Konoha's Five Attributes Ninja

Chapter 124 The Miserable Obito

Early in the morning of that day, Uchiha Obito came to Hayama's residence skipping and jumping. He was as excited as the shy sun in the sky that only showed half of its face. He was looking forward to today's card-beating activity, but he didn't expect to meet Kakashi who also came.

Obito looked puzzled and asked, "What are you doing here?"

Kakashi looked at Obito sinisterly and said maliciously: "Guess?"

"I see. You are here to beg me to show mercy. Hahaha."

"Fool."

These two simple words irritated Obito, because he really was not that smart. He did have some self-awareness, but there was nothing he could do because he was not smart and could only talk big.

"Who are you talking about, idiot?"

"Call you stupid."

"Who are you calling stupid?"

"Call you stupid."

The two enemies quarreled outside the door, disturbing the neighbors' good dreams. Immediately, a big man with a pair of naked hairy legs pushed open the window and shouted, "Stop making noise, you little bastard. Are you going to sleep or not?"

The two men paused, shut their mouths, and started to fight with their eyes. It was obvious that neither of them would give in.

Ye Shan opened the door and walked out of the house. He saw two people twisting their necks and squinting, which made him feel a little funny.

"Come with me."

The two of them stopped their eye contact and quickly followed Ye Shan towards the training ground.

Soon, the three of them arrived at the training ground. Ye Shan found a wooden stake to sit on, looked at Obito and asked, "How was the fireball technique training in the past few days?"

Obito said shyly, "It's okay."

Seeing Obito's hesitant look, Yeshan immediately realized that he had not fully mastered it. Otherwise, with Obito's personality, he would have proudly announced the results of his training.

However, Ye Shan didn't say anything. Everyone has different talents in training. As long as Obito doesn't slack off on weekdays, it doesn't matter if the progress is slow.

You cannot require everyone to meet the standards of absolute genius. This is the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. The correct approach is to prescribe the right medicine based on individual differences.

However, Yeshan is not a kind master. He will punish if something does not go well and reward if something goes well. Before, he only had Obito as his apprentice so he could turn a blind eye to it. But now Kakashi is also considered half his apprentice, so naturally he has to distinguish between rewards and punishments.

"Right now, run five laps around the village. You are not allowed to eat lunch until you finish."

Obito's face turned bitter, but he didn't dare to say anything against it. He glared at Kakashi who was gloating over his misfortune and started running around the village.

Ye Shan closed his eyes and calculated the time. After about ten minutes, he asked coldly, "Why are you still standing here?"

Kakashi scratched his head, not understanding what Ye Shan was thinking, and asked cautiously: "What should I do?"

"You go run too. If you didn't finish faster than Obito this morning, you won't have any food to eat either." Ye Shan said with a smile.

Kakashi was shocked when he saw Ye Shan smiling. He felt that the other party was as hateful as a devil, and was sincerely trying to make things difficult for him, Takeshi Hatake.

Look, Ye Shan has always been a good teacher who teaches students in accordance with their aptitude and can accurately grasp the strength of the two little guys.

Don't underestimate the ten-minute lead. If Kakashi wants to overtake Obito before the end of the five laps around the village, he has to keep sprinting without stopping, otherwise he really won't be able to catch up with Obito.

Ye Shan was not afraid that the two would be lazy, so he sat on the wooden stake and started his own practice. During this period of time, he felt that he had found some way to refine the gold chakra, and he would be able to complete it if he persisted for a few more months.

He was full of expectations for the gold-attribute chakra. After all, it was a power beyond the five conventional attributes in the Naruto world, and it might bring him a qualitative change.

Time passed by minute by minute during the training. When the sun hung vertically in the sky emitting scorching light, two small figures came running towards them from not far away from the training ground.

Ye Shan finished his training and came to the side of the two people who were running breathlessly, looking at their expressions carefully.

Kakashi, who was in the lead, was sweating profusely, and the mask on his face was wet with sweat, revealing half of his handsome face. He turned his head from time to time to look at Obito's position, and was very worried that the other party would suddenly speed up and surpass him.

As for Obito, his expression was even more ferocious, with his teeth gnashed, as if he wished he could grow a pair of wings and fly ahead of Kakashi.

A small stone fell accurately into Obito's hand, causing him to be slightly stunned.

"What are you standing there for? Hit his leg!" Ye Shan said maliciously.

Obito's eyes lit up and his face was filled with ecstasy. He no longer hesitated, raised his right hand high and threw the stone out.

Kakashi, who was running hard, never expected Obito to use this trick. He was hit by the stone and stumbled and fell.

The fall was quite heavy. Ye Shan could clearly see that Kakashi's eyes were filled with tears, but he hardened his heart and said nothing.

Obito felt a sense of comfort all over his body, even his steps became much lighter, and he passed Kakashi with his arms wide open.

"If you don't hurry up and run, you won't have lunch."

Ye Shan stood beside Kakashi and spoke with a smile on his face, like a devil.

Kakashi gritted his teeth and didn't stand up immediately. Instead, he picked up the small stone, flicked his finger and hit Obito's hamstring.

"what!"

Obito paused, and his body lost balance and tilted to the left. He was about to fall and he couldn't help but get anxious. He hurriedly used his left foot to stop his tilted body, and then supported himself on the ground with both hands, and actually moved forward quickly with both hands, and it seemed that his speed was not slow.

