Amanta, Draco, and Harry stood in front of Snape's office and looked at each other. No one spoke, but everyone felt a little nervous.

Snape stood at the innermost side of the office, his black robe swaying slightly in the cold wind. His deep eyes swept over them, as if he had seen through their hearts.

They followed him into the office.

The long table had been moved away, and on the stone floor in the center of the room were several different objects - a glass bottle, a stone sculpture, and... a small creature that looked dead.

Amanta's gaze lingered on the creature's body, her brows slightly furrowed.

Snape seemed to notice her gaze and said coldly: "Don't show that expression. Do you think that learning the Unforgivable Curses will not bring you into contact with death?"

Harry's Adam's apple rolled, but he didn't say anything.

Snape walked up to the three of them, folded his arms across his chest, and looked sharp: "Since you have decided to learn, you must learn to control it, otherwise, you will only be bitten by it."

"First, the Imperius Curse - Imperio. As you can see, this is a stone sculpture, but this is no ordinary stone sculpture. It can respond to the most basic spells."

He picked up his wand, pointed it at the stone sculpture on the table, and said in a cold and steady voice: "Imperio!"

A light blue light shot out from his wand and enveloped the stone sculpture.

Snape snorted impatiently: "Integrity? Stupid. You just don't want to actually use it."

Harry touched his nose and muttered reluctantly: "Anyway, I'd rather learn Avada Kedavra... so I can deal with those Horcruxes..."

Snape's eyes suddenly turned colder.

"You think Avada Kedavra is easy to control? - Then try it."

Snape stood before them, his wand slowly raised, pointed at the body of the magical creature.

"Avada Kedavra requires true killing intent. You must completely abandon mercy in order for it to work."

After he finished speaking, he recited the spell in a low and resolute voice -

"Avada Kedavra!"

A green light instantly gushed out from the tip of his wand and hit the corpse, which instantly exploded into countless tiny dust particles.

The three of them took a deep breath.

After the green light faded, a strange smell of death filled the air.

"See? A true killing curse can even erase all traces of life." Snape slowly put down his wand, his eyes cold, "If you don't even have the courage to make it work, there's no need to waste your time."

Amanta took a deep breath, gripped her wand tightly, and looked coldly at the glass bottle on the table.

"I can try."

She raised her wand and aimed at the glass bottle.

"Avada Kedavra!"

A green light flashed, and the glass bottle exploded violently, but the energy was obviously much weaker than Snape's.

Snape narrowed his eyes slightly and nodded: "At least, you have learned not to be soft-hearted easily."

Draco and Harry also tried.

Draco succeeded in shattering the glass bottle, but it was more unstable than Amanta's, and the light flickered for a moment before it completely exploded.

Snape snorted coldly, his expression stern: "Remember, this is not ordinary magic. If you can't even carry out the killing intention, how can you expect it to work at the critical moment?"

The three of them stood there in silence, exchanging glances with each other.

Snape spoke slowly: "You have taken the first step, but to truly master the Unforgivable Curses... this is just the beginning."

He looked at them deeply, with a cold arc at the corner of his mouth.

"I hope you won't regret your choice."
