The three boys were chatting casually in the compartment. Aris, Harry and Ron were all very interested in each other and there was no awkwardness at all as they had just met.

"Are all your family wizards?" Harry asked Ron, and Ron answered casually: "Oh! Yes, my father, mother, and my brothers are all wizards, and my sister will also go to school next year..."

Harry added: "Great! I wish I had two interesting wizard brothers..."

Ron smiled bitterly and said, "I have five brothers. If you had so many brothers, you wouldn't think so. You would never use new things, always live in the shadow of their excellence, and you wouldn't even have a pet of your own..."

Ron took out a fat gray mouse from his jacket pocket and smacked his lips in disgust.

Aeris observed the mouse and asked, "It's not in good condition. How long has it lived in your house?"

"It seems like more than ten years," Ron said. "Its name is Scabbers. It sleeps all day long. I really hope it can live longer..."

"Can mice in the magical world live that long?" Aeris asked doubtfully.

Ron shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. Harry asked, "Ares knows a lot of magic, how about you? Ron, you must have learned a lot of magic too!"

Ron scratched his head in embarrassment. Just as he was about to make an excuse, there was a noisy sound of crunching in the aisle. A smiling witch with dimples pushed open the door of the compartment and said in a gentle voice, "Dear, would you like to try some snacks on the train?"

Harry jumped up from his seat first and walked over. Aeris also stood up and followed. Ron was holding a bacon sandwich and smiling a little forcedly.

Aris and Harry returned with a small pile of snacks each. They dumped them on the small table between the two rows of seats, and Ron stared at them.

"Are you hungry?" Ron asked.

"I'm starving," Harry mumbled as he took a big bite of pumpkin pie. "I haven't eaten anything since this morning."

Ron stared at his corned beef sandwich and muttered, "I don't like canned corned beef..."

Aris stuffed a piece of pie into Ron's hand. Seeing Ron's puzzled look, Aris said, "Can I try it? This bacon sandwich."

Ron said a little embarrassedly: "You won't like it, it's too dry..."

"It's okay," said Aris, "Harry and I bought these together, and we exchanged them." Harry nodded while eating.

Aeris took a bite of the bacon sandwich, chewed it carefully, and said after swallowing it, "It's delicious, not that bad..."

After finishing the bacon sandwich, Aeris picked up a chocolate frog. After unwrapping it, a black frog jumped up. Aeris grabbed it and when he looked at his hand, he saw that it was a frog-shaped chocolate.

"The chocolate isn't the point," Ron mumbled, his mouth full of pie. "The point of the Chocolate Frog is to collect the pictures inside..."

Aris picked up a picture, on which Professor Dumbledore was winking at him.

Behind the picture were the famous deeds of the wizard depicted, "Defeating the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945..." Aeris muttered to himself.

Just as they were enjoying the different and novel experience that Bibi Multi-Flavor Beans brought to their taste buds, the door of the compartment was opened again, and a little girl with her head held high like a little swan walked in, followed by a round-faced little boy.

"Have you seen a toad? Neville lost his toad." The little girl said proudly, with thick brown hair and big front teeth that were very conspicuous, and she was wearing a brand new Hogwarts robe.

"I'm sorry," Aeris said gently, "we didn't see it." Aeris looked at the little girl with interest.

"My name is Hermione Granger," Hermione said, "and this is Neville Longbottom. If you see him, please let us know."