Seeing this, Kakashi no longer hesitated. He followed suit and used his hands instead of legs to crawl forward. He quickly came behind Obito and kicked him with his uninjured leg.

Since Obito was upside down at the moment, his sight naturally fell behind him. He saw Kakashi's actions clearly, and with a shout, he kicked forward in the same unwillingness to be outdone.

Kakashi's face turned red, but he bent his arms and gathered strength to jump up, and when he was in mid-air, he attacked with both hands and one foot.

Obito was caught off guard and only blocked Kakashi's kick, but was hit hard on the chest by Kakashi's hands. He immediately lost his balance and fell to the ground.

Of course Kakashi didn't get away with it either. He also fell to the ground and lay right next to Obito. The two of them tied not far from the finish line and returned to the starting line.

Obito rubbed his chest with a grin, and seeing Kakashi falling to the side, he pounced on him without hesitation and was about to ride on him and beat him up.

Kakashi raised his eyebrows, he naturally couldn't let the other party succeed, so he rushed over, and the two of them started to wrestle in the mud of the training ground.

After fighting for a few rounds, Kakashi found that he really couldn't do anything to Obito, and he couldn't help but become very anxious.

In fact, Kakashi's physical skills were clearly ahead of Obito's, but after running continuously for a whole morning, he was already out of strength. If it weren't for the obsession with winning in his heart, he might have collapsed to the ground.

The two of them wrestled on the ground like hooligans, neither of them able to do anything to the other. Gradually their movements became slower and slower, until finally they were completely out of strength and could only stare at each other viciously with red eyes.

Ye Shan stood not far away and watched their every move. Seeing that they had all lost their strength, he walked up to them happily, picked up one in each hand, and brought them all to the finish line.

"Drink some water and take a rest."

The two then withdrew their gazes that wanted to bite each other to death, picked up the kettle with trembling arms and started drinking.

"You two are tied in this morning's duel, but there is no such thing as a tie in this afternoon's one-on-one martial arts competition. The loser will have to run five extra laps."

Obito looked at Kakashi with a happy expression on his face, and was obviously confident of winning the afternoon's competition.

Ye Shan naturally understood what Obito was thinking. He squatted down and smiled slightly, saying, "From now on, the competition will be absolutely fair."

"what!?"

Obito was immediately shocked. Absolutely fair means that he would be hung up and beaten by Kakashi?

Kakashi watched the changing expressions on Obito's face with a sneer in his heart. He shamelessly begged Hayama to accept him just to be able to beat Obito up, and he wanted to beat him up every day.

Ye Shan said unhappily: "You have seen Kakashi's moves these days, and I have also given you a way to crack them. What are you afraid of?"

Obito was timid and didn't dare to answer. In fact, he didn't remember Kakashi's moves or Hayama's teachings these days. Every time he sparred, he thought about the pleasure of beating up a genius and the fantasy of becoming a Hokage. He never expected that the world is unpredictable and people are treacherous. Kakashi shamelessly became his fellow apprentice.

"Please give us your guidance, Obito-kun, during our sparring this afternoon." Kakashi looked sincere. If Ye Shan hadn't seen what happened a few days ago with his own eyes, he would have almost believed it.

God is watching what you do. Sometimes you really have to leave some room for improvement, otherwise you will end up as miserable as Obito.

Seeing that the two had rested enough, Ye Shan waved his hand and took them to a barbecue restaurant, ordered a large table full of meat, and let them eat to their heart's content.

After a whole morning of hard work, the two were already starving. They had no resistance to the delicious barbecue and began to eat it in big mouthfuls.

Sometimes Yeshan really admired Obito. If this happened to him, even dragon liver and phoenix gall would have no taste in his mouth. But the other party ate it more deliciously than Kakashi, just like a starving ghost reincarnated.

In fact, Ye Shan was wrong. Obito and Kakashi were in a very poor financial situation and rarely ate meat, let alone delicious barbecue. For children, nothing was more important than eating, and no one could refuse free barbecue.

Kakashi and Obito finished eating all the meat on the table. Hayama was busy grilling the meat for them. He didn't eat a single bite but felt very happy in his heart.

That afternoon, Obito was naturally beaten unilaterally by Kakashi. If it weren't for Hayama stopping him, the barbecue he had eaten would have been beaten out...

Kakashi even requested that such friendly sparring should be carried out every day in order to enhance the friendship between the two, but was rejected by Ye Shan.

It's okay to beat him once in a while, but who can stand being beaten every day? If Fugaku knew about this, he would probably blame him for being a fool as a teacher.

But in order to vent Kakashi's anger, Hayama promised him that they could spar with each other for three days. After three days, there was no friendly exchange of taijutsu, which made Obito grateful.

Fortunately, the miserable days will only last three days and I can get through it if I grit my teeth. When I open the Sharingan in the future, I will definitely get back at him, Uchiha Obito thought with gritted teeth.

Ye Shan observed Kakashi carefully and was delighted to find that Kakashi's hostility and dissatisfaction had decreased a lot. Even his eyes were no longer like dead fish. He couldn't help but feel secretly happy.

Children should behave like children. If they keep a pair of cold and dead eyes all day long, they may become mentally deformed in the long run. Fortunately, the unfortunate Obito completed his mission perfectly and successfully made Kakashi feel better.

Looking at Obito's bruised face, Yeshan decided to reward him by making him run ten laps around the village, and he was not allowed to sleep until he finished.

There's nothing we can do about it, since Yeshan is a ninja who clearly distinguishes between rewards and punishments.
