Mukaito.

"Huh?" Niou Masaharu couldn't believe it. Is this part of the wilderness survival training?
