Wind Chaser: Rebirth in the 18th Year of the Republic of China

Shen Jinzhen had some guesses in his mind, but he was not sure. He would have to see a doctor tomorrow to find out the result.

Wei Ruolai agreed and went to boil some water, and quickly filled a cup for her.

"I added some cold water from lunch to it, so it's not hot. I'll help you get up and drink some."

Wei Ruolai put the water on the bedside table, pulled Jinzhen up, and handed the water to him.

Shen Jinzhen tried it tentatively and found that it was indeed warm, which was acceptable and not hot to the mouth.

She quickly finished the entire glass of water and put it on the table.

"Jinzhen, would you like to drink some more?"

Seeing that Jinzhen had finished the whole glass of water, Wei Ruolai sat down on the edge of the bed, wrapped his big hand around her delicate hand and rubbed it gently.

"No, I feel much better after drinking it," Shen Jinzhen thought of his brother who was still in the living room, and urged him, "I'm going to sleep first, you go and drink some with me."

"it is good."

Wei Ruolai asked Jinzhen to lie down, covered her with a quilt, tucked in the corners, turned off the bedside lamp and the door, and then went out to the living room.

"How's Jin Zhen?"

After Ruo Lai helped Jin Zhen to rest, Shen Tunan did not go over again, leaving the space to the young couple.

"She probably had a stomachache or something was wrong with her stomach. She drank a glass of water and went to sleep. I'll take her to the hospital tomorrow."

Wei Ruolai planned to take Jinzhen to see a doctor. Jinzhen had stomach problems before, so this matter could not be taken lightly.

"Okay, I'll see the doctor tomorrow and give me the result," Shen Tunan said, and poured another glass of wine for Wei Ruolai, "Drink some more with me."

The gentleman didn't say anything, but Wei Ruo could see that he was feeling a little down, so he picked up his glass, clinked it with his, and drank with him.

In the middle of the night, Shen Jinzhen was sleeping in a daze. She felt some movement beside the bed, but she didn't get up and slept until early the next morning.

After a good night's sleep, Shen Jinzhen felt much more comfortable. Seeing Ruolai still resting beside him, he gently lifted a corner of the quilt and got out of bed. He tiptoed to the bathroom and closed the door, for fear of disturbing Ruolai's rest.

She picked up her toiletries and was about to brush her teeth when she suddenly felt nauseous.

Last night I estimated when my last period came and found that it seemed like I hadn't had my period for a month.

Shen Jinzhen looked at her belly, hoping it was what she expected. She would go see the doctor today. If it was what she thought, she didn't know how happy she would be.

Shen Jinzhen suppressed the discomfort in his heart, and after washing up, he saw Ruolai was still sleeping, so he quietly went to the kitchen to make breakfast.

I just noticed that the door of the side bedroom was also closed. It seems that my brother really slept here last night.

Shen Jinzhen took out three eggs from the refrigerator. She planned to make some boiled eggs, make three cups of soy milk, and toast some bread.

When Shen Tunan came out of the bedroom, he saw Jinzhen busying around in the kitchen.

This really opened his eyes.

As far as I can remember, except when I was studying abroad, I basically never cooked.

If you have an aunt or a babysitter at home, they will usually be so busy after they go out that they almost forget to eat, and they will not cook for themselves afterwards.

Shen Tunan didn't call Jinzhen. Instead, he felt very warm seeing her clumsy and busy figure.

The little Jinzhen who used to be only a little tall has now become more mature and stable.

After Shen Jinzhen boiled the eggs, he took out a bowl, put them in it, rinsed it with cold water, and was about to bring it to the living room.

When she turned around, her brother was looking at her from behind.

Shen Jinzhen was stunned, and immediately took out an egg from the bowl and handed it to Shen Tunan, "Brother, eat it while it's hot."
