Harry Potter: Glory Bows to Me
Chapter 142: Encountering Harry who ran away from home
After her second year, Amanta returned to the orphanage to spend her second summer vacation at Hogwarts.
Every day she woke up early as usual, before everyone else got up, simply cleaned the yard, found a place to read a book, and occasionally helped a few children with some math problems.
The children in the orphanage were always extremely interested in the school she attended, and would ask her about her daily life at school whenever they got the chance. She had to avoid them or be vague about the questions. When she encountered questions that she could not refuse, she would start to make associations and make up a few nonsense sentences.
After reading, she still had to find time to complete her summer homework. Snape assigned her a paper on shrinking potion. Of course, this didn't give Amanta a headache, but it gave Harry a severe headache.
Although Snape's occasional troubles with Harry became less and less frequent, he would never let Harry off the hook if he didn't do his homework.
Amanta and Draco had long known that Uncle Vernon would lock up all of Harry's things as soon as he returned to the Dursleys' house, so in order to keep in touch, they agreed to meet every Sunday in the small park next to Privet Drive where Harry was, just as they had done before going to Hogwarts.
So Amanta was also responsible for helping Harry copy down the key knowledge points for his summer homework - she had tried to copy her own books for Harry.
But... Uncle Vernon soon found out. Not only did he angrily lock up all the books, he also threatened that if Harry saw them again, he would never let Harry go out again.
So, she had to write down all the knowledge points related to the homework in a diary and gave it to Harry. In this way, even if Uncle Vernon saw it, he would only think that Harry was writing in a diary.
At night, when no one was around, she would secretly light a fire under the crucible and make some beauty potions to send to the beauty pharmacy in exchange for some payment.
After working part-time for more than a year, she had become almost proficient in making potions. No matter how difficult or complicated the customer's requirements were, she could always achieve satisfactory results.
Mrs. Primpianier became more and more impressed with her craftsmanship. At first, she only asked her to make some elementary potions. Later, she soon tried to let her make some intermediate and advanced potions. She soon became one of the most popular pharmacists in the store.
However, she did not use her real name, but left a pseudonym "Sasha". After all, her real name is eye-catching no matter where she is.
This life was so peaceful that Amanta forgot some things.
For example, she would get up in the morning as usual, prepare to sweep the courtyard of the orphanage as usual, and then go to the bench in the courtyard to read a few books on the history of magic so that she could write a paper on how the practice of Muggles burning witches in the 14th century was completely nonsense.
As Amanta hummed a new tune softly and picked up the huge broom in the utility room and swept all the way to the gate, she suddenly discovered that there was... a person leaning against the wall near the gate?
It seemed like someone was sitting and sleeping on the wall near the gate, but from her angle, she could only vaguely see the corner of the person's clothes behind him.
Fortunately, Amanta had encountered this situation before.
Occasionally there would be a few drunkards wandering the streets in the middle of the night. They were too drunk to find their way home, so they had to fall down somewhere on the side of the road.
Unfortunately, this was the gate of the orphanage, and she didn't want this man to scare the children who got up early.
Amanta knocked on the fence, making some noise in an attempt to wake up the drunk who was sleeping next to the wall, and raised her voice.
"Hey! Please wake up. Anyway, this is the gate of the orphanage. If you don't have a place to rest, you can turn left to Contanway Avenue. There is a park where you can rest temporarily."
The man groaned, as if awakened by the sound of her voice.
Amanta suddenly felt that the voice was somewhat familiar.
After these years of getting along, there is no way she would admit her mistake.
"Harry?!"
she cried out in surprise.
The figure curled up at the door gradually stretched out. Harry stretched sleepily, stood up stiffly from the ground, leaned against the fence at the door and rubbed his eyes.
Just after Harry stood up, Amanta suddenly realized that Harry had grown a lot taller. The little boy who was originally half a head shorter than her was now almost... as tall as her.
"Harry? Why are you here?"
When she got no answer from Harry, she asked again.
Harry shook his head, as if trying to wake up from the chaos as soon as possible.
"Hmm...Amanta, you are here after all! That's right...it seems I found the right place..."
He whispered in surprise.
Amanta quickly found the key from the utility room nearby and opened the door of the orphanage.
"Harry, why are you here?" She frowned, "And you slept at the door... all night?"
After she opened the door, she found that Harry was not only here alone, but to be more precise, he was dragging a huge suitcase for school and a cage containing Hedwig.
Harry scratched his hair sheepishly.
"Amanta...what if I say I blew up Aunt Maggie?"
"..."
Amanta rubbed her brows.
She has been here for so long, and because so many things have changed, she almost forgot the original plot. It seems that this thing has not changed.
Harry's Aunt Marge - a Muggle who hates magic and Harry very much. Whenever she has free time, she will find ways to make things difficult for Harry.
But because Uncle Vernon and Harry reached an agreement - that as long as he endured Aunt Marge's criticism but did not get angry or use magic during the week she stayed at the Dursleys', Uncle Vernon agreed to help him sign the permission form to go to Hogsmeade.
Third-year students were allowed to freely enter and leave Hogsmeade every Saturday, even though they could ask Snape to take them there once a month. But for Harry, free entry every Saturday was obviously more tempting.
Aunt Marge lived up to everyone's expectations. During the few days since her arrival, she tried every way to make things difficult for Harry, insulting him as a juvenile delinquent, implying that he was a dog, and saying that he had "a rat-like look of cowardice." Harry, thinking of the contents of the Broomstick Care Manual, reluctantly endured it.
But during a dinner, after Aunt Marge insulted Harry's parents as many times as she could, Harry couldn't hold back his anger.
His magic power was out of control - Aunt Marge was suddenly blown up like a balloon, turned into a huge ball, and flew out.
Harry took the opportunity to take out all the things that Uncle Vernon had locked up and escaped from there.
And now, after Harry finally woke up, what he told her standing at the door was almost the same as what she knew.
