Snape walked to the table, folded his hands, and stared at Amanta scrutinizingly.

"In the Potions class the day before yesterday, I asked you to make a bone spirit." He raised his chin and said, "You finished it very quickly, even more proficiently than the senior students."

Amanta's expression was calm and she did not answer.

Snape narrowed his eyes and spoke with a slightly heavier tone: "Explain, Amanta - why are you so proficient in this advanced potion?"

Amanta sighed softly and met Snape's gaze fearlessly.

"Because I've been making potions," she began calmly, "I'm supplying Madam Primpernell's Beauty Potions shop in Diagon Alley to earn some pocket money."

Snape's brows twitched slightly, and his eyes became dark.

"You're selling potions in Diagon Alley?" His tone was low and dangerously cold. "You know it's illegal for minors to trade potions privately, right?"

Amanta looked at him without fear and said calmly: "I used a pseudonym."

Snape stared at her, as if assessing the credibility of her words.

"How did you contact her?"

Amanta raised her eyebrows slightly, with a faint smile on her lips: "Professor, you know, there are many merchants in Diagon Alley who need potions, and I need money. This is just a deal. I provide high-quality potions, and they provide compensation."

Snape tapped his fingertips on the table twice, his eyes deep.

He knew of Primpernell's Potions Shop, of course - it was one of the most renowned purveyors of beauty potions in all of Diagon Alley.

If Amanta really supplies that store and can become the main pharmacist...

This means that her attainments in potions far exceed those of her peers.

Snape was silent for a few seconds, and finally said coldly: "This is too risky. If there is a problem with your potion or an accident occurs, you will not be able to bear the consequences."

Amanta looked at him calmly, her voice still firm: "Professor, my potion will not go wrong."

Snape narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Oh? Are you so confident?"

Amanta smiled slightly: "I have become one of the most famous pharmacists in that store, and the customers are very satisfied with my formulas."

Snape stared at her for a long time, and finally snorted coldly, as if he reluctantly accepted the fact.

"Since you are so persistent, then at least... don't use those inferior raw materials."

Amanta raised her eyebrows slightly: "What do you mean?"

Snape didn't answer, but pulled a piece of parchment from the bookshelf and threw it in front of her.

"Here are some suppliers that can provide high-quality ingredients. The prices are lower than the market, but the quality is much better than those inferior stores." His tone was indifferent, but his eyes were full of cryptic meanings. "If you insist on continuing your 'business', at least make sure the potions in your hands are the best."

Amanta glanced down at the parchment and felt a slight movement in her heart.

She looked up at Snape, a faint smile on her lips: "Professor, are you...helping me?"

Snape's expression suddenly turned ugly.

"Don't be so conceited, Merlin, I just don't want another potion accident at Hogwarts."

Amanta's smile deepened, with a sly look in her eyes: "Of course, professor."

Snape snorted coldly and waved his hand to signal her to get out.

Amanta picked up the parchment and left the office in a good mood.

She knew that Snape's tough words could not hide his inner approval.

And this, for her, was enough.
